View Full Version : Complete Episode I Collection

06-04-2005, 10:04 PM
Been trying to complete my episode I collection now that I have a bit of extra cash. However, I cannot find a complete list of figures anywhere. I thought I was only three short - the predicatble ones - TC-14, R2-B1 and Panaka. However, I was looking on e-bay and found a Sio Bibble - I didnt even know there was one of him!!!!

Can anyone give me a complete list or tell me of any rare figures I may be missing.

Complete with photos…

As I remember, "rare" ones: Swimming Jar Jar, Quenn Amidala (Naboo Battle Gear) & Darth Sidious (Holograph) were a little hard to come by as well.

Great list, the only ones I don't have are R2-B1 and Sidious Holograph

Thanx for the list. Great stuff!!!

Yeah sidious holograph and Padme battle are pretty hard to come by. Still trying though. A Padme battle with a rare upside down labelling error went for £40 on e-bay last week.

Managed to pick up a swimming Jar Jar on e-bay for £4, must have got lucky.

My local hardware store of all places had a bin of Episode I figures for $2 each ... mostly Jar Jar, battle droids, and Tarpals... a bin full of peg warmers style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif

yes and no...i think for purists (and most collectors) they don't like the look of the euro language cards as they look 'messy' with three or four language variations on the front...

there are never any quantity levels given out by Hasbro, but i'd reckon that the levels of figures released are about the same as US carded figures...

most of the released Ep I Euro figures were not the rarer later ones, mainly the core characters, although some rarer ones do exist..i think they stopped producing the line, in Europe, before the final waves were being released in the US...

its hard to tell what is out there as unlike the yakface & rebelscum sites no-one seems to list Euro carded figure variations that often - unless someone knows better...

they are card variations and really only worth getting if you are a real completist...i know some people may only collect Euro cards...but i think they are limiting themselves to the wider collection...

Managed to finally complete my collection.... had to pay £25 for Sio Bibble on e-bay. Are there any major variations that I may have missed.... have the 4 battle droids the 2 destroyers and the thins and fat R2 bubbles..... anything else???

I also have the sneak preview Mace Windu.... were there any more sneak preview episode I figures??? 1 seems a little low... afterall there were 4 AOTC and 4 ROTS.

Oh and does anyone know why there were major emissions from the episode I lines... particularly sebulba and shmi???

There was a sneak preview STAP Vehicle with Battle Droid but other than Mace, those were it for the EI launch.

Sebulba and Shmi were released in the POTJ line.

Shmi Skywalker

Sebulba came in a multipack and with a vehicle in the Episode I line...

Have to say I'm not a fan of those cinema scenes. Would much rather have the figures sold seperately on card.
