as we all know Naboo plays a major role in the new trilogy. But why isn't it in the classic trilogy. I believe that Naboo will invaded by the storm troopers aka the clone troopers. They will invade the planet and wipe out everything that lives on it.

I think Naboo started to just fall out of the picture after TPM. The role of the planet becomes much less in AOTC, and I think by the end of E3 we won't need to know about Naboo anymore because Luke and Leia are not on Naboo, Padme is probably not on Naboo, and the Naboo government and military won't even begin to be able to stop the Empire. It will probably fall under Imperial control like many other planets.
The whole point of the planet was to introduce Padme, and then it was convienently used again in order to have a place to keep Padme safe. In Episode 3 I doubt we see very little (if any) of Naboo.

Naboo was huge in TPM. But similarly with the case with Coruscant and its disappearence in ANH and ESB and the original ROTJ, the answer lies solely in the brain of one man. I think the easiest way to answer this topic would be to say simply, that Lucas didnt know a Naboo existed when he filmed the OT. In theory, the role of Naboo had been on his mind for a long time.
Naboo will prob, as stated here, disappear into the abyss completely in Ep III, as Amidala has less time representing the Nubian people than fighting with Separtists and popping out twins. We may hear it from time to time, but there is no need for us to know whether or not Jamila was re-elected or if the Affirmative Action Bill for Gungans was passed or not. I think the importance of Naboo just evaporated following Palpatine's election as Chancellor. So, Lucas isnt really obliged to show us what happens to the planet in the future. Thats my opinion.

That sounds good to me I'm pretty sure you are correct on this matter I could not have said it any better myself.

Naboo will be wiped out by the Empire. Again the planet plays too big a role in Episode I and II to just disappear in the Originial Trilogy. Also by destroying Naboo, Palpatine would be destroying another place that has meaning to Anakin, in turn leading him further to the dark side. However, Senator Theants commentary makes good sense as well!

Like Bond says I believe Naboo will be propelled back in time and become Tatoonine.
This will be the final shock at the climax of Ep III - when fans and audiences around the world think that they know what will happen they will have the carpet pulled out from under them by this stunning surprise.
When the OT Ultimate Edition DVD is released then Uncle George will CGI in JarJar and his fat-lipped pals looking out of holes in the desert sands, trying to see if it's safe to come out yet.
It's the only thing that makes sense and will make the saga complete.

*Sigh*
Naboo is not in the OT, because..........:
A) It serves no purpose in the OT.
B) Because it had not been created yet.
The Empire didnt destroy it. If you mean using the Death Star, Alderann was the only planet to be destroyed by it, as far as I know. Why would palpatine send clone troopers in to kill everyone? That would definitly hurt support for the Empire. He was going to use the Death star to instill fear later on. He may have placed a garrison of troopers and made it in an Imperial held world. I know it may beh ard to believe but Kamino, Geonosis, Naboo, and any other new worlds we'll see in ep.3 are NOT destroyed just because they are not featured in the OT. Heh, watch a new ep.3 world get destoryed in 3......................................... style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blush.gif

It's called sarcasm, Nagoo becoming Dagobah or being otherwise destroyed is a very bad idea.

Naboo doesn't get destroyed. Pablo Hidalgo said that in a chat.

No the wookiees in that battle in Episode 3 all get cut in half, they are then relocated to Endor and the Empire cruely calls them Ewoks in gest (they got cut in half... the name got cut in half...), Chewbacca is the only wookiee to make it out of that battle in one piece, this is his motivation to fight against the Empire in the last three Episodes.
But, Chewie and Jar Jar do have a retarded half-gungan/half-wookiee brother named Jarbincca.

resurrection is always a good thing.
GL obviously came up with Naboo before he made E1. That's why Naboo isn't in the OT.
Will Naboo be in E3? Probably, but it needs to lose significance so the PT can fit with the OT.

Geonosis obviously becomes the astroid that they land on with the space slug in ESB.
