It's Palpatines antechamber that was described in a spoiler. Supossedly this is the room where Mace meets his end. I guess it's not a secret room judging by the door at the end

No, I suppose not since it's called Palpatine's private office. Of course, we all know what kind of business ol' Palpy is doing there... Perhaps Mace, going to his office to confront Palpatine, walks in on him?

I guess that the office seen in AOTC (and in Episode III) is a more public office where the chancellor meets dignitaries and so forth. From the text, the private office is also used as a "war room" (hey, it's a reasonable conclusion).

British sci-fi fans may remember "The Five Doctors" where President Borussa, who appeared a goodie, had a secret office where he was another persona and performed his villainous deeds. This kinda reminds me of it.

Sam Jackson said the fight area covered about 400 yards and that he jumped off steps and various other things. So obviously the whole fight will not take place in this office.

While it isn't a 100 % accurate reconstruction of the original set (there are too many lights by the door, the entry was formed more like an arch and a door was placed further down and closer to the entry, but it's hard to imagine a ship going some twenty years without any refit style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif ), it's still pretty good. I can't wait to see the Tantive IV again,

Yeah, this one is AWESOME! Regarding faithful accuracy to the original set, the recent Insider article specifically mentions the changes from this newer version compared to the old as being transitional: Pristine and new---> Old and warn out (perfect excuse regardless of intent). Though apparently, the outside of the ship will see some cosmetic changes as well.

Good catch, I didn't notice the gloved hand before. He is also to tall to be Sidious.

That makes more sence now. Perhaps Anakin is disguised as Sidious in order to get the drop on the separatists?

I think it's kind of cool, how from a distance (evil Sith) Anakin looks like Maul.

In TPM the Jedi get their first glimpse of a Sith warrior in a thousand years and then it comes full circle that their most promising trainee ends up basically "becoming" him and destroys their order at the same time.

Pretty neat storytelling, if you ask me and the visual connection is cool also.

Has this feature ever been interesting? I am not being sardonic but merely enquiring. It seems, from afar, that this has been ther most yawn enducing of all HS features. Though I do remember a time when the Episode One feature of the OS consisted of a banner with Qui Gon and Ani running.

(Aside: LFL got their act together so late in the game with regards to their OS. Things would have been so different had they employed a similar technique for the first two flicks.)

The floor of Stage 2 at Fox Studios Australia featured a 10-foot deep pit that measured 40 feet by 60 feet. This pit was filled with water to represent two very different environments in Episode III. One was a fuel-filled generator room aboard the Trade Federation cruiser, while the other was the dark depths of a grotto on Utapau.

I had NO idea that there were aquatic scenes taking place on Utapau! And the grotto...that's where the Barg grotto monster is, right?

Nah, I think it's a somewhat interesting feature. Perhaps not the best (far from it), but the captions and the set pictures are sometimes of a fair quality.

I honestly think that Utapu 10th level was the greatest thing ive gotten on HS. It paid for my whole subscription. Shoot, i dont even think i need to see EpIII any more. This shot was absolutely brilliant. It told me so much about the movie, that i feel there is no need to see it, that shot says it all. It captures the entire emotion of Star Wars. I dont even think ill watch my dvds anymore. I think ill just look at Utapu 10th floor once a day and have my fix of Star Wars. Its all there [/sarcasm]

Yes, the name was kinda funny, but as the case has been for a while now, the caption was more interesting than the KnollVision itself. But it was good to see a closeup of Bail's speeder. The design of the landing platform is pretty much the same as the one seen in the deleted scene on the AOTC bonus DVD.

I agree, the sets are minimalist, this last one of the jedi control room is amongst those that are almost fully builded by the set departement. Otherwise, it is green or bluescreen. I remember a few years back, when the first matrix came out, on their site was the same kind of KV, but it was interesting, because you get to see in detail the nebuchedanazzar's (sp?) cockpit, stuff and details that your eye can't catch while watching the movie (no bluescreen whatsoever). Knollvision is something completly different because most of the sets are cg, therefore no details, no new insight. It's more of a making-of bonus actually IMO.

Some time in the future, it would be great to have every KV post compared to a finished image in the movie. Although it would be nearly impossible to do so in 360 grades, because it would require a lot of computer work.
Maybe its just a good idea for the guys at HS, because they shurelly need to come out with something new after the film is out.
