I was just watching the Special Edition of Return of the Jedi tonight, and I had an interesting thought for when the citizens of Coruscant knock down the statue of the Emperor. I think it would be cool if we saw that statue get put up in Episode III.

That would be cool!

Like the end of EpII where theres a montage of scenes {The start of the Clone Wars}, there could be one similar at the end of EpIII.

I don't know... that would cost screen time... and could mean we see less of Vader/Anakin... and Yoda.. and Obi... and Mace Windu... I'd rather see the characters emerging/snuffing it than a statue... style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif

THat's just me style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif Kewl idea tho... continuity.. i can dig it... lol

If it happens, I would guess that it would be in the background of a more important scene. Since the PT style is so "dense" with detail, I could most definitely see it happen, just in the background.

Yah... or maybe they'd do a montage of shots and throw it in.. like when they actually added the statue of Palpatine to ROTJ.

Speaking of statues, Palpatine has one in his office that looks like something from the PC game JEDI KNIGHT...the hooded figure statue is the one I'm talking about.

Thats an interesting idea i like what it, it would be very symbolic the building of it the birth of the Empire and in the ROTJ it falling the fall of Palpatines Empire.

It will be interesting to see if they incorporate that idea in EIII
