Does anyone have games they know of that don't need to downloaded and are free.

Many of the SW games you buy can be played online without any downloads at all. Jedi Knigt 2 and Jedi Academy for example.

sadly I don't think there are any like that, unless you are into MUDs which are text adventure games, can be played on TelNet (which you already have) though it's bettet to download a free telnet client like ZMud or JabbaMud (no relation to star wars it's just coincidence).

Games that you don't need to download and are free?
Hide and go seek (just need to find someone to play with)
Pocketpool (heh, couldn't resist)
Football (just need a ball)
Soccer (see above)
Basketball (see above)
and the list goes on....
You can play flash games online, but they still require you to download content. As far as I know there are very few online games that are free and don't require a download.
If you're looking for SW titles then you should check your local software reseller. SWG is the only current online RPG, Jedi Academy is the latest FPS title, Force Commander and Battlegrounds are RTS, Alliance is out there somewhere too.
If you own an Xbox and have Live access you can play Clone Wars online. That's about it bub.
