first and foremost, i love to draw, but i'm nowhere near as good as some of these people

i tend to draw freehand paper and pencil, but i've recently begun doing drawings in photoshop or scanning and coloring in photoshop

but here's my crowning achievement: a very festive R2-D2!!!

heheheh, note on the ARC trooper pic

it&#39;s actually from the comics and i got rid for the normal background and added the white-black you see now, and i put flames on them using a special filter in photoshop

so this one began as a pencil drawing inspired by an episode of the "clone wars"

i really liked obi-wan in the clone armor, and having just seen it for the first time, i started on this picture

that being said, parts of his outfit are slightly off

so, i put this into photoshop, lasso&#39;d everything, and filled in the colors

okay, so i was bored in class today, it was some lecture on the progressive era or whatnot, so i started drawing and i ended up with this. it&#39;s based off a pic of a clonetrooper i did in a different class, but it seems to me like it would be more appropriate if lennon was the one saying "i&#39;m john lennon, peace and love and that sort of thing." that line&#39;s a bit of an inside joke, but you get the point

i scanned in the original and drew over it in photoshop w/ my tablet, took roughly 1 hour altogether. the eyes were the hardest part, for some reson the way i draw eyes on paper doesnt like to work as well on a tablet

Don't know what the Photo Masher is, and thus don't know the rules, but I think it might be more effective if Yoda was doing his best to replicate the pose; head down, hands on table. But by the name of the contest, that sounds like it might be off limits.

The project that's been sucking away my life for a while is done. Poster for "The Dark Knight." Spent a few hours making this in Photoshop. The actual poster is 12" x 18" at 300dpi, and it will be printed out as soon as I can get to Kinko's. Any critique would be appreciated.

Did this for what's known as an Art Jam. Basically, someone comes up with a theme, and a bunch of artists all draw to that theme. This is big on DeviantArt, where I have an account. So I've finally gotten the chance to participate in one, and it was exciting to do! The theme was "Star Wars Zombies," and there were literally 2 different ideas that came to mind. The one you see below, and one with Threepio eating Artoo (I might still make that one)

Did this for what's known as an Art Jam. Basically, someone comes up with a theme, and a bunch of artists all draw to that theme. This is big on DeviantArt, where I have an account. So I've finally gotten the chance to participate in one, and it was exciting to do! The theme was "Star Wars Zombies," and there were literally 2 different ideas that came to mind. The one you see below, and one with Threepio eating Artoo (I might still make that one)
