Star Wars Lego instructions online?

Hey folks,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some scans on SW lego instructions online? Specifically I need the instructions for the AT-TE set, as it got busted up in my recent move. I can't for the life of me find the instructions even though I know I saved them, and I'd like to put it back together.

Can anyone hook me up?
