This is getting to be a habit. One I'm trying to break.
There has been progress. "Mechanisms" hasn't progressed much. However, this morning saw the completion of an outline of sorts for the completion of a series of Flash Fiction I wrote some time ago, but never completed--not because I hadn't ideas or the inclination, but because the Flash Fiction Challenges from the Fan Creations Forum here ceased to operate and I figured the conclusion should await an appropriate opportunity

Beta Reader was supposed to report back by Tuesday. In fact, Beta Reader reported back considerably earlier.
And...the word was...good. Having taken another look at the existing material myself, I see a couple of things that could use a little hammering, beyond the few quibbles raised by Beta Reader. But Beta Reader was well pleased with it.
