Yeah, the Pats make a friggin' art out of fleecing other teams, but then are damn sure not to get fleeced themselves later on. Hell, my Eagles aren't too shabby at that either at times. Remember they got a 2nd rounder for AJ Feeley! And I like the Kevin Kolb deal a lot. Not too many QBs that were 2nd rounders have amounted to too much.

Then you must be bouncing off the walls that your boys just signed Asomugha? That's big because if the Jets had gotten him, and paired him with The Island, then the Jets may have been untouchable. I'm waiting for the Bucs to do something. They have $20 million, or so, that they have to spend and they haven't spent any on bringing in anybody new. Granted they kept Joseph and Trueblood, both of which were big for the O-Line, but I would love to have seen them make a splash in bringing in a big name.

I was stunned when I heard the Asomugha signing. The "off-season" they've had so far reminds me of many of the off-seaosns the Redskins have had over the years....except much smarter. I'd be very surprised if any of those moves don't work.

Always was a big McNabb supporter, and I think he still has some good football left in him, but didn't the Vikings best receiver leave for Seattle?

Does seems like its been awhile. My team's the Browns, and I guess there was a bit more to talk about than usual. At least first half of the season. 49ers are the other team I follow, and this year was kind of a disaster (at least by standards of previous couple seasons).

Enjoyed the Super Bowl, but it was hard for me to get excited about it after seeing my Buckeyes roll to and through the National Championship. That's where my emotion and energy have been.

Terrible play call for the Seahawks in SB49 though.
I'm the Lions so I'm happy with what happened this season, apart from the obvious PI against Petigrew in the play off game against the Cowboys. But o well things can't be changed now. Just hoping we manage to resign Suh

So with my season over hear coming to a quick end after breaking my ankle in Week 10, pursuing a very fast RB (I play FS) and stuck for transport to watch the rest of the season play out. I can't wait for next month... Football is Coming!

Texans being very smart with those draft picks they've got for trading Osweiler to the Browns.
