*egrog laughs* well, i have everything under the sun, and it's all good to eat

*egrog begins setting up food on the floor. he heads to his window and pulls up the shade* hmm, stars again....looks like no rain for awhile

*he sits down, and immediatly begins shoveling down his food, then stops, suddenly realizing he's not alone* ummm, whoops, how soon i forget my manners....pilots these days, sheesh

*he resumes eating, slower*

Jaina smiles. " You know you should know better than that, Egrog. You can stuff your face silly and I wouldn't care." she says. She thinks just cause I am a female they always gotta stop and eat slower and not make such a mess. Deep down if that was to change then it wouldn't be her squad if those lil things changed. Everything is changing and those lil things are what Jaina enjoys bout her group.

[Kapit]

*he stops for a rare breath* but it's not the polite thing to do, and you're always supposed to be polite, especially around a lady

*egrog blushes slightly, and then continues eating* so yeah, what do you think of the dance? do you think it'll work?

" I can only hope so, Egrog....only hope so." she says wondering herself. " But I do know that some of us will enjoy the dance. The atmosphere is perfect." she says.

[Kapit]

*he blushes again* thanks, i'm surprised it turned out as good as it did, but that wasn't my department. i let z-4 do that stuff, i'm just a pilot, and not very knowledgeable about such things....

*trying to avoid an awkward silence* so....do you like the food?

" yeah it was very good. I am stuff now." she says. " Well you did a very good job on the decorating, Egrog. I think." Jaian replys complamenting him.

*egrog yawns* i hate to be rude, but i'm really tired, and i need to get some shut eye. you look like you do too

" I think i am going to find Gavin. You rest up now and thanks for the food, Egrog." jaina says. " Good night as she turns and walks to fing Gavin.

[Soontir Solo]

After two hours of simming Soontir decides he has had enough for today.
"Captain you have my compliments, you have a fine squadron here. I almost pity the Vong who will be brought up against you."

"Thank you Captain Solo, anytime you want to sim again just ask. And we look forward to the day where we fight side by side with you." says the Hapan Captain

"Good day Captain."

Soontir gets a message, Tenal Ka will see him now.

"Your Highness" Soontir bows, "I am thankful you would meet with me now."

"On the contrary Captain, your performance in that last engagement might very well have saved some of those freighters. I trust you are well now.?" says Tenal ka

"Yes m'lady, Forgive me for coming to the point here I have been ordered by General Fel of the Chiss to open up communications between you and him. No doubt you have heard of him during his exploits in the war between the New Republic and the Empire. General Fel now holds a prominent position in the Chiss Military and wishes to communicate with you at your convenience. Here is a datapad with a comm code you can use to contact him. And might I say that this conversation, for now, must stay between you and I."

"Of course Captain, thank you for this. Perhaps we shall get together sometime and trade war stories, one warrior to another." says Tenal Ka

"I would greatly enjoy that M'lady."

Soontir salutes and walks away, heading to get cleaned up. He feels something he hasn't felt before, he was nervous around her. He just now noticed the feeling. What did this mean?

*waking up, egrog realizes he forgot to leave a message for tenel ka* ohhh, not good, gotta get it done now....

*heading to the com, he turns it on, and when trying to reach tenel ka, he can't reach her, so he leaves a message*

greetings, ma'am. i'm not sure if you know me, but i am egrog kaputski, twin suns 7. i'm leaving you this message because i've commandeered your mess hall. it came to my attention that twin suns has had a significant decrease in morale with recent events, and i took it upon myself to try and make things batter.

thus, i took over your mess hall and converted it into a dance hall, and don't worry, it's only temporary. i would also like to know if you and your crew would also like to attend. i know we would all be honored if you would join us for a wonderful evening of music, food, happiness and dancing. i know this may be short warning, but it will be held tomorrow night, in the mess.

once again, we would be honored if you attended, and we're all looking forward to seeing you there

*he shuts off the comm* man, i hate talking like that...

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir falls asleep, ends up dreaming about the Warrior Queen. Wakes up suddenly........breathing hard.

"What is wrong with you Soontir, your a warrior in a time of war. No time to be dreaming about the Queen of Hapes............These New Republic pilots have been rubbing off on me. I'll have to make sure that doesn't happen again." Soontir whispers to himself.

Sneaking in Leet looks at the food and decorations for the dance, Egrog's outdone himself this time - Leet thought. Done checking on the preperations, Leet heads out to find Jaina or Zhadar.

Jaina, Gavin, Zhadar and Leto were going to the docking bay to check on their Wings. Then they ran into Leet. " How you doing there, buddie?" Jaina says. " Have you seen what Egrog has done with the decorating? I think it looks most wonderful." she says. Gavin and the rest agreed. "It does look wonderful, you outdone yourself there, Kaputski," Gavin says.

[Kapit]

*coming out of his room, egrog stops for a second* wait, i can't go get food at the mess...i better check on z-4 though, who knows what he's up to

*he makes his way towards the mess*

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir wakes up, cleans up and dresses and then decides to go ahead and head towards the workout room on board, to help stretch out his shoulder and get it back up to par. Soontir walks in, thinking no one would be there, but who does he find...........Tenal Ka.

"Damn, just my luck." Soontir whispers to himself.

"Good day M'lady."

"Ah, here to work out Captain?" says Tenal Ka

"Yes, since my shoulder was hurt it still doesn't quite have 100% manueverbility. It is time I changed that."

"Tell me Captain have you ever done a sparring session?" says Tenal Ka

"Of course M'lady, all Chiss are taught hand to hand combat and go through hours of sparring sessions."

"Would you indulge me in a sparring session then?" says Tenal Ka

Soontir looks nervous, not sure what to make of this. He doesn't want to have a match with a one armed woman.

"Are you sure M'lady?"

"Yes Captain I am sure, if you are not scared that is?" says Tenal Ka

Soontir smiles at this

"No not at all, I apologize now though for beating you."

"Humor from a Chiss Warrior? I had never heard of it. We shall see Captain, Confidence is good though. Lets begin!" says Tenal Ka

Soontir and Tenal Ka begin there one on one sparring session.

"I agree, excellent job Egrog." Leet responded. "When is the dance supposed to start?"

*egrog smiles* thanks leet, i did what i could

it takes place tomorrow night, and i'm hoping to get the hapans there too, but i have yet to get a reply from tenel ka

" I hope they do come, it looks like it is going to be fun." Jaina replies.

thanks jaina, i hope they do too, it would be nice. by the way, has anyone seen soontir today? he's been strangely quiet...

" The last time I saw him was when he was leaving the communitaion deck. Haven't seen him since then." Jaina says.

[Kapit]

huh, alright. it just seems really unusual for him to not be out and about

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir gets thrown down to the pad again. He gets up, both him and Tenal Ka are breathing hard.

"Your speed and strength is incredible M'lady."

"Call me Tenal Ka, and your not so bad yourself. It isn't everyday someone can give a Jedi a run for her money." says Tenal Ka

"Perhaps one more go M'lady, I mean Tenal Ka."

"Very well Captain." says Tenal Ka

"Call me Soontir, on your go."

They go out it one more time. Soontir comes around from below with a leg sweep. Tenal Ka deftly jumps over Soontirs head and throws a kick his way. He ducks and grabs Tenal Ka's leg, bringing her down. She twists around and gains the upperhand against him, forcing him admit defeat yet again.

"You almost had me that time Soontir. Good sparring session." says Tenal Ka

"Thank you, I'll have to practice more. Till next time?"

"Indeed, I look forward to it. And tell this Captain Egrog of your squadron that myself, my deck officers, and my fighter pilots will attend this dance tommorow night. I shall look forward to seeing you there." says Tenal Ka

"I will convey the message, have a good day Tenal Ka. I suppose I will see you tommorow."

Soontir and Tenal Ka go there seperate ways. Soontir is very happy at the moment, sore from getting beat, but happy.

"What would the Chiss back home think of me? Falling for a human. She is a great warrior though." Soontir whispers to himself.

[Kapit]

*wandering aimlessly, egrog runs into soontir* hey! where've you been allday?! it's not like you to just disappear like this, you're usually oot and aboot with everyone else! what've you been up to?

[Soontir Solo]

"I have been doing some physical training"

Soontir looks down quickly, as if nervous about something.

"And I am to convey a messge to you, Queen Mother Tenal Ka will be attending the coming function, along with the fighter pilots and deck officers on board."

[Kapit]

*egrog catches something from soontir, embarassment maybe?*
awesome! i'm glad they decided to come, i hope they have a good time. you'll be there, right?

[Soontir Solo]

"Yes I will be there, Major Leet has ordered me to be there so I will be. Perhaps it......." Soontir looks down again in seeming embarrasment

"....won't be as bad as I orginally thought."

*egrog smiles* what's the deal, buddy? you seem kinda distracted.....anything you wanna talk about?

Jaina, gavin and Leto still in the docking bay making sure their Wings were fine when it was time to leave again. They we smiling and talking about the dance hoping Tenal Ka and the rest of the crew would come and join in the dance.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir begins to look even more nervous

"Of course I am not distracted. A Chiss Fighter Pilot doesn't get distracted. I am simply looking forward to the coming missions." Soontir lies.

"The Hapan Fleet will be meeting up with General Farlander and his fleet the morning after the dance. Looks like with such a gathering a mission shouldn't be too far away, something big perhaps. And General Farlander has a Tie Interceptor that he will be accomadating me with till a new Clawcraft is sent."

Soontir tries to change the subject, hoping Egorg won't see through his lie and see how he is nervous.

*egrog laughs, falling to the floor because he's laughing too hard* that's the biggest crock i ever heard!!! HAHAH

*getting up and trying to keep it in* seriously, it's pretty obvious, we all know what you're like most of the time, and right now *stifled laugh* you look like a nerf in a fighter. what's the real deal?

"A dance, I can't believe that we are actually going to a dance instead of a mission. I am so use to fighting I think I may have forgot how to dance." Jaina says. Gavin smiles at Jaina. " I remeber when you too, Jaina." he says. She just smiles.

*egrog stops quickly* ummmm...soontir...made a joke, sir, and well, since he's not usually the one to make jokes, i found it very entertaining....sir

Leto Tinkers with his x-wing, trying to get a better manuevering response from the ship with the inertial compesator dialed down to the saftey margin.

"This social sounds like a good way to unwind" he ssaid absently.

" Yes it does it will be good for everyone." Jaina says. " Well at least it will be good for all of us, we need it. And you guys deserve it." sha says finishing up.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir looks at Egrog, wondering what he should say.

"That is the real deal Captain, now if you will excuse me I have things to do. Good day Captain Egrog."

Soontir walks out, glad to be away from Egrog.

"Come on Soontir get a grip" Soontir whispers to himself.

*wondering why soontir left so quickly* that was certainly unepected...i'll talk to you later about....things, leet, so if you'll excuse me, i just thought of something i need to do before the dance

*egrog leaves, wondering if leet bought any of it*

Soontir heads to the Sim Room.

"Nothing like fighting to get your mind off non-essential things."

[Leto Aldriss]

As Leto ,Gavin and Jaina continue to check their ships and make idle chat regarding the comming event, not far from the Hapan flagship a somewhat battered YT-2400 freighter drops out of hyperspace.

"This is Falleen's Pride II, out of Kuat, New Republic service code A117-216 requesting permission to dock to effect repairs," Said the voice on the comm.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir hears on his comm the message from the YT-2400 and decides to head for the docking bay to check this situation out.

[Kapit]

*egrog is almost to his mess when he hears the freighters extrance* well, that's a first, nobody's ever come by, might as well see what is up

*he heads to the hangar*

Jaina looks at Leto," I wonder what is happening now?" she says couriously.

[Soontir Solo]

"Pride of Hapes control, does that freighters clearance codes pass?"

Soontir looks on at the freighter slowly heading towards the ship.

"Pride, requesting permission to go out and make a flyby of the freighter?"

[Leto Aldriss]

Leto, Jaina and Gavin watch as the freighter sets down.

"Falleen's Pride?" Leto says to himself, alittle louder then he had planned.

He sees Soontir headed down to his Claw craft.

"Whoa, where are you off to in such a hurry?" He asks.

[Kapit]

*egrog enters the docking bay, and spotting the others he makes his way to them* hey guys, what's the deal?

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir stays back from his fellow Twin Suns pilots, one because he hopes they won't notice what Egrog did, and two because he wants to keep a sharp eye on that freighter.

" I am wondering myself." Jaina says quockly.

[Kapit]

well, i guess we have to wait and see

*lowering his voice* what's up with soontir keepin back there?

[jadeskywalker]

Jaina looked and saw Soontir back behide them a ways." Well knowing him probably keeping a close eye on the freighter." Jaina says.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir notices everyone looking at him and decides he might as well move up to join them.

"Egrog, Major Jade, Do we know what the story is about this freighter?"

[Kapit]

*turning to soontir* honestly, i have no clue. i think leto may know, but he looks like he's preoccupied with something

Jaina had no idea who that was. " I have a feeling it is nothing bad, Soontir." Jaina says watching the freighter herself.

[Soontir Solo]

"Indeed, YT 2400 are usually the ships used by free lance smugglers."

[Leto Aldriss]

Leto picks up a Hand set comm, "Control, Leiutenant Aldriss here, what's the status on that freighter?"

"They claim to be Falleen's Pride II out of Kuat." control replied, "Why do you ask L.T.?"

"Can you patch me through to their comm frequency?" Leto asks.

Control patches him through.

"Falleen's Pride, who's Captain of that Crate?" Leto demands.

"Captain K'Estra Ximm of Falleen," replies the womans voice over the comm, "And if this is who I think it is this war really has become desperate."

[Soontir Solo]

"A Captain out of Falleen? Falleen is known for being a haven for smugglers, pirates, and mercenaries." Soontir whispers to Egrog and Major Jade.

[Kapit]

eh, who knows, maybe they're friendlies and look at leto, he seems happy

[jadeskywalker]

" Well, lets just hope they are friendly." Jaina says looking back at Soontir and Egrog for a singnal to be ready if they had too.

[Kapit]

*egrog looks around* i'm not feeling anything bad from the ship, seems fine with me, but like you said, who knows. actually, i think leto does...

" I know same here, Leto does look happy though."

[Soontir Solo]

"I think he does as well..........I think he knows this Falleen Captain personally."

yeah, i think we don't have anything to worry about. i wonder why they just showed up now

[Leto Aldriss]

"Control, this is L.T. Aldriss, has their I.D. checked out?"

"Yes, the code passed security," the control officer replied, "The crew is cleared to disembark."

"Roger that control, I'll take responsibility for them," Said Leto.

Walking up to the ship Leto noticed the plasma burns decorating the side of the hull. Coralskippers, or worse he concluded after seeing the more severe marks.

The ramp descended and a tall Falleen female sporting a T-6 'superheavy' blaster. Behind her were a Duro, a Rodian, a R3-series tactical astromech and an middle aged Mon Calamari.

"Captain Aldriss, a long time has passed," the Falleen woman stated frankly, her arms crossed in front of her.

"It's just leiutenant now, and just what do you have to be all feirce about." Leto said, almost laughing, "Not only did you take almost all my clients when you left, but you took the best engineer I ever had!"

At this the Mon Cal coughed and in his garggling speach replied grining, "Just not good enough to meet her price." then laughter broke out amongst them all.

Turning to address his new critic Leto managed , "Hey Sorcha."

[jadeskywalker]

Jaina looks at Leto. " I am glad you seem to know who they are."

[Kapit]

*egrog nods* who are they leto? friends of yours?

[Leto Aldriss]

"Where are my manners?" Leto said turning back to his squad mates, "Sorcha, " said Leto indicating the Mon Cal, "was my engineer on board 'Dream Chaser', and K'Estra...excuse me Captain Ximm," he said standing shoulder to shoulder with the Falleen, "Was my co-pilot untill she decided to go freelance."

Sorcha and K'Estra both extend their hands in friendly greetings.

"And these are Captain Ergog Kaputski, Captain Soontir Solo, and our XO Major Jaina Jade," Leto says returning the introduction.

*egrog smiles* a pleasure to meet you all! i hope you enjoy your stay. leto, did you tell them about tomorrow night?

Gavin and Jaina walked up and a pleasure to meet you. They both said. They looked at each other with a smile. Jaina thinks to herself. I hopr they do stat for the dance.

Soontir looks on, decides there is no purpose for him to be there.

"Well if you all excuse me, I will take my leave."

Soontir bows and walks out.

Nice to meet you Captain. We'll talk later. These smugglers will do well with command's plan. Briefing in an hour. The captain of Pride of Falleen will join us too. Major Jade will give the briefing.

OOC: You've put too much work into it for it not too happen, and I have put too much into this Tenal Ka thing to let that go all the sudden. My deal with her hinders on this dance. And plus the fleet we are with will rendevous with General Farlanders fleet after the dance, where I will receive a Tie Interceptor to use for awhile and hopefully there will be a mission involving the two taskforces. (I am hoping to Obroa-skai to do the battle there from Destiny's Way. )

Major Leet wandered over to where Egrog, Soontir and Jade were talking. "We are supposed to have a mission briefing 2 hours before the dance. Should give us plenty of time to then get ready for the dance."

As Soontir walks away he once again begins to think about the beautiful warrior Queen.

"I wonder is I should ask her to dance with me." Soontir whispers to himself.

2 seconds later

"Stop!" Soontir yells outloud, two passing Hapans run away, scared of the sudden outburst from the tall blue Chiss.

"You shouldn't be thinking these things." Soontir whispers to himself, now under control.

[Kapit]

*egrog runs down the hall, screaming* AAAAAAHHHH!!!! nothing is ready!! AAAHHHH!!!!! need to get it done!!! AAAAHHHH!!!!!

[Leto Aldriss]

Leto and K'Estra follow the general to the mission breifing. On the way he casually drops the metion of the celebration to his former comrade.

"A dance? In the middle of a war?" K'Estra remarked, "You have got to be kidding me."

"I'm serious K'Es. Moral has been at an all time low lately, and if we don't relax soon, some of us are going to blow." replied Leto, "Besides, it's just like you to show up at a party unwanted," he added taunting her.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir decides to meditate in his room before the dance.

"Gentlebeings, the General has asked that Jade and I give tonight's briefing. The captain that landed on the Pride of Hapes will be helping us. She will be sent out to gather any info on the Peace Brigade's new headquarters. Once she finds out where the headquarters are we will become involved in the covert operation code named "End Game."

The Captain has been given two months to find the headquarters. Assuming she does Twin Suns will be going undercover and we will destroy the Peace Brigade's command. Hopefully it will shatter the Brigade into nothingness. Any questions so far?"

[Soontir Solo]

"Yes sir, Twin Suns is expected to destroy the Peace Brigade single handidly?"

"Yes, it is believed that a group of Jedi and Chiss should be able to infiltrate and destroy the leadership. Our secondary mission is to gather intel on Peace Brigade Cells throughout the galaxy; and then allow various teams of commandos clean up the rest." Leet responded. "Any other questions?"

"No sir, proceed."

"New Republic Intelligence will be giving us covers and disguises; Chiss and Cereans stand out too much. Also, on order of both Starfighter Command and Colonel Fel, there will be no unauthorized communications from this unit, we are going to disappear for about three months." Leet continued.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir stares hard at Leet

"You know I will have to double check this with Csilla Major. Colonel Fel isn't the one giving me orders."

Leet sighed, reaching into his briefing book he handed Soontir a written command - from General Fel that Captain Solo was to obey this and all other commands from his superiors; as well as changing his contact to Col. Fel, face to face, until the blackout restriction was ended.

"I think this should suffice, the General had a long talk with General Fel . . ."

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir looks at the orders.

"Nonetheless Major I will be making a communication with Csilla. The gravity of this order demands it. I must hear it from Csilla itself with my own ears. If you would like I can do that right now while things are still slow. If this order is correct than fine."



OOC: Let me just say this now that General Fel's first contact with the GFFA came when Luke and his party went to Csilla in the Force Heretic Trilogy. So basically what I am saying is that to think General Fel would be in contact the New Republic all the sudden really changes what the Chiss are all about. I believe this line of thought is detrimental to my character, the Chiss Military, and the storyline overall.

"I am sorry captain, we are officially under a blackout order. If you fail to follow your orders, Security is under orders to place you under arrest, and then extradite you to Csilla Major. This decision comes from your own commander." Leet replied.

"Very well then I respectfully request you either allow me to leave for Csilla right now Major. I will not give in to such an order, not without contacting Csilla myself."

OOC: So is a captain who disobeys orders, fails to follow the chain of command and bothers General Officers for replacement vehicles - that's a Quartermaster's domain, not a Flag Officer. OOC: My orders in character come from the Chiss above Twin Suns, I did not fail to follow chain of command, I thought we were through with that whole deal, I won't go into explaining myself again about it, and I made a request for a fighter seeing as mine is not able to be used. Nothing wrong with making a request. Colonel Fel wasn't in command of anybody from the Chiss but himself and Shawnkry Nuruodo.



"So what will it be Major?"

OOC: Right but in the spirit of realism you would not go to a General for your replacement craft.

"Fine, Security arrest him, the charge is espoinage. You are the only person in this command who has not followed the blackout protocal. Our source inside the Peace Brigade says we have a mole."

Leet walked over to Soontir: "I am sorry, and I don't believe for one moment you are to blame. However, you are the only one who openly violated the command. And Starfighter command said that if you failed to follow the written order, well, to slap you in chains."

"You are making a mistake Major, one day you will realize how big of a mistake. I almost can't believe I risked my neck to the point of almost dying for you."

Soontir turns towards the rest of the squadron

"It has been a pleasure serving with you all, I wish you good luck on this mission. May the force be with you."

The guards take Soontir away, with Soontir giving one last ice cold glare at Major Leet.


OOC: A captain, especially one from a place the New Republic wants to get involved in the war, would be able to talk to a General. Don't get me going about ranks and what one can and does at that rank. A general also doesn't lead a fighter squadron. But I haven't said anything about that.

OOC: I won't argue the point that a General doesn't lead a fighter squadron, that's why Wedge avoided it for so long.

Watching Soontir leave, Leet says "There have been rumors of a leak in this squadron since I was ambushed a couple of months ago. After the dance we should have some time to investigate and find the mole. A couple of months, while we are waiting on the location of the Peace Brigade HQ. And no, I don't believe that Soontir is the leak. Now let's get him freed."

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir is taken to the Brig. He ponders what has just happened.

"When General Fel finds out they have put a Chiss officer in prison........they will be lucky if this Chiss don't decide break off what little communications there is with the New Republic or decide to go to war with the New Republic to get me back." Soontir whispers to himself.


OOC: So then don't argue about who a captain can and can not talk too. Especially a captain here to, in part, determine if the Chiss should send fleets to help take out the Vong.

OOC: No offense Soontir, but I will argue that. And when there is a blackout it applies to everyone - so that the enemy cannot triangulate on the signal. However, nice way to further a subplot along.

Turning to Jaina he says "Would you like to try to reason with Soontir? I don't think he would enjoy having me try to explain it to him."

OOC: Had you allowed me to make that communication right then there would have been no problem. And the Vong wouldn't be able to triangulate on the signal unless there was a Vong ship where we are (or a Peace Brigade ship) or at the destination of the communication. And as for this Blackout the WHOLE ship is under this? And the whole fleet that is with Pride of Hapes? Seems like a bit of a stretch to me.




Soontir plops down on the floor and begins to meditate, trying to clear his mind and make sense of this situation.

OOC: Really? The Navy did it during the Cold War, so that Russian Subs, spyships, planes etc. would be unable to locate our carriers. Also, remember that we do have a probable spy in our midst, so they very well could have "spyship analogs" out there looking for signals in our area. Finally, you seem confused with the subtle art of triangulation; you need a fixed point and a certain number of angles (I believe in 3D plotting you need 5 for a precise measurement). So if a listening post on an asteroid picks up the signal; it can compare the angle and time difference between spyships and itself to get a plot. Granted in space the factors are greater the farther away you are; but in that case you could at least tighten the search radius. And since our fleet tends to stay in one place for a period of time, each transmission can allow the enemy to get a closer fix.

Jaina turns towards to Leet. " I can go try to reason with him, but I don't know if I can make any differece. But I can give it a shot." Jade says. " Well the breifing went well." she cracked a lil smile.

"If you say so, but why couldn't Soontir just have followed orders?" Leet rubbed his head. "Besides we both know that this was basically for show, and not informing Soontir ahead of time got a real reaction. I still dislike doing it though; both of the Chiss in my flight have fought honourably and bravely, but I understand Command's reasoning. Even if I don't like it. So do you want to go spring him, and see if we can shake up our real leak?"

" I know you disliked doing it, Leet. But orders are orders reather you like it or not, right? And most of us Twins do follow orders and we are to send any type of communication out for the reasons you have stated." Jaina could tell Leet really didn't want to do it but had to just to show how inportant. " He did it before when we were not suppose to send any communitation out, you only did what you had too." Jaina says to Leet. " I'll go see what I can do about Soontir and spring him but if he does the same thing with me then I don't know what to then."

"I know Jaina. But Intel's idea of hanging him out to see if we can find the real mole is . . . Well I think if we bring him to the dance and let it be known that Intel figured out who the real mole is - well we just arrest whoever tries to leave the ship." Leet responded. ::Or whoever tries to kill us Leet thought::

" Yeah, Intel can arrest anyone who tries to leave the ship." she says. " I think soontir should go to the dance and let the mole think we know we know who they are." Jade says as she wonders who the real mole is.

"I am going to get ready for the dance, I'd bring your saber - wouldn't want to be unarmed if things don't go as planned. Have fun explaining all of this to Soontir."

Leet left, pondering who the plant was. He could wipe half the group off the list easily - himself, Jaina, Zhadar, Leto, Soontir, Egrog and the General. So out of the remaining pilots, who would betray them?

" I'll see you at the dance. I'll go to see Soontir and see what I can do but I will be there and have my saber, too." she says.

Leaves and go to see Soontir.

Jaina enters where Soontir is and sees him meditating just doesn't disturb him, she thought about how would she feel if she was disturbed, so she waits til he's through.

[Soontir Solo]

"What do you want Major Jade?"

Soontir says with his eyes still closed.

[Leto Aldriss]

Leto and K'Estra look at each other, suprised.

"Well, that was unexpected." Leto said to K'Estra quietly.

"I'm not," she replied brusquely, "Any starfighter squadron that would have you as a member has to be crazy."

Leto began to look purturbed, "I'm serious, Soontir's a jerk when it comes to command structure, but I don't sense that he's a traitor."

K'Estra looked at Leto with a shocked look on her face. She was positively staring which began to make Leto somewhat uncomfortable around his old friend.

"What!?" Leto asked sharply.

"Sense?" K'Estra looked almost embarassed, "You're really serious about this Jedi stuff, aren't you."

Leto returned to his grim, irritated look, "I always was," He said through gritted teeth.

"I'm sorry," K'Estra appologized, "I didn't realize; I'll stop taunting you from now on."

Leto smiled "Now what would be the fun there."

Leto rose, "If this meeting is concluded for now, why don't we go get your crew settled in some temporary quarters."

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir opens his eyes and stares at Major Jade, with fury in his eyes.

"I don't want to didturb your meditating but I am going to say as fast and as short and sweet as I can, Soontir. Look, don't lecutre me about the Chiss way's and how they are detacated to their missions, I'm through arguing with you, myself. I am not here to pick a fight or lecture you , either, Soontir. I am here to help get you out." Jaina says with a worried look about, Soontir.
"I'm here to get you out,Soontir. Leet, feels bad for what he has done and he was only doing his duty. But I didn't come to talk for Leet, either so I will leave it up to you too. This is no time to be fighting against each other, either. We all have a dance to attend to and it would feel wrong to me if you were not there, too. But this is beside the point so I will just get to my point, Soontir." She says.
" We have a mole either in the crew or within our squad that is leaking information to the Peace Brigade. And we know one thing is for sure is that you are not the one. We all know that. Everyone has their orders and at times I don't like them either but I follow them. I can only get you out if you follow the orders and if you don't I can't get you out and I really want to, we all want to." she says trying to show Soontir that she really means what she says. " We need you, the whole squad needs you, you are apart of this squad and I want to get you out but you need to follow the chain of command just like everyone else, Soontir, that is the way I can get you out, right now. They are not going to let me if you do not and this is what is making me worry, Soontir. I know how you feel about this war, we all feel the same way,too. So, what's it going to be? You follow orders and get out and dance with Tenal Ka or just break them and stay in here? The choice is yours and I want to get you out. I don't know about you, so what's it going to be?" Jaina says with a smile trying to ease up the tension that has just happened.

[Soontir Solo]

"You allow me to communicate with Csilla immediately and there won't be a problem. Otherwise you can either leave me in here or let me leave for Chiss Space so I can serve with beings who know what honor is all about. I don't think you realize what has been done here. Your "New Republic" risks war with the Chiss. You thought Grand Admiral Thrawn was something, just imagine his entire race going up against you. Your New Republic has no honor and with what has happened here I am no longer surprised the Yuuzghan Vong are beating you in this war. You have heard my conditions."

[jadeskywalker]

" Like I said I am though with the lectures about the Chiss, Soontir believe me. You have the orders youself and was handed to you. There is no communition that is to be transmitted out, right now. If it could then so be it but there isn't, Soontir. I am only tryong to help you and the " New Republic" as you say. At least I know what side I am on and deticated to. But they are not going to let me get you out if you keep on this way, Soontir."

[Soontir Solo]

"I know what side I am on. I am on the side dedicated to defeat of the Yuuzghan Vong. I am dedicated to Twin Suns Squadron. But more than anything I am dedicated to the Chiss. And don't give me that sithspit about those written orders. I can not base such an act on written orders coming from a General who claims to be in contact with General Fel. As I say, you risk war with the Chiss. Now let me out of here to leave or make my communication or get out of my face Major. I have no need to hear this ridiculous bantha fodder any longer."

[jadeskywalker]

" Captain, don't think I will not leave you here, because I will. Like I want to sit here at argue with you because I don't. Well, you have those sithspit orders just like us and you will follow them, captian, just like us. Like we like watching you being arrested because I can tell you thing I didn't like it myself. So, I guess you made your choice and I am not going to sit here and fight with you so I will leave you alone, you can't say I didn't give it a shot and try, Captian. So, I guess I will let you be then, if you are not even going to try to cooripate then." Jade says sadly. " So be it then Captian. I am not going to risk the Twins or Hapan over this argument of communitations, so stay here then. I guess you amde your choice."

[Soontir Solo]

"Good bye Major, May you and your people find out what honor and sanity really are one day."

Soontir closes his yes once more and begins to meditate.

*egrog stumbles out of his room* what a lovely night......

*he looks around, notices nobody is around* i need to find leet or jaina, see what's been happening

" Very well, Captian."Jade leaves the room and goes to go find her squadmates. Soontir, I am tired of arguning with him, she thought to herself. Well at least I gave it shot. She did not like leaving him there.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir opens his eyes and looks around

"Good, no one watching me" he whispers to himself.

Soontir pulls a small Chiss Comlink, no bigger that small pen.

"I am to only use this in an emergency, and this is most definitely an emergency. I should be able to get at least 30 seconds before they find out I am making a communication. Good thing the Chiss communication technology is far superior to theres."

Soontir pulls at the secreat communicator and puts it up to his face.

"Zero One Nine Nine Alpha, I repeat Zero One Nine Nine Alpha this is Captain Soontir Solo. Please inform General Fel that I am now a prisoner of the New Republic. I am sure you have already traced my exact position. Request immediate extract. Repeat I have been taken prisoner and request immediate extract.

"Captain Solo we have your message and am already informing General Fel. We will do what we can."

"Very well, Solo out."

And guards rush into the prison. They search Soontir, find the secret comm unit and take it from him. They send a message to someone telling them of what has happened.

"Now you shall see what happens to those who strike against the Chiss." says Soontir

Soontir smiles and sits back down, begins to meditate.

[Kapit]

*as egrog is walking down the halls, he is moved quite forcefully out of the way by a large group of security personnel* what in the blazes...

*he decides to follow them, and reaches the detention area, where soontir is staying* WHAT?!?! soontir what in blazes did you do now?!

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir thinks to himself: More than likely the Chiss will send an envoy to try and get me released. If the New Republic refuses the envoy will be forced to tell the New Republic then that the Chiss will make sure I am releasted, by force if necessary.

"How did we get to this mess.............this is exactly why the New Republic is losing this war. They can't keep there eye on the Vong. They plot against eachother, worrying more about power than the Vong. Now I know why General Fel hasn't wanted the Chiss to actively participate in the war against the Vong. And why Grand Admiral Pellaeon hasn't continued his help with the Imperial Remnant since Ithor." Soontir whispers to himself.

[jadeskywalker]

Jade comes back and sees the securtiy and Egrog there." Major we found this communitor on him and he made his communtion. Thank you, now will everuone leave and let me talk with him again." jade says sggervated already. " Yes' mam'"

" What now I can't leave without you getting in trouble. Well, welcome to the squad. Team work buddy, rather you like it or not. How are we to know that you are not the sithspit traitor if you keep doing things like this, Soontir? I am couruios why you gotta do things your way and not do what the rest of the squad does. And don't tell me about the New Republic and the Chiss, I am not listening to that anymore. We know you are not the tratior but you do things that are not asked and go out of your way dispite of what everyone else thinks. Like, I said, I would but right now it is to dangerous to do that and you did it anyways. That sends out a bad signal, Soontir. I was going to go try to talk to them about getting you out after our last discussion and you do this, Captian. Look, I don't like this situation so spare me for trying to get you out, Captian. I am doing what is asked of me and for my squad and the New Republic. If you are not going to even give a lil team effort and help with what is going on instead or communitaing here and there, than i don know what then. You made your choice and now I can't help you. Think what you will Cap. and say what you want but I am sick of everything that is going on , right now."

*egrog silently waits outside the brig, waiting for jaina. he doesn't even need teh Force to know she's exteremly angry......*

Walking up to Captain Egrog, a younger human in a Chiss military uniform asks him "Is this were Soontir Solo is prisoner?"

Behind him a familar young lady stepped out - "Captain, he is the highest ranking Chiss officer around."

Walking into the dentention area he nodded to Jaina and began speaking, in Chiss: "So it is true Soontir. My father and the high command are less than happy with your performance. There will be no war fleets leaving Csilla Major. You were sent here with a simple mission, to evaluate. Now you have, through your own arrogance tried to bring our people to war. Beyond that you have disobeyed a direct order! Mitth'raw'nuruodo made the same mistake" He began.

*egrog stands for a second, confused* what? who? i'm sorry, i'm not familiar with the chiss military, so i don't know who he is...

Pausing for a moment to listen to the Chiss conversation, Jaina responds "What's your name captain?"

OOC: So how did Colonel Fel find out about this? About what Soontir did I mean? I guess there must have been a Communication to tell him. And of course this is all assuming General Fel and the Chiss High Command would be planning missions with the New Republic, which they did not do once in the series. Whatever, I don't care anymore.

OOC: And of course of Jagged Fel is part of this mission that would mean he also was under communication blackout, which means there is no way he could have known the Chiss High Command was mad at Soontir or anything like that, unless the communication blackout was lifted.

"Well Captain, I'm waiting." the Colonel continued.

Leto and K'Estra returned to the docking bay where Falleen's Pride II was berthed.

"Sorcha," Leto called, "I'm here to show you guys to your temporary quarters."

He turned to K'Estra, "How about introducing me?"

K'Estra moved to stand near her crew, "Well since you took away sqeak, I managed to get a used R3-104 tactical droid to fill in as a battle computer and tactical navigation plotter, we call him ten-four."

"And the two new faces are Lurreen Prinn," She said, indicating the Rodian, "and Valjos Delnn, our dorsal and ventral gunners."

Delnn, the Duro, immediatly presented his hand, which Leto shook.

*egrog walked around, wondering what to do* dance postponed....soontir taken away.....man, this is not good, we really need that dance now...

Jade looked at everyone in the room. " Look something needs tp be done and soon, too. I need my squad to be able to focus on the next mission and be able to know they would be able to function without haveing to worry about someone communitating without our knowlage and giving away our position and things like that." Jade says quickly.

Gavin makes it to the dentention cell where Egrog was standing outside waiting for Jade and the others to get out about Soontir.

" Hey Kaputski, What's all the fuss about this time?" he says couriously. " I heard and had to come check out Jade and everyone else is doing. I guess Soontir really did it with Major Jade and Leet, this time." Gavin says.

*egrog shakes his head* soontir's done, he can't deal with our command structure, so he's going back to chiss space where he belongs

Leet came up to the dentention area and watched as Soontir was carried off to a shuttle. Turning to Egrog "Well Captain what is happening?"

" Is Leet in there, too?" he says. " I haven't seen him since the breifing."

"Oh there you are Major, so it is just Jade in there then?"

*egrog shrugs* do we want to do the dance now? everyone's kinda scattered around, so i'm not sure. i wanted to know what you guys thought though

"A dance might help morale Jaina." Leet said walking over to them.

"I was thinking we all needed the dance after all this." she says calmly cooling off after what has just happened.

" Egrog," Jaina shouts out. " You might wanna get the droid started and get cleaned up and dressed so you will not be late, Captain." she says with a grin on her face.

"No they didn't. I was going to see if they could do an investagation, but things went to a close real quick and didn't get to say anything." she say wondering herself.

*egrog wanders skids to a stop outside his door, opens it and heads into his room* alrighty, what to wear, and thanks the blazes we don't have to wear dress uniforms, those things are terrible!

*looking through his closet, he comes upon something that has been called a "zoot suit" from another galaxy* bingo, nothing like my old blue zoot suit....and i brought my hat! with the feather! YES! tonight's gonna be so much fun

" I don't know I just may surprise you guys." she says with a lil laugh. " How about you, Major?" she says smiling.

"I really don't have anything to wear, only my dress uniform or my Jedi robes." Leet replied.

" Well, I have been in my Jedi robes enough and my uniform, so I'll have to see what I have. I am going to go get cleaned up and relax for a bit, it has been to much today and I don't want to be an old grump if I do not calm down a bit. I will meet you guys at the dance, Major."

Leaving Jaina Leet returned to his bunk. After looking at his options, Leet decided on his dress uniform. With that decision made Leet dressed and headed to the dance.

*egrog was rushing frantically around the mess hall, making sure everything was ready when he got a comm call* this is captain kaputski

*indistinct voice* ohhh, really? okay, well thank you for letting me know and let tenel ka know that i appreciate her letting us use her mess hall

*egrog looks over to z-4 to see a giant fire shoot up from the food he was making* AAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!

Jaina made it her quarters and got cleaned up. She went to he bunk and pulled out a lil suitcase she has carried around for several years. She couldn't remeber what was in there so she opened it up and it was a dress her sister had given her. She layed it on the bunk and she just looked at it. She was really debating if she should or shouldn't. She only wore it once and hasn't put it on since then. Then she decided to wear it. She smiles and thinks to herself. Yeah, I wonder if they would reconize me wearing this. I guess I could wear it this one, again, just one more time. Jaina wanted to be herself for a night and not wear a uniform or Jedi robes.


Gavin was wearing his dress uniform and he walked through the door to the dance and saw Egrog. Gavin walked over to him. " How are things going, Egrog? Everything working out fine the way you planned, so far?" he says.

*egrog runns towards a sink, part of his hand had caught fire* wonderful gavin! just great! stay away from z-4, he's a pyro-maniac! 8runs hand uder water* oh man, that's the good stuff there

Walking into the mess hall Leet noticed Egrog, Jaina and Gavin - as well as smoke in the air. He waited for Egrog's reply.

*egrog sees leet enter* hey, stay away from z-4, that's all i have to say

*looks thoughtful* in fact, just stay by the door, in case things get worse

Jaina came in behind them and was chuckling at the sight she was seeing. " Don't worry I'll keep my distanct." she says.

Leet began laughing "I'll stay right here Egrog."

" Yeah, what a way to end the day with z-4 burning the Twin Suns squadron." she says.

*egrog looks over at jaina as sje walks in* yeah staying there would.......be..........good.......yeah........*cl oses jaw*

Jaina looked at Egrog. " What was that called?" she says playing with him trying to get him to relax a bit. " What never seen a girl wear a dress? Relax a bit take your time, Egrog. It will be fine, ok." she says staying were she was standing so z-4 could get the chance to burn her.

*egrog looks confused* what's a girl?

Jaina looks at Egrog. " Haha, so funny Cap."

*egrog breaks into a grin* you think i'm stressed out, huh? hahahaha, never, not possible with me!

Leet looked at him and said "Well they are similar to males except that instead of a . . ." Leet stopped while he dodged Jaina's playful punch.

*egrog laughs* watch it leet, she's got a dangerous left hook!

*a slight POP is heard by z-4, egrog jumps* AAAHH!!! what now?!

*z-4 turns to egrog* it seems that this food is popping and exploding everywhere, and i can't make it stop, and it's starting to leave some burn marks on me, and it's rather annoying, *sir*

" What am i going to do with you three?" she says laughing at them. " It is the only nice thing I have to wear and I figured this would be the last I will get to wear it in a while. So, while you guys are in here, I am going to out there for a while and check out Egrog's decorations and stuff out there." she says as she turns and walks away from them. Smiling and shaking her head as she walks off.

*egrog watches jaina leave and winks at leet, with a slight smile*

Leet moved forward, not sure what Egrog's display was all about. As the music began playing Leet walked over to Jaina, bowing low he said "May I have this dance, Major?"

Leet took her hand and they began to dance. Unsure of what to do next, Leet began by saying "That's a lovely dress Jaina."

"Thanks Leet." she says sort of blushed, not use to complements like that. " You know, you still make that uniform look good." she says.

Gavin looked at Egrog. " Looks like you need a lil halp there, buddie." he says. " I can help you out and get things to move a lil faster for you too. What do you say?" Gavin asks.

*egrog nods* defintiely, then we can both go hang out and be wallflowers, at least i will, hehe

*he points* could you grab that plate of food and put it next to the punch here? *gavin moves it* okay, and grab that balloon there and stick it to the wall, actually, stick it to z-4, he needs to be festive

Gavin laughs at Egrog's remark about z-4 and puts the plate by the punch and puts the balloon where Egrog told him to. "I take it that z-4 has been annoying you, Egrog." Gavin says with a chuckle. " Look there is Leto and his Captain friend and crew." Gavin says.

*egrog looks over his shoulder* hey guys! glad you could make it! nothing's really happening right now except leet and jaina dancing to the same song over and over, hehehe

" Yes, it is. Egrog did a wonderful job, I think." Jaina says.

*egrog sticks his head in the doorway* thanks jaina! i'll be there in a minute to change the songs around!!

*looking around* i think we're just about done gavin, thanks a lot for your help, i apreciate it

Jaina and Leet looked at Egrog and smiled at each other. " He did put alot of effort in this dance." Jaina says feeling speahless for once.

"Good, Egrog." Gavin says. " We can go join in and I am not leaving until you can go out there to, pal." he says.

Leet and Jaina continued to chat, when the song ended Gavin came over to Leet and Jaina "May I cut in?" He asked. "Of course" replied Leet, who went over to join Egrog.

*egrog fixes a plate* looks good now.....hey leet, what's up?

Jaina dances with Gavin. She looks at Gavin and brushes his brownish blonde hair behind is ear. " What Gav.?" she says. " You know the only time I saw this dress was when you wore it to the last get together at your sister's 3 yrs. ago." he says.
" I know," she says with a pause and then said," Yeah, I don't know what talked me into wearing it. It fells weird to be wearing something different other than my uniform or jedi robes." she says. " Well, it is great to see you wearing that dress again, Jaina. I almost forgot what you looked like in a dress." Jaina lightly hits gavin on his shoulder.

"Not much Egrog, what do you recommend for the hungry pilot?" Leet inquired.

" It was 3 yrs. ago when we last danced also." Jaina says. " Yeah, how can I forget." he said. That was around when you left to the academy, too." he said. " Yeah, I never forgot that, Gavin. That was the last time I saw you til you were recrited with our squad. I am glad my best friend is here, now with all this going on." Jaina replies back with a smile.

Trel Karisma walked into the mess hall aboard the Pride of Hapes, dressed in full military uniform. He looked around and found himself standing taller than most, save for the wookiee Lowbacca, who he assumed would be his leader. He was actually quite nervous to meet the high ranking Jedi, but didn't show it a bit.
He strode into the room and immediatly made his way into a crowd and expected someone to greet him.

General Lowbacca walked in the mess hall with a new recruit behind him. Jaina and Gavin stopped dancing and Jaina walked over to the General. " Welcome General," she says. " Good to see you here and back soon, too."

" I have brought us a new recuit. His name is Trel Karisma, from Coreilla." he says. Jaina looked at Trel. " Hello, I am Jaina Jade, Major and Xo of the Twin Suns. It is nice to see a new recruit. Please let me introduce you to the squad."

[DarthSolo]

"Good to meet you, Major Jade." He looked around at the people who would probably be the closest thing he had to a family in years and smiled. "Looks like a fun bunch."

[Kapit]

*egrog looks up from the song list to see a tall human enter*
hey! who are you? never seen you before

"I'm Flight Officer Trel Karisma, for now. I'm sure i'll scale the ranks rather quickly." He smiled that Corellian smile and offered his hand. "And who might you be?"

" Down, Egrog!" Jaina says. " We have a new recruit. his is Trel Karisma from Coreilla. He is a part of our squad and family now." she said to Egrog. Jaina turned and looked at Trel. Sometimes you have to excuse him, he is our funny guy but with all that has happened he can get a lil protctive too." she says smiling.

Trel smiled back. "Not a problem." He was a little shaken by the Major's response to Egrog, but at least he got to know the character of his squad mate better. "So, I'm Twin 12 now, eh?"

*egrog smiles* captain egrog kaputski, twin 7. glad to meet you, we need someone new to make fun of--i mean have around to talk to. and jaina, i was just being funny again, hehe.

*whisepers to trel* watch out for her, she could tear the ears off a gundark, so be careful

*looking up* anywho, enjoy the danc, you came at a good time, morale is finally picking up again and everyone seems happy

"Good to know." Trel gave Egrog a friendly pat on the shoulder. Seems likea fun guy, he thought.

*egrog watched the new pilot walk around, hoping he would do a good job, he seemed like a good guy*

Trel wasnt much interested in dancing. He'd just follow someone's lead if he was forced to join, but for now, it was time for a drink.

Jade shook her head at Egrog. "This is Gavin Eris, Twin suns 6. This is my childhood friend/best friend." Jaina says. " Hello, Trel. Good to see a new recruit. Glad you could join in on the fun." Gavin says.

"Nice to meet you, Gavin. It'll be good flyin with you."

*egrog presses a few buttons on the control panel* auto-choose, wonderful inverntion. time to mingle with the patrons...

*egrog heads out, looking around for somehting to do*

Gavin and Jaina stopped dancing when Trel arrived. Jaina was happy to see a new face in the squadron. Jaina walks over to him. " The question you asked about being Twin Suns 12, yes you are." she says as she came over and got a drink, too.

"Good," Trel responded. "Twelve's my lucky number." He sipped his drink. "So, what's the squad been up to lately?"

*egrog walks up to get a drink* so where are you from trel? i'm from corellia, coronet city, and i miss it a lot

as to the squad *egrog looks at jaina nervously*

" This is Major Maj-Adi Leet, Twin Suns 9. A great guy to have at your wing Trel." Jade says introducing the Twins as they looked around the room.

"Hey, me too. I lived in Coronet City my entire life, till i went to the acaemy."

"Good to meet you Major," Trel said quickly., He was having a hard time keeping two conversations at once. He took a big drink.

awesome, coronet is a big city though, so i doubt we lived in the same part. i ended up going to the jedi academy when i was 10, then i ended up here once i was ready

"Jedi Academy? Wow, how many Jedi are in this squad? I think you and the General are the only two I've ever met!"

[jadeskywalker]

" When he asks how the squad has been up too, Jaina face expression sort of changed. " Well as soon as this dance is over with, I promise that the Twins and I will inform you on everything that has happened." she says as she looks at the squad laughing and relaxing finally. Mostly not trying to fight among each other.

"Sounds good, major." Trel leaned back on the bar. "Seems like you guys are having a great time!"

[DarthSolo]

"I gotta say," Trel said, no one in particular, anyone listening really, "I'm really looking forward to vaping some scarheads."

[Kapit]

*egrog smiles* pretty much everyone except you are jedi! hahaha

*egrog looks around with a distant gaze* this is the first time we've been so happy in awhile, but like jaina said, we'll tell you later...

* "your song" begins playing, and egrog nervously walks up to jaina* major, may i have this dance? *he says this as he bows slightly*

" Good, we will talk about it in the morning, then. But for now I want you to enjoy yourself and relax because we will be busy again, i promise." she says.

" Yes, why not Captain." she says. Looks back and says we will be back.

Trel raised an eyebrow as he saw Egrog ask the Major to dance. "Interesting," he said to himself.

"Yes, major," Trel said and tossed a lax salute as she turned away from him.

[Kapit]

*egrog and jaina walk out to the dance floor, and they begin to dance, though egrog is obviously nervous* so........are you having fun?

[jadeskywalker]

" If you think about it Egrog this is really the first time we have cut up like this. We have had it non-stop and traps and ambushes and alot of bad things that has happened. So, yes, i would say this is fun and eases your mind a bit." she replies. " How about you?" she asks.

[Kapit]

*egrog laughs nervously* good, i'm glad you're having a good time, and that everyone else is too, even the new guy is enjoying himself. all of that is plenty enough to make me happy for now....

*he looks around nervously as an awkward silence falls* so.......do you like........stuff?

Trel, bored and finished with his drink scanned the room. Most of the pilots seemed to be either occupied dancing or in a conversation. "I think i'll find a bathroom," he said to himself.
After using the bathroom he bumped into an atractive young human female leaving the mess hall. "Hello," Trel said. "Who might you be?"
She blushed and looked down as she brushed a piece of brown hair from her matching eyes. "Umm, I'm Reli, a mechanic."
"Nice to meet you Reli," he said with Corellian confidence. "I'm Flight Officer Trel Karisma. Leaving so soon?"
"Umm, there wasn't much to do, i guess." She shrugged and laughed to herself nervously.
"Well I can give you something to do. Care to dance?"
She blushed. "Uh, sure."
He offered his arm and made his way to the dance floor.

Jaina saw the Trel leading a pretty female on the dance floor. Jaina smiles at the sight. She didn't want him to feel bored or out of place on his first day here.

*egrog laughs* that smooth talker, you better watch out for him jaina, hehehe

Soon both Reli and Trel were laughing and swinging on the floor. Trel was not the greatest dancer, and didnt expect the shy mechanic to be much of one either, but boy was he wrong.
She grabbed his hand and led him off the floor to the bar. "That was fun," she said. "Thanks."
"No, thank you," he said and smiled. "You are quite the dancer. Hope i didn't slow you down."
"Well, ya know," she said flirtatiously.
"Bartender, get the lady whatever she wants."

" Yeah me watch out." she laughs. " you guys better watch out for me says.

[DarthSolo]

"So," Trel said to his new friend, "Anything goin' on with those two?" He motioned towards Egrog and Jaina Jade.
"Hmm?" she said, putting her drink down. "Not that I know of. You ready to go back out there?"
"Are you sure you want to dance with me more?"
"Of course," she said. She grabbed his hand and led him out there. She wasn't so shy after all.

*egrog laughs* roger that, major! i'll make sure he stays back, hehe, that should be fun

*he looks around, noticing that the song has already gone through "sugar, sugar" and "raindrops keep fallin on my head" and was now moving on to "maybe i'm amazed"*

oh, i love this song, it's so nice......*he begins singing along*

Jaina smiles, " Guess you forget I can hold my own now huh, Kaputski." she says chuckling. " I have been around you guys long enough to get yals routines down." she says.

Trel found himself dancing near Jaina and Egrog, and when he heard Egrog start singing along with the music he couldn't help but laugh and join in. As he sang he exchanged a glance with Egrog and they laughed. Good times, he thought. Reli soon joined the singing and made herself snug in his arms.

*egrog laughs again* hahahaha, so true, so true.....you know, we've been out here for....5 songs now? i don't know about you, but that's a first for me!

*looking over at trel, egrog winks and gives him one of the classic "corellian grins"*

It was good to have another Corellian around, Trel decided. It would keep things fun. "Maybe its time for another break," he suggested to his partner.
Reli smiled. "Yeah, good idea."

[Kapit]

*watching trel and reli walk away* can you believe it? first night and he's already got a lady friend! man, he makes it look so incredibly easy!

Jaina watches them leave the dance floor. She looks at Egrog. " Yeah it is good to see that." she agrees. " Your not so bad yourself." she says to him.

[DarthSolo]

"Ya know," Reli said and let her head fall on Trel's shoulder, "It's really good havin' a new guy around."
"Yeah?" Trel replied, not really knowing how to react. This was going alot better than he expected.
"Yeah," she sighed. "The squad's seen alot this war. Morale was really getting down, and it was spreading bad. But, tonight has been a big relief, and you've been a big part of that. A good fresh face." She removed her head from his shoulder to look up at him, and smile. Their blue eyes met.
He grinned and looked away. "Thanks," he said, slipping his arm around her waist.

*egrog looks at jaina, completely floored and at a loss for words* i.......umm......well......uhhh........yeah....... *clears throat* umm, what? *he says as he tries to force a corellian grin*

As the night passed Reli Correl, Trel found out her last name, led him around the mess hall introducing him to her friends, mostly mechanics and tech guys. He was really feeling like he was fiting in, and life was great. He wondered if this feeling would last in his cockpit.
He'd heard the tragedies of the war over the holo-net, and even witnessed some of it firsthand. He was sure that this squadron had seen their fair share, if not more. A twinge of sadness settled in his stomach as he reflected back to Coronet City in his younger days, when the Empire really wasn't much of a threat anymore, before the Yuuzhan Vong.
"Hey," Reli's voice broke his thoughts, "You okay?"
He smiled down at her. "Why wouldn't I be?" He paused and then looked out to the floor. "Another dance?"

[DarthSolo]

A slow song played over the system. Reli was snug in Trel's long arms. "So," she began, "What brought you to serve?"
"Well," he said and sighed, "I guess mainly to protect. This is our galaxy and I'll be damned if those scarheads take it over." He paused and took a less serious tone. "And I figure being a starfighter pilot will give me the chance to meet some of my heroes."
"Oh?" she responded. "And who are those?"
Trel laughed sheepishly and looked away. "Oh, just Han Solo and Wedge Antilles. Of course i have to idolize those two Corellians."
Reli laughed and squeezed around his waist. "I always wanted to meet Mirax Terrik Horn, although I'm not Corellian."
"Mirax Terrik Horn, huh? Interesting. So, where are you from?"
"Coruscant, born and raised. My father ran a speeder shop and in hard times I had to work on the used ones. Became quite good, and he felt bad keeping me home. And now I'm here."
"Hmm," he said. He didn't have anything else to say, and neither did she. They just danced.
