I did something like this over at TOS a while ago so I thought I might share it with you guys over here. I will basically be sticking to the heart of the story.

<span style="color:orange"> In the time since the first battle on Geonosis
THE CLONE WARS have slowly ripped apart
the fabric of the GALACTIC REPUBLIC. Nearly half
of the of the star systems have fallen to
control of the Conferacy of Independent Planets.
While the majority of the JEDI KNIGHTS have
remained inactive in the war, Obi Wan Kenobi
went against the council's orders and accepted
the rank of general in the Republic's army. His
padawan, Anakin Skywalker, has followed him
into war.
The whereabouts of Senator Padme Amidala
have remained a mystery for some time now.
Many fear that those who orchestrated her
previous assassination attempts have found
success... </span> </div>The scroll fades and we pan down to the planet of Alderaan where an intense space battle is raging. Commander Anakin Skywalker is leading the effort in space to prevent the Seperatists from reaching the surface of the planet. During this battle we will witness why Anakin was "the best star pilot in the galaxy". But even with his and the clone trooper pilot's best efforts the Seperatists break through their defenses and begin landing on the surface where General Obi Wan Kenobi awaits with thousands of clone troopers. The battle erupts and Obi Wan both commands and participates in the fight to save Alderaan. Anakin lands his ship safely, in the thick of battle, and leaps from the cockpit right next to his master joining him in the struggle. Anakin, now forged in the fire of war for nearly two years, displays abilities that even take Obi Wan by surprise. However, with General Tarkin in command of the Separatist armies, there are simply too many droids and the Republic army is forced into retreat. Another sad defeat at the hands of the Separatists.
Joining Obi Wan and Anakin in the retreat is Viceroy Bail Organa, his wife, and their security entourage. While in space Obi Wan is alerted by a clone trooper that another ship is quickly approaching. Obi Wan instructs him to allow the ship to dock with theirs. Obi Wan secretly commissioned a group of Bothan spies to board the Sepratists command ships in space during the battle to try and discover their next move in the war. The news received tells Obi Wan that the war is going to come to an end, win or lose, for the next target is Coruscant. Obi Wan immediately sends an urgent message to the Jedi Temple informing them of the pending attack.
When they reach Coruscant there is a flood of ships going to the planet as well. They are the nearly 10,000 Jedi Knights who have been dispatched throughout the galaxy during the course of the war to help negotiate peace on the planets still under the protection of the Republic. Informed of the Separatist plans to take over the Republic, the Jedi Counsil has called back all of the Knights to help defend Coruscant from invasion. Yoda is the only member to disagree with the council's decision.
As Obi Wan, Anakin, and Bail Organa exit the ship on the landing platform Anakin expresses that he "has a bad feeling" about the pending attack and tells Obi Wan that he needs to see Padme again. Bail overhears Anakin and tells him that the senator has been missing for over a year and a half, and that those who wished for her demise may have finally succeeded. Shocked and confused, Anakin tells Obi wan that he has to find her. Overwhelmingly irritated with his student, Obi Wan angrily orders Anakin to remain on Coruscant and to let go of whatever feelings he has towards Padme. Anakin screams "NO!" and runs to a empty taxi near the edge of the platform and flies away, disappearing into the traffic of Coruscant. Having no idea of what to do Obi Wan seeks advice from the Jedi Counsil.
The doors to Chancellor Palpatine's office opens and Anakin walks in. The Chancellor expresses his pleasure in seeing Anakin alive and well but Anakin says nothing. Palpatine asks Anakin what is troubling him. Anakin asks the Chancellor if he has heard from or seen Senator Amidala. Palpatine tells Anakin that he has not, and is very concerned for her well being. Thinking that the Chancellor might be the only one who would know where Padme is, Anakin begins to lose hope that he will see here again. Chancellor Palpatine suggests that Anakin should go to Naboo and ask the Queen if she knows what has happened. Anakin tells the Chancellor that Master Kenobi has ordered him to stay on Coruscant. Palpatine restates to Anakin that he doesn't need guidance and to follow his feelings rather that orders from a teacher who has held him back. We all now know that Anakin shares this opinion of Obi Wan. Anakin thanks Palpatine for his advice and immediately leaves to go to Naboo.
In the Jedi Counsil's chambers Obi Wan is finishing his explanation of Anakin's disobedient behavior. The council is not surprised by this for they have a surprise for Obi Wan. Through Yoda, the council have discovered that Anakin has broken the Jedi Code by being married to Senator Padme Amidala. Shocked and ashamed by Anakin's actions Obi Wan begins to ask the council of the ramifications of Anakin and Padme's reunion but is cut off in mid-sentence when Yoda raises his hand and informs Obi Wan that she has been safely placed into hiding under his supervision and that Anakin will soon return to Obi Wan. When he does, Obi Wan must bring him before the council for judgement. Obi Wan reluctantly bows and leaves the chamber.
Anakin arrives at Naboo and goes to the Queen to inquire about Padme. He barges into a meeting she is having with representatives Jar Jar Binks and Sio Bibble. Anakin apologizes for the interruption and asks them if they know where Padme is. The Queen respectfully asks Jar Jar and Sio to leave her and Anakin alone. She tells Anakin that she has been asked to keep this matter a secret by another Jedi. Anakin is taken back by this. He becomes infuriated and uses the Force to choke the Queen while demanding the name of the Jedi. She can barely speak the name as her windpipe closes off..."Yoda". Surprised, Anakin lets go of her and utters his name again before storming out of the room leaving the Queen collapsed on the desk as she gathers her strength back. Anakin escapes Naboo before the security forces are informed on his attack on the Queen.
A door opens and we see Yoda enter the secret chamber within the Jedi Temple where Padme is hidden. She turns around holding the twins Luke and Leia in her arms. A Jedi assistant assigned to help by Yoda comes and takes Luke to lighten her load. Yoda looks on and comments on the wonder of babies. Padme listens and nods agreeing with Yoda but immediately asks him how much longer this hiding must go on. Sensing Padme's frustration with him, Yoda reminds her of how important she and the children's existence is to the Jedi and the Republic and that those who want her dead are still wishing for her demise. Tired of debating with Yoda she sits down in a chair with Leia in her arms gently rocking back and forth looking sadly into Leia's eyes. Yoda reluctantly tells her that Anakin has found out that she is missing and has run away to try and find her. Speechless she looks at Yoda. Yoda states that he knows that Anakin has been in pain for some time now and wants to know why. She tells Yoda everything that happened to Anakin on Tatooine from his mother's horrible death to his murderous actions against the Tusken people...even the women and children. Yoda is dismayed at the revelation.
Anakin returns to Coruscant and immediately goes to Chancellor Palpatine's office to tell him what he has learned. Palpatine can see that Skywalker is visibly shaken by his journey to Naboo and offers a sympathetic ear to Anakin's thoughts. Palpatine listens and advises Anakin to go directly to the Jedi temple and seek out Yoda for the answers to Padme's location. Furthermore, if Yoda denies any knowledge of her whereabouts to leave the temple and return to his office. He reassures Anakin that they will find out where she is. Anakin thanks the Chancellor for his time and wisdom and leaves for the temple.
We then see Anakin walking quickly up to one of the huge main entrances to the Jedi Temple where Obi Wan is waiting. He sees his master and slows his pace a bit as if he were trying to think of what to say.( Let me take a shot at some lines here. )

<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>: "What have you done, Anakin?!?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:" Master, forgive me for the way..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"What secrets have you kept from me?!?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Master, I don't..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Anakin, I know about your marriage to Senator Amidala!"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:" How did..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Blast it, Anakin!!! It doesn't matter how I found out!! What matters is that you have broken the code!!!!"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"But I..."
<span style="color:blue">Obiwan</span>:"There's nothing you can say or do Anakin! The council has ordered me to bring you before them for judgement! Do you understand what you have done!!"</div>
Until this moment Anakin has been sheepish. Then he verbally lashes out at his master.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NO! It is you who doesn't understand!! You are the one who should be judged!! Your failings as a teacher is what has done this to me!!
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Anakin..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"You've always been jealous of me...I know it."
Anakin begins to cry. Obi Wan reaches out to his friend to console him.
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Please, Anakin..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"You've held me back long enough!!!"</div>Anakin throws Obi Wans hand away and storms off in tears. Obi Wan is left in complete shock of what his student has told him.
In the burned out industrial sector of Couruscant, Darth Sidious is speaking to Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus and General Tarkin via hologram.
<div align=center><span style="color:firebrick">Darth Tyrannus</span>:"We have all divisions of the droid armies concentrated at Yavin, Master Sidious. Including the test weapon."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Well done Lord Tyrannus. Have the Kaminoan's delivered the clones I ordered?"
<span style="color:firebrick">Darth Tyrannus</span>:"Yes Master, they are in hyperspace as we speak and will be here momentarily. I must ask master, will they perform like the other clones considering the radical growth process."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidous</span>:"The Kaminoans have made great leaps in the advancement of their technologies. The clones will do their job well. General Tarkin, you have your orders."
<span style="color:crimson">General Tarkin</span>:"Yes Lord Sidous. No surrender, no prisoners."</div>The hologram shuts off and the camera turns around Sidious to an angle that reveals a 14 year old Boba Fett standing next to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Don't worry Boba. The Jedi will pay for what they did to your father."
<span style="color:teal">Boba Fett</span>:"Thank you, Lord Sidious."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Oh no my young one, it is you who should be given praise. Without you, these clone's could not exist."</div>
Next we see Obi Wan and Yoda by themselves in Yoda's meditation chamber.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"...he ran away in tears. I had no idea of what to say or do."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Reckless you have been, with your student, Obi Wan! Known this, I have, since the beginning of the war. Hear you nothing that I say. Warned you, of this danger, long ago i did! Listen to me now will you?!?
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Yes, master Yoda."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Matters with young Skywalker are worse than imagined. Discovered have I, through his wife, that his mother met a horrible end to her life and he was there at the moment of her passing."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"He told me he saw her, when he went to Tatooine, but he said she was fine."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Lied to you he has, Obi Wan. And worse than this, revenge he took on those who killed her. Slaughtered Anakin did, an entire tribe of people who held his mother captive."</div>
Obi Wan stares at Yoda in horror and disbelief.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"no."</div>
The spirit of Qui Gon Jinn manifests in the meditation chamber.
<div align=center><span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Yoda speaks the truth, Obi Wan."</div>
Obi Wan stands and stares in amazement while Yoda doesn't seem all that surprised.
<div align=center><span style="color:skyblue">Qui Gon</span>:"I was there begging him to stop. But the darkness kept him from hearing me."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Heard you, I did, when I sensed Skywalker's pain."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"How can this be? No Jedi has been known to keep their identity, within the unifying Force, beyond death! Let alone be able to break through to the living and communicate!?!?"
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Obi Wan, my old padawan, do I not appear before you know? Can you not hear me? I have discovered that all beings, even beyond the Jedi order, have a place within the Force. And communication continues even beyond the living."</div>
Yoda purses his lips and nods.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Mmm, always something new, the Force has, for us to learn."
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Yes, and I have come to teach you something else. When confronted with the moment of passing, be at peace with the Force, and nothing of your living body will be left behind."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Mmm... interesting ...yes ... the truth of it I see."
Obi Wan looks on with a little confusion.
<span style="color:blue">Obiwan</span>:"But what about Anakin?"
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"The dark side is seducing him Obi Wan. I see great danger in your next meeting with Anakin."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Yes, to Qui Gon you must listen. Extreme caution is needed in what is said and done. Falling into darkness Skywalker is. Find him, you must, Obi Wan, before it is too late."</div>Obi Wan leaves the meditation chamber as Qui Gon spirit fades back into the Force.
The door to Chancellor Palpatine's office opens once more and a devastated Anakin Skywalker walks through.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"My friend, what has happened? Did you see Master Yoda?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"no."</div>Anakin walks to the chair in front of Palpatine's desk.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Anakin, what's wrong?"</div>
Anakin sits down in front of Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I've broken the Jedi Code."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"How?"</div>
Palpatine stands up and walks over to Anakin.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I married Senator Amidala just after the first battle of the war. Even then, I knew I was breaking the code. How stupid can I be?"</div>Palpatine places his hand on Anakin's shoulder comforting him.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"There now, Anakin. Don't be so hard on yourself. You can't let your feelings towards her be ruled by some code, can you?"</div>
Anakin looks up to Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Obi Wan told me the council wants me before them for judgement. They are going to expel me from the Jedi Order."</div>
Palpatine gently pats Anakin's shoulder and begins to walk back behind his desk.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"At the risk of sounding redundant, Anakin, I have told you time and time again that you don't need guidance. Perhaps the way of the Jedi is not for you."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"But I've always dreamed of being a Jedi."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Dreams change, Anakin."</div>
Anakin looks down as Palpatine looks out to the cityscape of Coruscant.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"There is someone I know who might be able to help you."</div>
Anakin looks up to see Palpatine turning back around.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Who? Where?"
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"He resides in the old industrial section. You should go there and wait in the deepest parts of it. But remember, Obi Wan is looking for you and his determination to resolve this matter with the Jedi will draw him to you. After you are finished with him the one who can help you will seek you out."</div>
Anakin's face pinched in anger at the mention of Obi Wan's name now.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Thank you Chancellor for all of your help."</div>Anakin gets up and walks to the doors as they open...
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Oh, and Anakin... don't be afraid to express feelings you aren't accustom to. Leave Obi Wan no doubt on how you feel about this."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I will."</div>
Obi Wan is slowly walking down a darkened street in the old industrial section keeping his senses attuned to Anakin's presence. He stops outside a small run down bar which is barely lit inside. Walking in he notices a couple of patrons passed out at a table and a bartender working on the drink dispensers. He spots Anakin hiding at a small table in the back. Calmly and slowly, Obi Wan walks up to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I know you are frustrated and hurting Anakin."</div>
Anakin turns his head to him. Obi Wan can see his eyes, filled with hatred, from beneath the hood.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"There is no need to feel like this, Anakin. Come back with me to the temple and we..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NO!!!!</div>
The Forces surges and goes off like a bomb as Anakin says this. Obi Wan, with the chairs and tables, gets thrown clear across the bar. Obi Wan crashes down near the entrance. Anakin runs quickly out of the bar and down a pitch black alleyway just outside the bar. Obi Wan gathers his bearings and exits the establishment as the bartender curses the Jedi for wrecking his bar. Obi Wan stops at the mouth of the ally and sees, at the end of it, a door open revealing a red light from inside. Anakin enters the door as it slams shut behind him. Obi Wan disappears into the ally.
From inside we see the door open and Obi Wan cautiously steps inside. We have now entered an environment in the Star Wars universe that can only best be described as hell. A place where friendships are destroyed, dreams are lost, and good turns to evil. Obi Wan surveys the area looking for Anakin. The size of the cavern can not be determined. Aside of the very low light that illuminates the entrance and spiral staircase that leads to the rocky surface of Coruscant , the only light there is comes from the small stream of lava escaping from a volcano that is approximately a mile away. Weblike steel structures, that support the buildings above the cavern, shoot down from the darkness above into the planets surface below. Obi Wan sense Anakin's presence above, at the top of a rocky cliff a short distance away from the entrance. As Obi Wan climbs up, the light in the cavern fades as the lava stops flowing from the volcano. When he reaches the top he sees Anakin standing at the edge of the cliff staring at the fading light in the cooling stream of lava below. Anakin looks up and turns his head slightly.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I've been waiting for you."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Master."</div>Anikin turns around with a crazed look in his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"What?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I am your Jedi Master, Anakin, and you will refer to me as so."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Not anymore."</div>Anakin ignites his lightsaber and begins walking towards Obi Wan.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin!! Disengage your lightsaber and hold your ground immediately!!"</div>
Anakin continues towards him. Obi Wan calms his voice.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I know what happened on Tatooine. I know your mother is dead."</div>
Anakin stops walking and looks to the ground as if he lost something.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"And I know what you did to those who caused her death."</div>
Anakin looks up and locks eyes with Obi Wan. His eyes burning with hatred and bearing his teeth. Anakin continues walking toward him.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin!! Don't do this!! There is no need for you to suffer anymore!! Anakin!! Anakin!!! Anakin. NOOO!!!!"</div>Obi Wan swiftly blocks the first blow in one of the most amazing lightsaber fights in the Star Wars saga. Inside a low lit room we see a black cloaked figure walk up to a window and witness the fight happening below. It is an even match at first but Anakin soon gets the upper hand. Obi Wan makes futile pleas of sanity as he is driven back to the edge of the cliff. Anakin then delivers an upper blow knocking Obi Wan's lightsaber up but still in hand. Then Anakin executes a side kick to the chest sending Obi Wan careening over the edge.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"All too easy."</div>
Obi Wan focuses on the Force and begins to fly back to the top of the cliff, spinning like a circular saw, with lightsaber still on. Anakin looks over the edge to see his former master's demise. He see's only the flash of the lightsaber as it slices his left arm , holding his lightsaber, off at the shoulder. The arm lands ten feet away from Anakin. Obi Wan lands forty feet away with his back to Anakin. Obi Wan is looking directly into the camera with Anakin in the distance over his shoulder.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"What have I done?!"</div>He turns to see Anakin already staring at him with the look of unspeakable pain and hatred on his face. Just as they lock eyes the volcano violently erupts in the distance. The quake shears off five feet of the cliff where Anakin stands plummeting him out of view from Obi Wan. Obi Wan sprints to the new edge and finds Anakin hanging, by the fingertips of his mechanical arm, just out of reach. Anakin is staring wildly into the raging river of lava below.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin!! Give me your hand!! Please, just reach up!!</div>
Anakin continues to stare.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin. Turn away from it. Come back to the light."</div>
Anakin turns his head and locks eyes with Obi Wan once more.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NEVER!!!!"</div>
Anakin lets go and begins to fall towards the lava river.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"NOOOO!!!!"</div>
We see a far away shot of Anakin falling as the music of the Imperial March(Vader's Theme) is played full force. Then, from a point of view directly over Obi Wans shoulder, we see Anakin disappear into the gas and steam. At the edge of the river Anakin lands on his back. His legs and waist hit the lava flow. He howls in unimaginable pain. Lava crawls up his back and to the back of his head. Immediately he begins to drag what's left of his body away from the lava with the use of his only appendage left, <span style="color:darkred">the mechanical arm</span>. At the top of the cliff Obi Wan is crying. He calms himself and stands up. He turns around to see Anakin's arm with the light saber next to it. He clicks the light saber onto his belt, picks up Anakin's arm and reluctantly drops Anakin's arm into the lava. He is resigned to his friend and student's death at his own hands. Anakin is staring, in horrible disbelief, down where his legs once were when he sees his arm hit the lava just before he slips into unconsciousness.
As we see Obi Wan exit the cavern, two red lights turn on in the darkness of the cave and are getting bigger. When they hit the light of glowing lava river they are revealed to be med-vac droids sent to retrieve Anakin's broken body.
Inside the Jedi Temple we see huge crowds of Jedi gathered. There are many conversations and happy reunions. Mace Windu himself is having a reunion with a former padawan.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Kido Tan! It has been too long."
<span style="color:chocolate">Kido Tan</span>:"Yes, Master Windu, it has. It is good to see you, even under such dire circumstances."</div>
Mace smiles and nods as Obi Wan comes through one of the main entrances. An somber hush falls on the Jedi as they see Obi Wan walk through them without a word. All of them can sense the terrible pain that Obi Wan is suffering. Obi Wan looks up, with weary eyes, and sees Mace Windu walking up to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Obi Wan? What's wrong?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I...I need to meet with the council as soon as possible."</div>Mace nods with a questioning face and walks away to gather the council members.
Inside a medical room, in the old industrial sector, we see the remainder of Anakin's broken body floating in a bacta tank which lights the room. In the darkness we see the cloaked figure of Darth Sidious awaiting the analysis of the medical droid examining the condition of Anakin's body at a computer station next to the tank. The droid's head turns to Sidious.
<div align=center><span style="color:deeppink">Medical Droid</span>:"He has taken on too much damage and will not survive on his own."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"I know."</div>A door slides open, off to the side, revealing a cybernetic life support unit. It has legs and wire frame torso with a left arm attached. Sidious lifts his hand up and floats the suit to the center of the room. It lands on a short platform which glows red when the suit touches down on it.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Begin the process."</div>Anakin, still unconscious, then lifts out of the tank with his life support mask still attached. He is moved above the suit and begins to slowly descend. Hundreds of needles extend from inside the wire frame body preparing to inject into his skin to form neurological pathways to control robotics of the suit. He is placed in the suit and immediately wakes up from the horrific pain of needles piercing his skin and adjusting to form the connections needed. He cannot scream with the air and food tubes still in his throat. He can only breaths heavily. The medical droid rolls in front of him with the chest plate, with all the buttons and switches, and locks it into place. The droid makes a few adjustments by pressing the rights controls and Anakins breathing subsides. It then locks a neck piece with the air flow knobs around Anakins throat and we see small puffs of air escape indicating that the assisted breathing apature has activated. We then see the mask and helmet descend out of the darkness of the ceiling and position themselves accordingly. The air and food mask draws itself out of his throat.

The face plate and helmet lock into place.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Your new identity."</div>
In the Jedi council chamber Obi Wan is finishing explaining what happened in his confrontation with Anakin to the council members.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"...and I begged for him to turn away...he screamed 'never'...let go of the cliff......and fell into the lava below. Anakin is dead."</div>
The council looks on with shock. Yoda closes his eyes and meditates.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No Obi Wan...Skywalker lives."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"But Master Yoda, I saw..."</div>
Yoda opens his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Decieved you, your eyes have, Obi Wan."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"But how could..."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"It matters not, how he lives. Only know that he lives."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I have failed...and should be discharged from the Jedi Order."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"You have failed as a teacher. You have not failed as a Jedi. Resolution to this matter will be dealt with later. According to our scouting reports the Confederate droid army has entered hyperspace and will be here soon. We must assemble with the others and prepare ourselves for battle."</div>
Inside Chancellor Palpatine's office the Loyalists Committee are assembled in a meeting with Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:royalblue">Bail Organa</span>:"We've just received report that the Separatist's armies are approaching."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"The Senate building must be evacuated. According to Master Kenobi's spy reports they intend to invade and take it over. I will remain here. They will not drive me from my place."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Ask Ask</span>:"You are brave Chancellor and worthy of your position."
<span style="color:tomato">Orn Free Taa</span>:"The Rebublic has never elected a greater Supreme Chancellor."</div>
Palpatine smiles at them as Bail Organa looks at the two boot lickers in disgust.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Take refuge, my friends, and keep safe."</div>
In the huge main hallway we see the nearly ten thousand Jedi Knights together engaged in quiet meditation.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu:"</span>It is time."</div>
All of the Jedi open their eyes and begin to pour out of the temple. Yoda is standing at one of the exits as Obi Wan walks up.

Obi wan walks over and kneels down.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Master Yoda?"</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Your help I need. You must not go. Here, with me, you must stay."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Yes Master Yoda."</div>
Mace Windu is one of the last to exit and sees Obi Wan standing with Yoda. He walks over to them.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No interest in this war do we have Master Windu."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Master Yoda, the Republic needs you."

<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Then the Jedi need you."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Free to come and go a Jedi Master is."</div>
Mace gives Yoda and Obi Wan an intensely quizzical look.

Mace gives a slight smile and sighs.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"May the Force be with you."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span> and <span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"May the Force be with you as well."</div>
Mace catches up with the Jedi who are boarding large transport ships to take them to the Senate building.
Obi Wan looks down to Yoda.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Show you I will."</div>
In space we see the ships carrying the Sepratist's droid armies come out of hyperspace and begin heading for Coruscant. All air and space traffic has been halted and a storm is brewing near the Senate. On the surface we see nearly 150,000 clone troopers with a small number of tanks and gun ships assembled in front of the Senate building. The Coruscant sun is beginning to set and the last Jedi Knights have debarked from their transports. Mace Windu walks up to the clone commander.

<span style="color:teal">Clone Commander</span>:"Yes sir!"</div>
The commander gives the signal and the troops disperse around the building. Mace gives a nod to the other Jedi and they in turn form a perimeter behind the clone army. Chancellor Palpatine appears at the balcony that we saw at the end of Episode II.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"This is the darkest day in the Republic's history. Let's begin a new history today and protect the precious gift of our freedom. May the Force be with you all."</div>
We see the last squadron of Republic Starfighters take off to engage the ships in space. When they reach their targets they are overwhelmed by droid starships and completely wiped out. The carrier ships have a clear path to the planet. As they break through the clouds hundred of smaller armed transports begin pouring out from underneath the larger ships. Republic gun ships take off to engage them. They take out many droid transports but are wiped out as well. The ships land on the surface and thousands of droids begin pouring out of them. When finished, there are over 1,000,000 droids surrounding the Senate and begin moving towards it. The clonetroopers move out and engage the droid armies. The Jedi stay their ground. The way this battle will work is that the clonetroopers and droids evenly decimate each other, leaving about 50 clonetroopers left. The last rays of the sun are seen disappearing in the horizon as the storm moves in overhead.
In the secret room, inside the Jedi Temple, we see Yoda, Obi Wan, Padme, and the twins.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Twins?! You and Anakin conceived children?"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No time for this there is Obi Wan!"
<span style="color:sandybrown">Padme</span>:" Yes, we did. Luke and Leia. Where is Anakin?!"</div>
Yoda and Obi Wan look at each other speechless.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Explain later we will Senator. For now we are in grave danger. The destruction of the Jedi Temple I have foreseen! Immediately we must leave!"</div>
Obi Wan grabs Luke as Padme gets Leia.
Back at the Senate building, many new transport ships begin to break through the clouds and descend in a circle around it. In the distance we see a huge unusually shaped ship, which looks like a much smaller version of the Death Star's main weapon, appear near the Jedi Temple and is positioning itself above the sacred building. The new ships open up and masses of troops begin to pour out. These are the clones that Sidious ordered using Boba Fett's DNA which is of course and exact match to Jango Fett's DNA. There are 50,000 of them equipped with the same armour and weapons that Jango had in his arsenal. Five to one odds and we have already seen how difficult one of them was to Obi Wan. The Clone Wars have revealed itself for what it was always intended in Sidious' plan. A plan we are all too familiar with...a trap...to bring all of the Jedi Knights together and wipe them out. In a series of fast cuts we see the Jedi turn their heads to the temple and see the weapon come to a stop, next Yoda, Obi Wan holding Luke, and Padme holding Leia board the shuttle parked on the outside of the Temple, then back to the Jedi where we hear one of them say in a faint voice "no", then inside the small control room attached to the Death Star gun we see General Tarkin.

The shuttle with Yoda, Obi Wan, Padme and the twins quickly takes off, the gun's lasers come together and then shoot down slamming into the Jedi Temple and blowing it and some space around it completely away. The Jedi turn back around to see the Jango/Boba clones flying with their jetpacks at them. Several of them launch their missiles and take out the remaining Republic clones. It begins to rain. The Jedi sprint in a blur rushing towards them. Several thousand Jango/Boba clones begin to ascend, forming a wave, to get behind the Jedi. Matching the move several thousand Jedi leap to incredible heights to engage them. The two waves crash and thousands of Jedi Knights and Jango/Boba clones begin falling out of the sky. Lighting is flashing everywhere like a strobe light revealing the battle which is illuminated by lightsabers, blasters, the fire of the jetpacks taking off and the explosions of missiles.
We see the shuttle park at a balcony with Senator Bail Organa and group awaiting its passengers.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Surround her and the twins with as much protection as you can. Obi Wan and I must leave."
<span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"Twins?"</div>
Yoda and Obi Wan board the shuttle again and race back to the Senate Building where the Jedi are loosing their battle with the Jango/Boba clones. When shuttle gets over the battle Yoda and Obi Wan leap out of the open air cockpit, lightsabers ablaze, down into the battle, cutting down clones flying on jetpacks as they descend to the surface. When Yoda touches the ground he immediately goes into berserker mode, nearly turning into nothing but a blur, wiping out dozens and dozens of clones. Obi Wan is at his peak as well, out performing even his best previous efforts in battle. The tide turns in favor of the Jedi. The battle soon comes to an end with the Jedi still standing. Unfortunately there are barely one hundred of them left. Yoda looks over the battlefield littered with the dead bodies of Jedi and clones. A single tear rolls down his cheek.

Chancellor Palpatine appears at the balcony again with hand over his mouth and tears welling up in his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:" Oh my friends... this is not how it is supposed to be...your loss has been to great...please come inside the Senate Chambers there is something I must tell you."</div>The Jedi begin to slowly walk, limp, or carry each other to the Senate Building. Chancellor Palpatine turns from the balcony to the darkened room behind him where the black cloaked figure of Darth Sidious is facing him. On either side of him we see Anakin/ Vader and Boba Fett. We see Palpatine standing just inside the room with two royal guards behind him on either side of the opening to the balcony.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"You have served me well, clone."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Your will is my own."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Then you will understand this."</div>The royal guards turn on their electrocution staffs and jam them into the back of Palpatine. Darth Sidious turns to Boba Fett.
<div align=center><span style="color:teal">Boba Fett</span>:"It didn't work. The Jedi are still alive."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Don't worry Boba. I will see to them personally."</div>
Darth Sidious then turns to Anakin/Vader.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Take your position outside the Senate chambers."</div>Anakin/Vader bows and exits the room. Darth Sidious removes his cloak and is dressed in the same chancellor garb as his clone who he created with just enough midiclorians to be able to control from afar to carry out his political bidding. He exits the room to a pod inside the senate chamber.
The remaining Jedi are assembling around the Chancellor's seat which is in its lowered position, about thirty feet above the floor. Kido Tan, Mace's padawan, is the last to enter the Senate building. He senses something near and begins to walk towards it as he does Count Dooku leaps out of a door to the side of him. Kido Tan barely deflects the blow.

<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Ah, Kido Tan, one of Master Windu's former students. This will be a pleasure."
<span style="color:coral">Kido Tan</span>:"I'm sure"</div>Dooku launches into an attack that Kido Tan is not prepared for and is taken down quickly by Dooku's lightsaber.
Inside the Senate chambers we see Sidious' pod come to a stop at the Chancellor's seat. The Jedi don't know what to make of him and look uneasy. Darth Sidious positions himself at the seat.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"There is no need for you to suffer anything like this again my friends."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"We do not understand."</div>
Sidious raises his hands.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"You will!"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"RUN!!!"</div>Dark force electricity reigns down on the remaining Jedi. Mace Windu, Obi Wan, Luminara Unduli, and Kit Fisto race towards one of the openings to the Senate chambers just as they all slam shut. All four of their lightsabers turn on and slam into the door at four corners to cut out an escape. The rest of the Jedi are caught in the electrical field shaking violently and lifting off the ground. Yoda is holding off the small area near the the four Jedi slicing through the door. When they complete the cutting Mace Windu uses the force to push the cut section out of their way. Yoda throws the lighting away and runs to the door.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Together, jump!!!"</div>All five Jedi leap through the door. Kit Fisto lands too close to the door and is dragged back into the chamber by the lightning. At the same time Anakin/ Vader ignites his lightsaber and brings it down on Luminara Unduli who can barely reach her lightsaber before she is cut down. Yoda, Obi Wan, and Mace Windu look on with horror.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin?!"</div> Mace turns to Yoda and Obi Wan.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"RUN!!!"</div>Mace flies at Anakin/Vader and engages in battle. Obi Wan steps forward but Yoda's hand grabs his leg.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"To Mace we listen, run we must!!!"</div>Yoda and Obi Wan tear off as fast as they can leaving Mace to deal with Anakin/Vader.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"You are a Jedi!! Why have you done this?!?!"
<span style="color:crimson">Anakin/Vader</span>:"You never wanted me to be a Jedi!"</div>
We see a shuttle with Obi Wan and Yoda arrive once more at Senator Organa's apartment balcony.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Leave Coruscant, we must. Decimated is the Jedi Order and lost is the Republic."
<span style="color:coral">Padme</span>:"And Anakin?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"He is alive, milady, but is lost as well."
<span style="color:coral">Padme</span>:"I don't understand."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Expain later we will for now we must leave."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Senator Organa we will need the cover of your entourage and use of your transports."
<span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"Of course, but where are we going?"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Anywhere but here. In grave danger our lives are."</div>Padme and Obi Wan get the children again, Bail's entourage forms around them and Yoda and quickly leave the room.
Inside the Senate chambers Sidious is still draining the life out of the last few Jedi still resisting. Outside, in the hallway, Mace is holding off Anakin/Vader.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"The Dark Side will not make you all-powerful!!"
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"We will see."</div>
They continue to battle as we see a figure step out of a door to the hallway behind Mace. He begins to slowly walk up to them, but Mace is too distracted by the fight to notice. We get a close up to see that it is Dooku stealthily getting closer. Dooku gets within striking range and raises his hand. Mace finally becomes aware of his presence and snaps his head around. Dooku pops him with a volley of Dark Side electricity and sends Mace to his knees, his body smoking. Anakin/Vader brings down his lightsaber and decapitates Mace.
<div align=center><span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"We make a powerful combination, you and I."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"I remember you."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Join me and I will complete your training."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"You took my arm from me."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Yes, but I gave you something much more useful...hatred, and it has made you powerful beyond measure. We can destroy Sidious and bring order the way we know it should be done...by fear."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"Master Sidious saved my life and I must obey him."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Then be a slave."</div>
Count Dooku attacks Anakin/Vader and the nature of the Sith is revealed. If more than two exist one will destroy the other for power.
Inside the Senate chamber Darth Sidious stops his attack after the last Jedi has died. He is hunched over and weak from such extreme use of the Dark Side. He composes himself and when we see his face it is more like the decrepit form we saw in ROTJ. Ask from the Force and you shall receive. Take from the Force and the Force takes from you. Sidious slowly levitates from the Chancellor seat to the door which has been cut through. As he floats above the smoking bodies of the dead Jedi he looks down at them and begins to laugh. When he looks up he sees two red lightsabers clashing just outside the cut door.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Good...gooood!"</div>He appears at the door and Dooku, having a harder time with Anakin/Vader than he thought, senses his presence.
<div align=center><span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Master! Help me!"
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Of course Lord Tyrannus."</div>
Sidious raises his hands and pops Dooku with a volley of electricity. Dooku falls to his hands and knees. Anakin/Vader brings his lightsaber across Dooku's back cutting him in half.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Well done my young apprentice."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"Thank you my master."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Now claim you rightful place at my side and speak your Sith name."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Vader</span>:"My name is Darth... Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Excellent!"
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Vader</span>:"Yoda and Obi Wan escaped my Master."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"They cannot be allowed to live Lord Vader. Seek out and destroy them."</div>
Darth Vader turns and quickly begins striding down the hall.
Bail's entourage is exiting a shuttle at the landing platform for the viceroy's personal ship and see a group of Imperial Stormtroopers guarding it. Yoda looks down at the ground with a very concerned face. They walk up with questioning faces.
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"If you'll excuse us, myself and my party will be leaving Coruscant."
<span style="color:silver">Stormtrooper officer</span>:"No one is going anywhere."</div>
Obi Wan hands Luke to Padme.
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"I am Senator Bail..."
<span style="color:silver">Stormtrooper officer</span>:"We know who you are and you are all under arrest."</div>Yoda and Obi Wan leap out from the group and go to town on the Stormtroopers. They are all taken out and no one in the group is harmed. Immediately they rush on board of the vessel and take off. Yoda pulls Obi Wan to the side and motions him to kneel. The rest of the group walks ahead to the forward cabins. Obi Wan does so as Yoda whispers.

Episode III
Journey Into Darkness</span>
<span style="color:orange"> In the time since the first battle on Geonosis
THE CLONE WARS have slowly ripped apart
the fabric of the GALACTIC REPUBLIC. Nearly half
of the of the star systems have fallen to
control of the Conferacy of Independent Planets.
While the majority of the JEDI KNIGHTS have
remained inactive in the war, Obi Wan Kenobi
went against the council's orders and accepted
the rank of general in the Republic's army. His
padawan, Anakin Skywalker, has followed him
into war.
The whereabouts of Senator Padme Amidala
have remained a mystery for some time now.
Many fear that those who orchestrated her
previous assassination attempts have found
success... </span> </div>The scroll fades and we pan down to the planet of Alderaan where an intense space battle is raging. Commander Anakin Skywalker is leading the effort in space to prevent the Seperatists from reaching the surface of the planet. During this battle we will witness why Anakin was "the best star pilot in the galaxy". But even with his and the clone trooper pilot's best efforts the Seperatists break through their defenses and begin landing on the surface where General Obi Wan Kenobi awaits with thousands of clone troopers. The battle erupts and Obi Wan both commands and participates in the fight to save Alderaan. Anakin lands his ship safely, in the thick of battle, and leaps from the cockpit right next to his master joining him in the struggle. Anakin, now forged in the fire of war for nearly two years, displays abilities that even take Obi Wan by surprise. However, with General Tarkin in command of the Separatist armies, there are simply too many droids and the Republic army is forced into retreat. Another sad defeat at the hands of the Separatists.
Joining Obi Wan and Anakin in the retreat is Viceroy Bail Organa, his wife, and their security entourage. While in space Obi Wan is alerted by a clone trooper that another ship is quickly approaching. Obi Wan instructs him to allow the ship to dock with theirs. Obi Wan secretly commissioned a group of Bothan spies to board the Sepratists command ships in space during the battle to try and discover their next move in the war. The news received tells Obi Wan that the war is going to come to an end, win or lose, for the next target is Coruscant. Obi Wan immediately sends an urgent message to the Jedi Temple informing them of the pending attack.
When they reach Coruscant there is a flood of ships going to the planet as well. They are the nearly 10,000 Jedi Knights who have been dispatched throughout the galaxy during the course of the war to help negotiate peace on the planets still under the protection of the Republic. Informed of the Separatist plans to take over the Republic, the Jedi Counsil has called back all of the Knights to help defend Coruscant from invasion. Yoda is the only member to disagree with the council's decision.
As Obi Wan, Anakin, and Bail Organa exit the ship on the landing platform Anakin expresses that he "has a bad feeling" about the pending attack and tells Obi Wan that he needs to see Padme again. Bail overhears Anakin and tells him that the senator has been missing for over a year and a half, and that those who wished for her demise may have finally succeeded. Shocked and confused, Anakin tells Obi wan that he has to find her. Overwhelmingly irritated with his student, Obi Wan angrily orders Anakin to remain on Coruscant and to let go of whatever feelings he has towards Padme. Anakin screams "NO!" and runs to a empty taxi near the edge of the platform and flies away, disappearing into the traffic of Coruscant. Having no idea of what to do Obi Wan seeks advice from the Jedi Counsil.
The doors to Chancellor Palpatine's office opens and Anakin walks in. The Chancellor expresses his pleasure in seeing Anakin alive and well but Anakin says nothing. Palpatine asks Anakin what is troubling him. Anakin asks the Chancellor if he has heard from or seen Senator Amidala. Palpatine tells Anakin that he has not, and is very concerned for her well being. Thinking that the Chancellor might be the only one who would know where Padme is, Anakin begins to lose hope that he will see here again. Chancellor Palpatine suggests that Anakin should go to Naboo and ask the Queen if she knows what has happened. Anakin tells the Chancellor that Master Kenobi has ordered him to stay on Coruscant. Palpatine restates to Anakin that he doesn't need guidance and to follow his feelings rather that orders from a teacher who has held him back. We all now know that Anakin shares this opinion of Obi Wan. Anakin thanks Palpatine for his advice and immediately leaves to go to Naboo.
In the Jedi Counsil's chambers Obi Wan is finishing his explanation of Anakin's disobedient behavior. The council is not surprised by this for they have a surprise for Obi Wan. Through Yoda, the council have discovered that Anakin has broken the Jedi Code by being married to Senator Padme Amidala. Shocked and ashamed by Anakin's actions Obi Wan begins to ask the council of the ramifications of Anakin and Padme's reunion but is cut off in mid-sentence when Yoda raises his hand and informs Obi Wan that she has been safely placed into hiding under his supervision and that Anakin will soon return to Obi Wan. When he does, Obi Wan must bring him before the council for judgement. Obi Wan reluctantly bows and leaves the chamber.
Anakin arrives at Naboo and goes to the Queen to inquire about Padme. He barges into a meeting she is having with representatives Jar Jar Binks and Sio Bibble. Anakin apologizes for the interruption and asks them if they know where Padme is. The Queen respectfully asks Jar Jar and Sio to leave her and Anakin alone. She tells Anakin that she has been asked to keep this matter a secret by another Jedi. Anakin is taken back by this. He becomes infuriated and uses the Force to choke the Queen while demanding the name of the Jedi. She can barely speak the name as her windpipe closes off..."Yoda". Surprised, Anakin lets go of her and utters his name again before storming out of the room leaving the Queen collapsed on the desk as she gathers her strength back. Anakin escapes Naboo before the security forces are informed on his attack on the Queen.
A door opens and we see Yoda enter the secret chamber within the Jedi Temple where Padme is hidden. She turns around holding the twins Luke and Leia in her arms. A Jedi assistant assigned to help by Yoda comes and takes Luke to lighten her load. Yoda looks on and comments on the wonder of babies. Padme listens and nods agreeing with Yoda but immediately asks him how much longer this hiding must go on. Sensing Padme's frustration with him, Yoda reminds her of how important she and the children's existence is to the Jedi and the Republic and that those who want her dead are still wishing for her demise. Tired of debating with Yoda she sits down in a chair with Leia in her arms gently rocking back and forth looking sadly into Leia's eyes. Yoda reluctantly tells her that Anakin has found out that she is missing and has run away to try and find her. Speechless she looks at Yoda. Yoda states that he knows that Anakin has been in pain for some time now and wants to know why. She tells Yoda everything that happened to Anakin on Tatooine from his mother's horrible death to his murderous actions against the Tusken people...even the women and children. Yoda is dismayed at the revelation.
Anakin returns to Coruscant and immediately goes to Chancellor Palpatine's office to tell him what he has learned. Palpatine can see that Skywalker is visibly shaken by his journey to Naboo and offers a sympathetic ear to Anakin's thoughts. Palpatine listens and advises Anakin to go directly to the Jedi temple and seek out Yoda for the answers to Padme's location. Furthermore, if Yoda denies any knowledge of her whereabouts to leave the temple and return to his office. He reassures Anakin that they will find out where she is. Anakin thanks the Chancellor for his time and wisdom and leaves for the temple.
We then see Anakin walking quickly up to one of the huge main entrances to the Jedi Temple where Obi Wan is waiting. He sees his master and slows his pace a bit as if he were trying to think of what to say.( Let me take a shot at some lines here. )

<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>: "What have you done, Anakin?!?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:" Master, forgive me for the way..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"What secrets have you kept from me?!?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Master, I don't..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Anakin, I know about your marriage to Senator Amidala!"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:" How did..."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Blast it, Anakin!!! It doesn't matter how I found out!! What matters is that you have broken the code!!!!"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"But I..."
<span style="color:blue">Obiwan</span>:"There's nothing you can say or do Anakin! The council has ordered me to bring you before them for judgement! Do you understand what you have done!!"</div>
Until this moment Anakin has been sheepish. Then he verbally lashes out at his master.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NO! It is you who doesn't understand!! You are the one who should be judged!! Your failings as a teacher is what has done this to me!!
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Anakin..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"You've always been jealous of me...I know it."
Anakin begins to cry. Obi Wan reaches out to his friend to console him.
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Please, Anakin..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"You've held me back long enough!!!"</div>Anakin throws Obi Wans hand away and storms off in tears. Obi Wan is left in complete shock of what his student has told him.
In the burned out industrial sector of Couruscant, Darth Sidious is speaking to Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus and General Tarkin via hologram.
<div align=center><span style="color:firebrick">Darth Tyrannus</span>:"We have all divisions of the droid armies concentrated at Yavin, Master Sidious. Including the test weapon."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Well done Lord Tyrannus. Have the Kaminoan's delivered the clones I ordered?"
<span style="color:firebrick">Darth Tyrannus</span>:"Yes Master, they are in hyperspace as we speak and will be here momentarily. I must ask master, will they perform like the other clones considering the radical growth process."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidous</span>:"The Kaminoans have made great leaps in the advancement of their technologies. The clones will do their job well. General Tarkin, you have your orders."
<span style="color:crimson">General Tarkin</span>:"Yes Lord Sidous. No surrender, no prisoners."</div>The hologram shuts off and the camera turns around Sidious to an angle that reveals a 14 year old Boba Fett standing next to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Don't worry Boba. The Jedi will pay for what they did to your father."
<span style="color:teal">Boba Fett</span>:"Thank you, Lord Sidious."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Oh no my young one, it is you who should be given praise. Without you, these clone's could not exist."</div>
Next we see Obi Wan and Yoda by themselves in Yoda's meditation chamber.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"...he ran away in tears. I had no idea of what to say or do."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Reckless you have been, with your student, Obi Wan! Known this, I have, since the beginning of the war. Hear you nothing that I say. Warned you, of this danger, long ago i did! Listen to me now will you?!?
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"Yes, master Yoda."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Matters with young Skywalker are worse than imagined. Discovered have I, through his wife, that his mother met a horrible end to her life and he was there at the moment of her passing."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"He told me he saw her, when he went to Tatooine, but he said she was fine."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Lied to you he has, Obi Wan. And worse than this, revenge he took on those who killed her. Slaughtered Anakin did, an entire tribe of people who held his mother captive."</div>
Obi Wan stares at Yoda in horror and disbelief.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"no."</div>
The spirit of Qui Gon Jinn manifests in the meditation chamber.
<div align=center><span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Yoda speaks the truth, Obi Wan."</div>
Obi Wan stands and stares in amazement while Yoda doesn't seem all that surprised.
<div align=center><span style="color:skyblue">Qui Gon</span>:"I was there begging him to stop. But the darkness kept him from hearing me."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Heard you, I did, when I sensed Skywalker's pain."
<span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"How can this be? No Jedi has been known to keep their identity, within the unifying Force, beyond death! Let alone be able to break through to the living and communicate!?!?"
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Obi Wan, my old padawan, do I not appear before you know? Can you not hear me? I have discovered that all beings, even beyond the Jedi order, have a place within the Force. And communication continues even beyond the living."</div>
Yoda purses his lips and nods.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Mmm, always something new, the Force has, for us to learn."
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"Yes, and I have come to teach you something else. When confronted with the moment of passing, be at peace with the Force, and nothing of your living body will be left behind."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Mmm... interesting ...yes ... the truth of it I see."
Obi Wan looks on with a little confusion.
<span style="color:blue">Obiwan</span>:"But what about Anakin?"
<span style="color:skyblue">QuiGon</span>:"The dark side is seducing him Obi Wan. I see great danger in your next meeting with Anakin."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Yes, to Qui Gon you must listen. Extreme caution is needed in what is said and done. Falling into darkness Skywalker is. Find him, you must, Obi Wan, before it is too late."</div>Obi Wan leaves the meditation chamber as Qui Gon spirit fades back into the Force.
The door to Chancellor Palpatine's office opens once more and a devastated Anakin Skywalker walks through.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"My friend, what has happened? Did you see Master Yoda?"
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"no."</div>Anakin walks to the chair in front of Palpatine's desk.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Anakin, what's wrong?"</div>
Anakin sits down in front of Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I've broken the Jedi Code."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"How?"</div>
Palpatine stands up and walks over to Anakin.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I married Senator Amidala just after the first battle of the war. Even then, I knew I was breaking the code. How stupid can I be?"</div>Palpatine places his hand on Anakin's shoulder comforting him.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"There now, Anakin. Don't be so hard on yourself. You can't let your feelings towards her be ruled by some code, can you?"</div>
Anakin looks up to Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Obi Wan told me the council wants me before them for judgement. They are going to expel me from the Jedi Order."</div>
Palpatine gently pats Anakin's shoulder and begins to walk back behind his desk.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"At the risk of sounding redundant, Anakin, I have told you time and time again that you don't need guidance. Perhaps the way of the Jedi is not for you."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"But I've always dreamed of being a Jedi."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Dreams change, Anakin."</div>
Anakin looks down as Palpatine looks out to the cityscape of Coruscant.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"There is someone I know who might be able to help you."</div>
Anakin looks up to see Palpatine turning back around.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Who? Where?"
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"He resides in the old industrial section. You should go there and wait in the deepest parts of it. But remember, Obi Wan is looking for you and his determination to resolve this matter with the Jedi will draw him to you. After you are finished with him the one who can help you will seek you out."</div>
Anakin's face pinched in anger at the mention of Obi Wan's name now.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Thank you Chancellor for all of your help."</div>Anakin gets up and walks to the doors as they open...
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Oh, and Anakin... don't be afraid to express feelings you aren't accustom to. Leave Obi Wan no doubt on how you feel about this."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"I will."</div>
Obi Wan is slowly walking down a darkened street in the old industrial section keeping his senses attuned to Anakin's presence. He stops outside a small run down bar which is barely lit inside. Walking in he notices a couple of patrons passed out at a table and a bartender working on the drink dispensers. He spots Anakin hiding at a small table in the back. Calmly and slowly, Obi Wan walks up to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I know you are frustrated and hurting Anakin."</div>
Anakin turns his head to him. Obi Wan can see his eyes, filled with hatred, from beneath the hood.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">ObiWan</span>:"There is no need to feel like this, Anakin. Come back with me to the temple and we..."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NO!!!!</div>
The Forces surges and goes off like a bomb as Anakin says this. Obi Wan, with the chairs and tables, gets thrown clear across the bar. Obi Wan crashes down near the entrance. Anakin runs quickly out of the bar and down a pitch black alleyway just outside the bar. Obi Wan gathers his bearings and exits the establishment as the bartender curses the Jedi for wrecking his bar. Obi Wan stops at the mouth of the ally and sees, at the end of it, a door open revealing a red light from inside. Anakin enters the door as it slams shut behind him. Obi Wan disappears into the ally.
From inside we see the door open and Obi Wan cautiously steps inside. We have now entered an environment in the Star Wars universe that can only best be described as hell. A place where friendships are destroyed, dreams are lost, and good turns to evil. Obi Wan surveys the area looking for Anakin. The size of the cavern can not be determined. Aside of the very low light that illuminates the entrance and spiral staircase that leads to the rocky surface of Coruscant , the only light there is comes from the small stream of lava escaping from a volcano that is approximately a mile away. Weblike steel structures, that support the buildings above the cavern, shoot down from the darkness above into the planets surface below. Obi Wan sense Anakin's presence above, at the top of a rocky cliff a short distance away from the entrance. As Obi Wan climbs up, the light in the cavern fades as the lava stops flowing from the volcano. When he reaches the top he sees Anakin standing at the edge of the cliff staring at the fading light in the cooling stream of lava below. Anakin looks up and turns his head slightly.

<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Master."</div>Anikin turns around with a crazed look in his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"What?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I am your Jedi Master, Anakin, and you will refer to me as so."
<span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"Not anymore."</div>Anakin ignites his lightsaber and begins walking towards Obi Wan.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin!! Disengage your lightsaber and hold your ground immediately!!"</div>
Anakin continues towards him. Obi Wan calms his voice.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I know what happened on Tatooine. I know your mother is dead."</div>
Anakin stops walking and looks to the ground as if he lost something.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"And I know what you did to those who caused her death."</div>
Anakin looks up and locks eyes with Obi Wan. His eyes burning with hatred and bearing his teeth. Anakin continues walking toward him.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin!! Don't do this!! There is no need for you to suffer anymore!! Anakin!! Anakin!!! Anakin. NOOO!!!!"</div>Obi Wan swiftly blocks the first blow in one of the most amazing lightsaber fights in the Star Wars saga. Inside a low lit room we see a black cloaked figure walk up to a window and witness the fight happening below. It is an even match at first but Anakin soon gets the upper hand. Obi Wan makes futile pleas of sanity as he is driven back to the edge of the cliff. Anakin then delivers an upper blow knocking Obi Wan's lightsaber up but still in hand. Then Anakin executes a side kick to the chest sending Obi Wan careening over the edge.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"All too easy."</div>
Obi Wan focuses on the Force and begins to fly back to the top of the cliff, spinning like a circular saw, with lightsaber still on. Anakin looks over the edge to see his former master's demise. He see's only the flash of the lightsaber as it slices his left arm , holding his lightsaber, off at the shoulder. The arm lands ten feet away from Anakin. Obi Wan lands forty feet away with his back to Anakin. Obi Wan is looking directly into the camera with Anakin in the distance over his shoulder.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"What have I done?!"</div>He turns to see Anakin already staring at him with the look of unspeakable pain and hatred on his face. Just as they lock eyes the volcano violently erupts in the distance. The quake shears off five feet of the cliff where Anakin stands plummeting him out of view from Obi Wan. Obi Wan sprints to the new edge and finds Anakin hanging, by the fingertips of his mechanical arm, just out of reach. Anakin is staring wildly into the raging river of lava below.

Anakin continues to stare.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin. Turn away from it. Come back to the light."</div>
Anakin turns his head and locks eyes with Obi Wan once more.
<div align=center><span style="color:orangered">Anakin</span>:"NEVER!!!!"</div>
Anakin lets go and begins to fall towards the lava river.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"NOOOO!!!!"</div>
We see a far away shot of Anakin falling as the music of the Imperial March(Vader's Theme) is played full force. Then, from a point of view directly over Obi Wans shoulder, we see Anakin disappear into the gas and steam. At the edge of the river Anakin lands on his back. His legs and waist hit the lava flow. He howls in unimaginable pain. Lava crawls up his back and to the back of his head. Immediately he begins to drag what's left of his body away from the lava with the use of his only appendage left, <span style="color:darkred">the mechanical arm</span>. At the top of the cliff Obi Wan is crying. He calms himself and stands up. He turns around to see Anakin's arm with the light saber next to it. He clicks the light saber onto his belt, picks up Anakin's arm and reluctantly drops Anakin's arm into the lava. He is resigned to his friend and student's death at his own hands. Anakin is staring, in horrible disbelief, down where his legs once were when he sees his arm hit the lava just before he slips into unconsciousness.
As we see Obi Wan exit the cavern, two red lights turn on in the darkness of the cave and are getting bigger. When they hit the light of glowing lava river they are revealed to be med-vac droids sent to retrieve Anakin's broken body.
Inside the Jedi Temple we see huge crowds of Jedi gathered. There are many conversations and happy reunions. Mace Windu himself is having a reunion with a former padawan.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Kido Tan! It has been too long."
<span style="color:chocolate">Kido Tan</span>:"Yes, Master Windu, it has. It is good to see you, even under such dire circumstances."</div>
Mace smiles and nods as Obi Wan comes through one of the main entrances. An somber hush falls on the Jedi as they see Obi Wan walk through them without a word. All of them can sense the terrible pain that Obi Wan is suffering. Obi Wan looks up, with weary eyes, and sees Mace Windu walking up to him.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Obi Wan? What's wrong?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I...I need to meet with the council as soon as possible."</div>Mace nods with a questioning face and walks away to gather the council members.
Inside a medical room, in the old industrial sector, we see the remainder of Anakin's broken body floating in a bacta tank which lights the room. In the darkness we see the cloaked figure of Darth Sidious awaiting the analysis of the medical droid examining the condition of Anakin's body at a computer station next to the tank. The droid's head turns to Sidious.
<div align=center><span style="color:deeppink">Medical Droid</span>:"He has taken on too much damage and will not survive on his own."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"I know."</div>A door slides open, off to the side, revealing a cybernetic life support unit. It has legs and wire frame torso with a left arm attached. Sidious lifts his hand up and floats the suit to the center of the room. It lands on a short platform which glows red when the suit touches down on it.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Begin the process."</div>Anakin, still unconscious, then lifts out of the tank with his life support mask still attached. He is moved above the suit and begins to slowly descend. Hundreds of needles extend from inside the wire frame body preparing to inject into his skin to form neurological pathways to control robotics of the suit. He is placed in the suit and immediately wakes up from the horrific pain of needles piercing his skin and adjusting to form the connections needed. He cannot scream with the air and food tubes still in his throat. He can only breaths heavily. The medical droid rolls in front of him with the chest plate, with all the buttons and switches, and locks it into place. The droid makes a few adjustments by pressing the rights controls and Anakins breathing subsides. It then locks a neck piece with the air flow knobs around Anakins throat and we see small puffs of air escape indicating that the assisted breathing apature has activated. We then see the mask and helmet descend out of the darkness of the ceiling and position themselves accordingly. The air and food mask draws itself out of his throat.

The face plate and helmet lock into place.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Your new identity."</div>
In the Jedi council chamber Obi Wan is finishing explaining what happened in his confrontation with Anakin to the council members.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"...and I begged for him to turn away...he screamed 'never'...let go of the cliff......and fell into the lava below. Anakin is dead."</div>
The council looks on with shock. Yoda closes his eyes and meditates.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No Obi Wan...Skywalker lives."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"But Master Yoda, I saw..."</div>
Yoda opens his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Decieved you, your eyes have, Obi Wan."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"But how could..."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"It matters not, how he lives. Only know that he lives."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"I have failed...and should be discharged from the Jedi Order."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"You have failed as a teacher. You have not failed as a Jedi. Resolution to this matter will be dealt with later. According to our scouting reports the Confederate droid army has entered hyperspace and will be here soon. We must assemble with the others and prepare ourselves for battle."</div>
Inside Chancellor Palpatine's office the Loyalists Committee are assembled in a meeting with Palpatine.
<div align=center><span style="color:royalblue">Bail Organa</span>:"We've just received report that the Separatist's armies are approaching."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"The Senate building must be evacuated. According to Master Kenobi's spy reports they intend to invade and take it over. I will remain here. They will not drive me from my place."</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Ask Ask</span>:"You are brave Chancellor and worthy of your position."
<span style="color:tomato">Orn Free Taa</span>:"The Rebublic has never elected a greater Supreme Chancellor."</div>
Palpatine smiles at them as Bail Organa looks at the two boot lickers in disgust.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Take refuge, my friends, and keep safe."</div>
In the huge main hallway we see the nearly ten thousand Jedi Knights together engaged in quiet meditation.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu:"</span>It is time."</div>
All of the Jedi open their eyes and begin to pour out of the temple. Yoda is standing at one of the exits as Obi Wan walks up.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Obi Wan."</div>
Obi wan walks over and kneels down.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Master Yoda?"</div>
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Your help I need. You must not go. Here, with me, you must stay."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Yes Master Yoda."</div>
Mace Windu is one of the last to exit and sees Obi Wan standing with Yoda. He walks over to them.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Master Yoda?"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No interest in this war do we have Master Windu."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Master Yoda, the Republic needs you."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Forbbiden is attachment."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"Then the Jedi need you."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Free to come and go a Jedi Master is."</div>
Mace gives Yoda and Obi Wan an intensely quizzical look.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Know well what I do Mace. Trust me."</div>
Mace gives a slight smile and sighs.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"May the Force be with you."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span> and <span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"May the Force be with you as well."</div>
Mace catches up with the Jedi who are boarding large transport ships to take them to the Senate building.
Obi Wan looks down to Yoda.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Show you I will."</div>
In space we see the ships carrying the Sepratist's droid armies come out of hyperspace and begin heading for Coruscant. All air and space traffic has been halted and a storm is brewing near the Senate. On the surface we see nearly 150,000 clone troopers with a small number of tanks and gun ships assembled in front of the Senate building. The Coruscant sun is beginning to set and the last Jedi Knights have debarked from their transports. Mace Windu walks up to the clone commander.

The commander gives the signal and the troops disperse around the building. Mace gives a nod to the other Jedi and they in turn form a perimeter behind the clone army. Chancellor Palpatine appears at the balcony that we saw at the end of Episode II.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"This is the darkest day in the Republic's history. Let's begin a new history today and protect the precious gift of our freedom. May the Force be with you all."</div>
We see the last squadron of Republic Starfighters take off to engage the ships in space. When they reach their targets they are overwhelmed by droid starships and completely wiped out. The carrier ships have a clear path to the planet. As they break through the clouds hundred of smaller armed transports begin pouring out from underneath the larger ships. Republic gun ships take off to engage them. They take out many droid transports but are wiped out as well. The ships land on the surface and thousands of droids begin pouring out of them. When finished, there are over 1,000,000 droids surrounding the Senate and begin moving towards it. The clonetroopers move out and engage the droid armies. The Jedi stay their ground. The way this battle will work is that the clonetroopers and droids evenly decimate each other, leaving about 50 clonetroopers left. The last rays of the sun are seen disappearing in the horizon as the storm moves in overhead.
In the secret room, inside the Jedi Temple, we see Yoda, Obi Wan, Padme, and the twins.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"No time for this there is Obi Wan!"
<span style="color:sandybrown">Padme</span>:" Yes, we did. Luke and Leia. Where is Anakin?!"</div>
Yoda and Obi Wan look at each other speechless.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Explain later we will Senator. For now we are in grave danger. The destruction of the Jedi Temple I have foreseen! Immediately we must leave!"</div>
Obi Wan grabs Luke as Padme gets Leia.
Back at the Senate building, many new transport ships begin to break through the clouds and descend in a circle around it. In the distance we see a huge unusually shaped ship, which looks like a much smaller version of the Death Star's main weapon, appear near the Jedi Temple and is positioning itself above the sacred building. The new ships open up and masses of troops begin to pour out. These are the clones that Sidious ordered using Boba Fett's DNA which is of course and exact match to Jango Fett's DNA. There are 50,000 of them equipped with the same armour and weapons that Jango had in his arsenal. Five to one odds and we have already seen how difficult one of them was to Obi Wan. The Clone Wars have revealed itself for what it was always intended in Sidious' plan. A plan we are all too familiar with...a trap...to bring all of the Jedi Knights together and wipe them out. In a series of fast cuts we see the Jedi turn their heads to the temple and see the weapon come to a stop, next Yoda, Obi Wan holding Luke, and Padme holding Leia board the shuttle parked on the outside of the Temple, then back to the Jedi where we hear one of them say in a faint voice "no", then inside the small control room attached to the Death Star gun we see General Tarkin.

The shuttle with Yoda, Obi Wan, Padme and the twins quickly takes off, the gun's lasers come together and then shoot down slamming into the Jedi Temple and blowing it and some space around it completely away. The Jedi turn back around to see the Jango/Boba clones flying with their jetpacks at them. Several of them launch their missiles and take out the remaining Republic clones. It begins to rain. The Jedi sprint in a blur rushing towards them. Several thousand Jango/Boba clones begin to ascend, forming a wave, to get behind the Jedi. Matching the move several thousand Jedi leap to incredible heights to engage them. The two waves crash and thousands of Jedi Knights and Jango/Boba clones begin falling out of the sky. Lighting is flashing everywhere like a strobe light revealing the battle which is illuminated by lightsabers, blasters, the fire of the jetpacks taking off and the explosions of missiles.
We see the shuttle park at a balcony with Senator Bail Organa and group awaiting its passengers.

<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Surround her and the twins with as much protection as you can. Obi Wan and I must leave."
<span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"Twins?"</div>
Yoda and Obi Wan board the shuttle again and race back to the Senate Building where the Jedi are loosing their battle with the Jango/Boba clones. When shuttle gets over the battle Yoda and Obi Wan leap out of the open air cockpit, lightsabers ablaze, down into the battle, cutting down clones flying on jetpacks as they descend to the surface. When Yoda touches the ground he immediately goes into berserker mode, nearly turning into nothing but a blur, wiping out dozens and dozens of clones. Obi Wan is at his peak as well, out performing even his best previous efforts in battle. The tide turns in favor of the Jedi. The battle soon comes to an end with the Jedi still standing. Unfortunately there are barely one hundred of them left. Yoda looks over the battlefield littered with the dead bodies of Jedi and clones. A single tear rolls down his cheek.

Chancellor Palpatine appears at the balcony again with hand over his mouth and tears welling up in his eyes.
<div align=center><span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:" Oh my friends... this is not how it is supposed to be...your loss has been to great...please come inside the Senate Chambers there is something I must tell you."</div>The Jedi begin to slowly walk, limp, or carry each other to the Senate Building. Chancellor Palpatine turns from the balcony to the darkened room behind him where the black cloaked figure of Darth Sidious is facing him. On either side of him we see Anakin/ Vader and Boba Fett. We see Palpatine standing just inside the room with two royal guards behind him on either side of the opening to the balcony.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"You have served me well, clone."
<span style="color:orange">Palpatine</span>:"Your will is my own."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Then you will understand this."</div>The royal guards turn on their electrocution staffs and jam them into the back of Palpatine. Darth Sidious turns to Boba Fett.
<div align=center><span style="color:teal">Boba Fett</span>:"It didn't work. The Jedi are still alive."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Don't worry Boba. I will see to them personally."</div>
Darth Sidious then turns to Anakin/Vader.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Take your position outside the Senate chambers."</div>Anakin/Vader bows and exits the room. Darth Sidious removes his cloak and is dressed in the same chancellor garb as his clone who he created with just enough midiclorians to be able to control from afar to carry out his political bidding. He exits the room to a pod inside the senate chamber.
The remaining Jedi are assembling around the Chancellor's seat which is in its lowered position, about thirty feet above the floor. Kido Tan, Mace's padawan, is the last to enter the Senate building. He senses something near and begins to walk towards it as he does Count Dooku leaps out of a door to the side of him. Kido Tan barely deflects the blow.

<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Ah, Kido Tan, one of Master Windu's former students. This will be a pleasure."
<span style="color:coral">Kido Tan</span>:"I'm sure"</div>Dooku launches into an attack that Kido Tan is not prepared for and is taken down quickly by Dooku's lightsaber.
Inside the Senate chambers we see Sidious' pod come to a stop at the Chancellor's seat. The Jedi don't know what to make of him and look uneasy. Darth Sidious positions himself at the seat.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"There is no need for you to suffer anything like this again my friends."
<span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"We do not understand."</div>
Sidious raises his hands.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"You will!"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"RUN!!!"</div>Dark force electricity reigns down on the remaining Jedi. Mace Windu, Obi Wan, Luminara Unduli, and Kit Fisto race towards one of the openings to the Senate chambers just as they all slam shut. All four of their lightsabers turn on and slam into the door at four corners to cut out an escape. The rest of the Jedi are caught in the electrical field shaking violently and lifting off the ground. Yoda is holding off the small area near the the four Jedi slicing through the door. When they complete the cutting Mace Windu uses the force to push the cut section out of their way. Yoda throws the lighting away and runs to the door.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Together, jump!!!"</div>All five Jedi leap through the door. Kit Fisto lands too close to the door and is dragged back into the chamber by the lightning. At the same time Anakin/ Vader ignites his lightsaber and brings it down on Luminara Unduli who can barely reach her lightsaber before she is cut down. Yoda, Obi Wan, and Mace Windu look on with horror.
<div align=center><span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Anakin?!"</div> Mace turns to Yoda and Obi Wan.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"RUN!!!"</div>Mace flies at Anakin/Vader and engages in battle. Obi Wan steps forward but Yoda's hand grabs his leg.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"To Mace we listen, run we must!!!"</div>Yoda and Obi Wan tear off as fast as they can leaving Mace to deal with Anakin/Vader.
<div align=center><span style="color:purple">Mace Windu</span>:"You are a Jedi!! Why have you done this?!?!"
<span style="color:crimson">Anakin/Vader</span>:"You never wanted me to be a Jedi!"</div>
We see a shuttle with Obi Wan and Yoda arrive once more at Senator Organa's apartment balcony.
<div align=center><span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Leave Coruscant, we must. Decimated is the Jedi Order and lost is the Republic."
<span style="color:coral">Padme</span>:"And Anakin?"
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"He is alive, milady, but is lost as well."
<span style="color:coral">Padme</span>:"I don't understand."
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Expain later we will for now we must leave."
<span style="color:blue">Obi Wan</span>:"Senator Organa we will need the cover of your entourage and use of your transports."
<span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"Of course, but where are we going?"
<span style="color:green">Yoda</span>:"Anywhere but here. In grave danger our lives are."</div>Padme and Obi Wan get the children again, Bail's entourage forms around them and Yoda and quickly leave the room.
Inside the Senate chambers Sidious is still draining the life out of the last few Jedi still resisting. Outside, in the hallway, Mace is holding off Anakin/Vader.

<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"We will see."</div>
They continue to battle as we see a figure step out of a door to the hallway behind Mace. He begins to slowly walk up to them, but Mace is too distracted by the fight to notice. We get a close up to see that it is Dooku stealthily getting closer. Dooku gets within striking range and raises his hand. Mace finally becomes aware of his presence and snaps his head around. Dooku pops him with a volley of Dark Side electricity and sends Mace to his knees, his body smoking. Anakin/Vader brings down his lightsaber and decapitates Mace.

<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"I remember you."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Join me and I will complete your training."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"You took my arm from me."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Yes, but I gave you something much more useful...hatred, and it has made you powerful beyond measure. We can destroy Sidious and bring order the way we know it should be done...by fear."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"Master Sidious saved my life and I must obey him."
<span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Then be a slave."</div>
Count Dooku attacks Anakin/Vader and the nature of the Sith is revealed. If more than two exist one will destroy the other for power.
Inside the Senate chamber Darth Sidious stops his attack after the last Jedi has died. He is hunched over and weak from such extreme use of the Dark Side. He composes himself and when we see his face it is more like the decrepit form we saw in ROTJ. Ask from the Force and you shall receive. Take from the Force and the Force takes from you. Sidious slowly levitates from the Chancellor seat to the door which has been cut through. As he floats above the smoking bodies of the dead Jedi he looks down at them and begins to laugh. When he looks up he sees two red lightsabers clashing just outside the cut door.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Good...gooood!"</div>He appears at the door and Dooku, having a harder time with Anakin/Vader than he thought, senses his presence.
<div align=center><span style="color:firebrick">Count Dooku</span>:"Master! Help me!"
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Of course Lord Tyrannus."</div>
Sidious raises his hands and pops Dooku with a volley of electricity. Dooku falls to his hands and knees. Anakin/Vader brings his lightsaber across Dooku's back cutting him in half.
<div align=center><span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Well done my young apprentice."
<span style="color:red">Anakin/Vader</span>:"Thank you my master."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Now claim you rightful place at my side and speak your Sith name."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Vader</span>:"My name is Darth... Vader, Dark Lord of the Sith."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"Excellent!"
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Vader</span>:"Yoda and Obi Wan escaped my Master."
<span style="color:darkred">Darth Sidious</span>:"They cannot be allowed to live Lord Vader. Seek out and destroy them."</div>
Darth Vader turns and quickly begins striding down the hall.
Bail's entourage is exiting a shuttle at the landing platform for the viceroy's personal ship and see a group of Imperial Stormtroopers guarding it. Yoda looks down at the ground with a very concerned face. They walk up with questioning faces.
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"If you'll excuse us, myself and my party will be leaving Coruscant."
<span style="color:silver">Stormtrooper officer</span>:"No one is going anywhere."</div>
Obi Wan hands Luke to Padme.
<div align=center><span style="color:sienna">Bail Organa</span>:"I am Senator Bail..."
<span style="color:silver">Stormtrooper officer</span>:"We know who you are and you are all under arrest."</div>Yoda and Obi Wan leap out from the group and go to town on the Stormtroopers. They are all taken out and no one in the group is harmed. Immediately they rush on board of the vessel and take off. Yoda pulls Obi Wan to the side and motions him to kneel. The rest of the group walks ahead to the forward cabins. Obi Wan does so as Yoda whispers.

Devastated, Obi Wan closes his eyes and bows his head.
