While in Wattos shop, bring up the buying screen. then press ''shift'' + ''F4'' + ''4'' to get up to 5000 credits. If I remember its "4" on the numeric keypad. I think... Oh, and you can do it after every race.

I found three codes here (http://forums.cheatplanet.com/print/printpage.php) I would past it but I cant.

As far as I'm aware (and I've had the game since it came out) there's only one code and that's it.

Is this the first one that came out for the N64 or the newer one.

For the first one. I can only assume by the magic of logic that if it was for the second one that was never released on the PC and was called Racer Revenge then the title of the thread and the question James asked might reflect that.

you can use the $5000 cheat and buy the best stuff you can get.

This is not a cheat but what I found was to master the easy levels first play one track time after time so you master it then play the harder one of that since the layout is the same.
