Your first lesson was very good. I loved the idea of putting a resume of the person who sent in the tip at the end, it was very professional. Thanks again for starting this, and I will continue to listen.
Since the launch of Star Wars Fanworks in 2003, we have been featuring not just fan audio productions, but articles on how it's done. With tutorials, features, casting calls, and other methods, we have hoped to act as a parton of the fan audio art form, particularly among Star Wars fans.
Now, Star Wars Fanworks offers fan audio listeners the F.A.M.E. podcast series, better known as Fan Audio Made Easy. In this series of short tutorials and hints, longtime fan audio community members like Rayzur's Edge Audio's Nathan P. Butler and Outcast Multimedia's Rich Sigfrit share the insights they've gleaned in their years of fan audio experience with the genre's newcomers, in the hope that the field will continue to grow in the years to come.

"Skeeter! That's his name!"
Glad you dug it.
On the resume thing, I should point out that it won't happen every time. Like, since it's had mine on it now, any others where it's me doing the tutorial will just say "for a SW and fan audio resume for this episode's contributor, Nathan Butler, see FAME #1" or something like that. So it's not repeating the same over and over each time.
Fan Audio Made Easy #2: The Poor Man's Trooper is now available.
F.A.M.E. #2 was a very good episode. I will definitely be trying
the telephone-reciever technique. Something else that can work
for me is that I have an Intercom that runs from my house into
my barn, so I could do it that way as well.
Anyway, I am definitely looking forward to the next episode.

Next time is...
I think it's the one about closing credits writing.
Then #4 - #9 are the 6-part Storytelling Tutorial that first aired on CR. After that, it's all-new material.
"Fan Audio Made Easy #3: Credit Where Due" is now available.
Hey Nathan, when is #4 scheduled to be released?
Sept. 15.
Now, I should note (again) that if you listened to CR in 2004, then you've already heard the next six episodes of FAME as the "Storytelling" tutorial series done in 2004 in six parts. The brand new stuff emerges with FAME #10.
