The Return of the Star Wars Micro Machines?

I don't know if anybody else has seen the Official sites article about Hasbro's Star Wars micro vehicles, but they look a lot like Galoob's classic Micro machines. I was a huge fan of the mini-vehicles and I was wondering if anybody knows if these new ships are the same size as the old.

Are these supposed to be actual Micro-Machines, Action Fleet, or something in between?
The Micros are my favorites. I used to have my entire collection hanging from my bedroom ceiling.

That's what I've been trying to figure out. They look slightly larger then the micro machines, but it's hard to get a feel for the actual size

Action Fleet micro merchines is pretty cool, so I really hope to see something like that were I buy merchandise, when ROTS comes out...

I just wish that they had made more Micros from the PT. We got absolutely nothing from AotC.

I know. I was dissapointed in the way they did the TMP sets. They only gave you two ships per pack and they came with no diplay stands. On top of that, they had no Droid Starfighter but they had an Eopie instead.

I had a Millenium Falcon and a Y-Wing, I think it was the Action Series. I had soo much fun with those!

I have pretty much the entire Action Fleet series from the OT. I have a couple from the PT. What I really wanted was the Sith Infiltrator from the Action Fleet, but I could never find it. I know that it was produced, but could find it nowhere.
