hey JJ good to see your interested. Must admit got a little bored using the force all the time thought it would be nice to have a character who doesn't.

Salina doesn't have the force, she's a particularly good pilot and mechanic.

Soz if it takes me a while ...usually three days to reply just means i'm working hard and need some thinking time on the plot.

heya, I was thinking that you could finish up the fight scene-get rid of the pesky rival pirates, that way we could both enter the base within the next couple of posts. You can have a chance to showcase your flying abilities. I'm not asking you to rush or anything, I know you're really busy.

Whisper I've read your posts on this character before i'm sure...... TIme period is fine with me, Except i'm a little confused is on the Jalus spacestation as a merecenary right? Is he working for Drennon or is he seperate?

At the moment, he's just an Ex-Soldier. He doesn't become a Merc till he reaches Coruscant a year after this. There he meets another Seethers, and Ghoresin, as well as Reeshar.

So right now...he's anti Pirate heheh :-D

Also, he has force abilities, but he doesn't know he has the force till almost another five or six years. AS of now, if you need to write him in a fight, just say he's a bit faster, stronger, and heals faster. He also has a high empathic sense, so that's where his Sniper skills come from...he knows where the target is going to jump to, before the target jumps at times.

I thought of a really nifty thing, we could have the people running from a starfighter attack coming in from aerial, and the starfighters could be looking to bomb the bar to get to Salina for some reason. That way Salina could do er thing, Kaelia could do hers. Trav and Tarf (what a pair) could do their thing too. I don't knw, just an idea.

Yeah, I drew it... I'm more of a cartoonist than a "comic book" style artist... I have trouble with bodies... but I can draw all manner of alien type creatures... humans are another story LOL

Otherwise... my character is very much a loner and tends to ride with the tide of power... mistrusting most everyone... not good not evil... just likes to be on the side of the winner... just because it's the nature of his species... but I wanted to examine through this RPG whether I could get him to go against the nature of his species even more than he has by leaving his star system. Perhaps do something right because it's right... not because it would put him on the right side. He's a bounty hunter, loyal only to the one who's paying him... but perhaps... just perhaps... a situation would make him question his conscience...

So what is happening in this story? I am in the New Republic RPG and thought it might be fun to do this one too. I will of course read up on what is going on, but is there anything important I should know about? I will probably be the same charecter, only younger of course.

Background: A free lance droid who takes odd jobs after his former Imperial master is killed during a rebel raid. Has made several small modifications to himself in order to make himself more "useful." X-3PO is a dark blue color. His home planet is Mechis III where he was built and activated. X-3PO was at one time in the same droid pool as 4-LOM, before he turned to theiving and boutny hunting. Has great ideas for the future of droids and would one day like to see them represented in the political arena, considering their numbers match that of any single race.

ummm, Pretty much all I can tell you is to read what we've wrote, I don't know what Daala wants. Um, Salina an Mark are Daala's characters, and Trav and Kaelia are mine, so pretty much, before you write anything about smeone elses character, check with them. I like to post idea and stuff about what to do next in the rpg in here that way if someone wants to add or subtrct something, I can do it before I write it. Anyways, I don't mind if you join, does Daala?

Someone help me out... tell me a little more about this ship the Cat. I was reading your stuff Jeianni and got this sudden urge to have my character have stowed away on the ship to escape the planet. And I thought it'd be cool if Tarf was discovering me right now. I was going to write something along those lines, but don't know if the ship is large enough to have hidden on without being discovered yet.

I know it's used for smuggling, so I figured I could've hidden somewhere...

My reasons for stowing away though could remain mysterious... the characters would have little reason to trust or believe my motives for doing so...

The Cat is a four person freighter as far as I vcan tell that can haul cargo and passengers, so potentially yes, your character could stow away on it. As for how big it is and it's specific details, you'll have to ask Daala becuase her character Salina's the owner. You can ask me about the computer and weapons systems though because that's Kaelia's expertise.

Where are Tarf and Jalus, I thought they were in Mark's room. Are they on the Cat?

The way i thought it up was that they were in a hotel with cojoined rooms. Jalus and Tarf in the original 'debriefing' room, and Sal, Kael, and Trav in the other room, with Mark looking for his contacts (or something).

Als, for Tarf, Jalus actually speaks many languages (comes from being in so much contact with them as a child) and while he may not understand every word, he WOULD be able to get the jist of what Tarf can say.

Another note, while alus has no training (nor even knows he has it) he does possess the Force. As of now it manifests itself as a sixth sense. Not ALWAYS accurate, but up there in %ages...

ummmm, cool.... Daala and I decided to make our characters non- force users because we wanted to present our characters with challenges they couldn't just wave away with their hands. So if Jalus ever does come into knowledge of his powers, just be aware that the others are receptive, but they can't respond in a jedi-like way. Do you get what I'm saying or am I having a stroke again?

As for me, as I've stated in a couple other posts today, My gray friend (coughmousecough) has gone the way of the Dodo, and become extinct. Sure, it's still sitting here, taking up space, but that's more attributed to the fact that I've...*sniff*...grown fond of it.......

Okay, I lie, it's still here cuz garbage went yesterday, and I was thinking a day of me not using it will cause it to, i dunno...clear itself up.

Suffice to say, I can navigate my way around the Senate w/out it, but oh my LORD is it frustrating.

I'll still post on Tuesday nights (from class, SHHHHH) btwn 5-8, every week. But other than that, this week doesn't leave much time to spare to run to CompUSA or something.

I didn't slap any of the freshmen (anywhere from 13 to 15 by the way.), just being a 1st lieutenant is enough to shut them up. Most of them anyways. The rest of them either got chewed out, or somewhat beaten during the "touch only" game. And the really idiot ones I yelled at and then gave them my "I'm dissapointed in you" look- works every time.

F-22's are awesome, but I think my favorite is quickly becoming the F-35's. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/inlove.gif The only other fighter other than the Harrier that can complete vertical liftoff and convert to flight in mid air, without the engine sucking up hot exhaust. I watched a documentary on the x planes race the other night and it was a battle between Lockheed and Boeing (The latter of which is stationed in my state- Arizona....). It was an awesome Documentary. The Boeing plane definately had a more streamlined- rounded off look. And it had this nifty raised cockpit. The F-35 looks more like the traditional fighter. And as for F-4's, I like those too. They're pretty cool. My JROTC instructor used to fly them, and we went to the Champlin air fighter museum and saw a two seater. I was really impressed, and it's not even the most advanced fighter out their. But what I really want to see is an Apache or a Black Hawk helicopter. I like helicopters a lot, and I don't really know why. I think if I had to fly anything I'd fly search and rescue in a chopper. I don't mind getting shot at, it's the shooting part that troubles me. Well, for future information, it's a joke not well taken. The Nazis killed millions of people based on prejudice, and neither myself, or any of my JROTC friends appreciate the comparison. Since the word-acronym JROTC rhymes with Nazi, people think it's funny, but it's really not. Anyways, just don't do it again.

Spitfire Mark 1- isn't that a WWII plane? I think my fav. WWII plane would be a P-38 Lockheek Lightning. I saw one in a museum that had the call sign "Lizzie IV" on it, and since Liz is my name, I had to love it.
