Fan Audio News Source (FANS): Official Discussion

Starting on September 1, 2006 (the third anniversary of starwarsfanworks.com), Fanworks will be launching "Fan Audio News Source" (FANS), a podcast (delivered via podcast feed) that will act as a recap of all of the Fanworks-posted fan audio news from the previous month, plus any additional comments or insights that might be of interest that did not necessarily make it into the website's news bytes about those news stories.

This thread can be used for both news posting (so I can include it in the feed and on the Fanworks news page) or to discuss the podcast upon release.

Do you prefer that we post info here or we can send it to you directly by e-mail the usual way?

Either way works. I figure this is more needed for discussion than anything else, since I already get news other ways for the main news page.

Well, don't get too excited.

Basically the show is just a news recap with some extra insights from time to time, plus a checklist (basically) of the previous month's releases. It really is just sort of an audio version of the Fanworks news page and newest release listing.

Also, let me throw out there that I'd like to allow this show to answer questions from the community about the genre itself. So, if you have questions that you would like answered or dealt with, maybe a couple per show, post them here or email me at nathan@starwarsfanworks.com.
