Ludo Kressh was present, Naga Sadow showed up late. Can't recall off the top of my head who the other Sith present were.

If you do not know Marko Ragnos then you need to study Korriban he is one of the Sith Lords that is actually buried in a tomb.

[/b][/quote]

Yes. It was during Marka Ragnos' funeral procession in the Valley of the Sith Lords, that Naga Sadow arrived late. He and Ludo Kressh battled each other for the right to be named the next Dark Lord of the Sith. Their duel was interupted by the arrival of Gav and Jori Daragon which set in motion the events of the Great Hyperspace War.

At the funeral of Marka Ragnos, 20 Sith Lords were present. This fact comes from a computer terminal on Korriban in KOTOR 2 TSL. what is not known is if that number factors in Naga Sadow, who arrived late for the funeral. Among the Sith Lords that held that title during that period were Ludo Kressh, Simus, Naga Sadow, Horak Mul, Dor-Gal-Ram, Shar Dakhan, Garu, and possibly Tritos Nal. The Sith Empire was governed by a Council of Sith Lords, about 10 in number, headed by the Dark Lord. They ruled from the planet Ziost, the central world of the Sith Empire. Each Sith Lord on the Council controlled about a dozen worlds. It is not known what worlds they were, but Rhelg was the base of Ludo Kressh, and Khar Shian and Khar Delba had bases belonging to Sadow. It is not certain how many worlds other Sith Lords controlled, but if every Sith Lord controlled a dozen, and there were at least 20 Sith Lords, theoretically the Sith Empire had around 250 member worlds, not including the nuetral worlds of Ziost and Korriban and Malachor 5. It is believed that Lord Garu controlled Ashas Ree, while Shar Dakhan ruled at least Cho'odos. The Sith Lords known to have been on the Council were Sadow, Kressh, Mul, Gal-Ram, Garu, and Simus. It was the Council that elected Dark Lords most of the time.

Massacrus here. you would be surprised at what I know and have been able to logically deduct from the Many Star Wars sources out there. In fact, you could say that while I'm physically in the Eastern US, i,m mentally on Malachor V. Massacrus out.

Okay Darth Massacrus, heres your time to shine.

I just finished Rebel Stand and read about Lord Nyax and was wondering what information you have on him BESIDES the stuff in Rebel Stand.

Darth Massacrus
09-27-2006, 04:11 PM
Well Cydon, which Lord Nyax are you asking about? Are you refering to the Correllian myth that was about a mysterious figure whpo stole children and was based off Darth Vader taking Force sensitive Children? Or perhaps you mean Irek Ismaren, son of Emperors Hands Sarcev Quest and Roganda Ismaren. I believe you mean the latter, because after Irek and his mother were defeated in thier attempt to reactivate the battlemoon Eye of Palpatine, as seen in Children of the Jedi, Roganda took Irek (who had a chip in his brain that allowed him to control machines with the Force) to Coruscant, where she had him trained by none other than Agent Blackhole/Lord Cronal, a genius in Sith Alchemy. During a lightsaber 'accident' Irek was stabbed through the brain with a lightsaber, and was left brain dead. Roganda, with the help of Cronal, had the braindead Irek surgically enhanced and warped into a three meter tall warrior with various implants and other additions like lightsabers placed in his knees and shoulders, among other places. The only reason that the Jedi never sensed the experiments is because Roganda used ysallimiri to mask the Dark Side prescence. At some unknown time prior to or during the Yuuzhan Vong invasion and destruction of Coruscant, Irek broke free of his restraints and, having no memories or mind, killed Roganda and the ysallimiri. Cronal's fate is not known. Taking the name Lord Nyax from the minds of some of his victims, he began killing many Vong and and human survivors alike, until during a mission to Corucsant, Luke and some Jedi discovered him. As you read in the book, Nyax was eventually defeated, but not before discovering the site of the Jedi Temple, and turning the wellspring of Force Energy there into a Dark Side whirlpool. When the Galactic Alliance reclaimed Coruscant, the whirlpool where Nyax had died was purified by the Light Side. Massacrus out.

Lets clarify a few things. Sith Lord and Dark Lord of the Sith are separate ranks. So use the Dark Lords of the Sith thread for that info, while using this thread for plain ol' Sith Lords. On the Dark Lords thread, there is a listing of all the Dark Lords, so this thread ought to have an equivalent.

One will come soon.....

Cassus Fett

Why did some one dig up this old fossil of a thread?

Darth Massacrus
03-04-2007, 11:20 AM
practicalitie's sake. There has to be a thread where the regular Sith Lords can be discussed........

Okay I'll start what do you think of Exar Kun? I think he is an amazing lightsaber duelist as well as amazing in the force. After all not many people can return in spirit form and be as tough as Kun in NJO.

Darth Massacrus
03-28-2007, 05:30 PM
Exar Kun was a DARK Lord, not just a Sith Lord. You must have him mixed up with Ulic Qel-Droma, who was 'just' a Sith Lord........

Several new Sith Lords have been revealed in recent months.

XoXaan: female human from about 7000-6900 years before ANH (BBY). She was one of the Dark Jedi exiled from the galaxy after the Hundred Year Darkness (along with Ajunta Pall), who later ended up on Korriban, subjugated the Sith species, and became the first Sith Lords.

Darth Phobas: nothing is currently known, expect that Phobas will appear in the upcoming Force Unleashed game. Phobas is probably female, but this is not certain.

also, the upcoming sequel to the Darth Bane novel will focus on him and his Sith Apprentice, Darth Zannah

ok i have a question...would jacen be considered a dark lord or just a sith...regaurdless of what he thinks of himself?

Darth Massacrus
11-30-2007, 04:33 PM
Jacen/Darth Cadeus should be considered a Sith Lord. He was trained by a Sith Lord (Lumiya), has adapted Sith beliefs, adheres to the Dark Side of the Force, and has taken on a Sith title.

thats what i thought...but are the ones on korriban wannabes ?

Darth Massacrus

When Darth Vader turned on Palpatine at Endor, the Sith Order was destroyed, as it followed the practice that there could only be two Sith at any time. However, Vader had been training his own apprentice named Lumiya, and when both her masters died, she claimed the title of Dark Lady of the Sith for herself (nobody was left to object to this), and took on a series of Sith Apprentices herself. The last apprentice, Jacen Solo, became Darth Cadeus after Lumiya was killed by Luke. What he did not know was that ten years earlier, a separate Sith order had been established on Korriban (homeworld of the Sith secies) that did not follow the Rule of Two that Vader and Sisous had.

They don't truly understand the Dark Side of the Force like Lumiya and the rest do.

That they donīt share the same view, thatīs for granted, but...how can we say which one of those views is right?

Darth Massacrus
12-01-2007, 08:22 PM
neither of them has to be wrong. The Sith Order on Korriban simply thinks differently than those who follow the Rule of Two as Bane did.

Darth Nameless
12-02-2007, 01:41 AM
i wonder if jacen died...then wouldnt the sith on korriban point of view be the only one? so that would delete the rule of two wouldnt it?

Darth Octavious

It could, but you have to remember that some can of record/holocron has this information.
