And with the flip of a lever, the hyperdrive motivator engaged, the X-wing made the jump; and outside his canopy the starfield changed, Leet sighed and wondered what awaited them when they reverted to realspace.

Jaina was hoping for a simple trip and no surprises. Wondering which mission of pirates they made mad. Could not wait to get to Ralroost.

As Gavin jumped he couldn't wait to get to Ralroost but didn't want to see what could be waiting for them. If thee was snything waiting.

"Is that another Cadet?" Jaina says walking up towards Leet. Leet replied,Yes, he said. I am Flight Officer XO Jaina Jade. Good to have you in our squad. Looks at Leet we finally have a full squadron.

"This hear is Gavin Eris, He's one of the new recruits, also." "Where is Twins 9 at" Gavin asks. Kindra walks up.

*Egrog heads towards Gavin, shakes hand* "Pleased to meet you Gavin!"

*turns to face Jaina, salutes. it's a little sloppy* "A pleasure to make your aquintance, si---er, ma'm? sir? ummm........hehe......"

*Egrog slowly slinks towards the food becasue he just looked bad*

Jaina just grined and shook her head as Egrog went to the food.

Gaivin looked a Leet and Jaina, "Where do yout think 9 is?" he asks
"He will be here soon", Jaina replies.

"I wonder where the General is?" Jaina says. "Leet", Jaina says, we are going to go find the General and let him know we have arrived. She looks at the rest of the squad. "The rest of you guys, wait around here incase 9 shows up. Leet and I will be soon and maybe with General.

*Jaina turns back to the squad*

"And stay out of trouble!" Grinning as she walked off...

*Egrog walks back in, large plate of food in hand* He says, "Hey, what's up guys? hungry?"

*the others shake their heads, looking disgusted* He says, "you guys wanna go take a run in the sims, see how good we are?

"sure," says Leet, "anytime i can take down a couple of cadets....."

"why not, i'm in!" replies Gavin

Tlo Neen walked out of his quaters he hadn't eaten for what seemed like days. He needed a break from the simulators. Tlo walked into the cafeteria on the "Ralroost" he wasted no time in getting himself something to eat. Tlo ate the food slowly not wanting to upset his stomach.

Tlo picked up his empty tray and laid it on the cleaner, walking back over he took his seat between Egrog and Jaina.

i honestly have no idea except that the general is missing, and jaina tried looking for him and couldn't find him

Tlo then got up from his seat at the table and headed for the cafeteria doors.

Tlo walked with Jaina into the "Ralroost's" docking bay. Tlo had quickly spotted his ship it was easy to identify scince he had added his own touches to the X-Wing's paint. The words "Twin 2" was painted on the X-Wing's side in a dark red color.
Look towards Jaina Tlo spoke, as he spoke he started to look over his ship checking for any abnormalities.

"So is there anything else I should know about our situation Jaina?"

Walking over to Jaina, Leet asked, "Where is the General? I didn't see him land with the rest of the squadron."

Jaina turns towards Leet, "I couldn't find him myself. I saw that there was a room full of people. he must be in there before the breifing." Jaina said trying not to sound worried. " I was just filling in Tlo about what all we know so so far. You think something could have happened?" Jaina said quckly.

What am i thinking he has to be in the room with the rest of them, Jaina sighed.

*overhearing the conversation, egrog walks up*

well, what if he got called out on "official" business. maybe some of the higher ups needed him to go back to Coruscant for a--a groundbreaking ceremony....or something.

*egrog looks around nervously* or maybe he's just locked in the 'fresher

He's somewhere, he would have gotten word to us somehow, Jaina says. He wouldn't just leave his squadron before a breifing for a mission, not his style.

"I agree," said Gavin.

" Leet any word on Zhadar?" Jaina asks.

"Zhadar's physically fine; but he still won't respond. The medics aren't sure if its some sort of shock or if its a Jedi healing trance gone wrong. They are trying to contact Master Skywalker or Master Cilghal."

Two of our own to worry about, Leet thought dejectedly.

Zindra listened quietly to the exchange, heading back to her X-wing she began wondering what she had gotten herself into. It had all sounded so exciting when the General had approached her . . .

" General" Jaina said as she saluted to him. " I was in the room with the others talking about the breifing. Jaina was relieved. Gavin stood you and saluted the General.

*egrog immediatly snaps to attention* sir!

Snapping to attention Leet saluted the General. "Good to see you, sir."

" Good we're all here, well almost", Jaina says. Leans in towards Leet and says in a low voice, " When we see the pirates again and it turns out to be a sucess, I say it is for Zhadar!" Smiles as huge as she can to cheer up Leet!

As the General went about his business, Leet turned Cadet Egrog. "To answer your question, Zhadar, Leto and myself boarded a frieghter, which had been modified with a gravity well projector, and fought our way to the control room. Little did we know, a Dark Trooper was hidden behind a false wall. Zhadar led us in a coordinated attack, where he was seriously injured. He woke up long enough to warn us about a self destruct device in the Dark Trooper. We beat it back to base, got him dunked in a bacta tank. I've spent a lot time wondering what I could have done to help . . .

The rest of us Twins were in out X-wings fighting the other pirates...sighs.

Leaning over to Jaina, Leet says "Thank you, your friendship is welcome, as always. What do you say we give our newcomers a little training?"

Jaina looks at Leet with a grin and says, " I say we ought too!" Lets go to the simulators.

Gavin looks at Jaina, " You favorite!",he says. " You know me, Gavin! It's my favorite part."

Leet smiled and said "I'll find Zindra, I think she went to check on her X-wing." Entering the hanger bay moments later Leet said "Cadet Zindra, all cadets are ordered to the simulators"

Hearing Leet's voice snapped Zindra out of her check. "Yes, Sir" She automatically replied. Hurrying to the simulators she finds an empty one, and straps in.

*over comlink* "what's the mission today, sir?" asks egrog

Jaina straps in the simulator listen to it hum up.

MISSION
MAKE SURE THE SHUTTLE DOES NOT SUBSTAIN ALOT OF DAMAGE AND NOT TAKEN BY PIRATES.

" That doesn't sound to hard," Gavin says.
Jaina and Leet snickered a little. "You will see, you will see," Cadet, she says.

*looking out the viewport, he thinks of an idea* if we split off on our own, we're gonna be dead, so we have to try and stay together, but what's the best way to accomplish that?

gavin, zindra, split off to the sides and circle aroun behind them as i try and draw them on me

man o man, this is not looking good.....need to make up something quickly......

*egrog looks behind him to see two of the TIEs still following him* sithspit!!!

okay, first off where's gavin and zindra? *looks at sensor* son of a sith, the other two are on them.......

Zindra followed Gavin around, but quickly heard the warbling tone of an enemy's target lock. Juking quickly to the right, flying head on into Egrog. "Ready for some fun?" Zindra asked.

*egrog smiles* r5, gimme 3/4 power on the front shields, an 1/4 on the aft

*r5 complies......egrogs sensor board beeps, indicating attempted target lock*
you're gonna get more than you bargained for today, zindra. r5, paint zindra as target one, and gavin as 2. i then want you to arm one torpedo, and when you can get a lock, tell me, and it's off to 2...i'm taking zindra myself

"gotcha," responds egrog, "r5, fix those shields, and make sure the TIE behind zindra is target one. keep painting him with a missle lock, see if you can scare him off"

*egrog thinks for a second* "zindra, when you're 200 meters out, drift up some, and then at 100 meters, hit the dirt fast, and i'll get the one on your tail.....i'm not too sure about the one on me, but we'll deal with that la--*gets hit from behind* damn!!! r5, what's the deal???? *waits a beat, looks behind him and notices r5 is gone* son of the sith, i hate those TIEs...zinda, let's wrap this thing up"

Following Egrog's lead Zindra drifted up, and quickly down, then back up. Firing quickly, Zindra screamed "I got one!" When suddenly everything went black and silent.

*egrog, looks around, confused* "over already??? what happened? did we wi----oh man, the shuttle" *shakes his head* "when, where and how?"

"No idea, who are flying those ties?" Zindra asked. "Sithspawn they are good."

Flight Officer Leet's voice came in her ear "Cadets, interesting strategy, leaving the shuttle unguarded. Let's try this one again."

"alright, zindra, i'll stay back with the shuttle while you and gavin take care of the TIEs. oh, i'm thinking that leet and jaina are in at least two of those TIEs," egrog said

*zendra nods* "that's what i was thinking, too. you ready gavin?" she asks as a starfield materializes around her

"ready as i'll ever be," he replies

*egrog looks around..the TIEs are generally leaving the shuttle alone* something's not right here.....why are the interceptors not coming for the shuttle? it's their prime objective......what are they doing????

*egrog looks up in time to see gavin get in behind an interceptor and blast it* "nice shot gavin! now there's only three lef--gavin hard right!!!!!! *an interceptor was now behind gavin and stitching the rear of his fighter with fire* "zindra, can you give him a hand?" asks egrog

zindra replies, "negative. i've got two on me now......can you come give us a hand?"

oh man, what to do, what to do.........ummm, leave the shuttle and it may be toast, or stay with it and my friends will be toast...

"r5, how far away are they??? *beeps* 3 kilometers?!? too far!!!"

"shuttle freedom, hold out here, i gotta run," says egrog

"Egrog, its a trap, two bombers coming from the other direction." Zindra said. "Gavin, let's head back to the shuttle."

"right" *egrog looks around* "shuttle freedom, lets hyper outta here and head to the rendevous point. gavin, plot us a course out"

*gavin nods, checks his coordinates* "transmitting them now guys"

*fade to black* "well guys, i THINK we made it that time," said egrog

"i'm not sure," said gavin, "wasn't half the point of the sim to take down the TIEs?"

"Good observation Cadet, however, you did technically meet the requirements of the mission." Said Leet, "Let's try a different scenario."

*egrog shakes his head and smiles* what now, sir?

"Simple, protect the transport at all costs." Leet said quietly.

*egrog sighs, gavin looks at the cieling* "more defense just what we love," said zindra, "well let's get to it then!"

" Everyone stay close! I have more ships coming in. Protect the shuttle at all costs." Jaina says. Gavin moves in closer to Jaina.

" I see them. They are coming in fast and hard towards the transport." Gavin says.

"jaina, wouldn't it be easier if we formed a screen in front of the shuttle, 1 in front, 2 back, and then when the shields on the front get low, we switch places?" egrog wonderd

Seemingly in response to Egrog's question a large frieghter dropped out of hyperspace. Leet's voice could be heard saying "Cadets, that freighter is carrying valuable members of the Alliance, protect it."

With that a Dreadnaught appeared behind the freighter, and began dropping Tie's from its hold.

*egrog to zindra* zindra, i want you and gavin to stay slightly ahead and to our port

*to gavin* what i'm thinkin is we try to blow by the TIEs w/ limited engagement and try and hit them from behind. what do you think?

Tlo, hearing that the freighter is carrying valuable Alliance members immediatly engaged the tie fighters.

*To All Twins* "This is Twin 2 I'm engaging the ties, I'll try and keep them busy to give that freighter some help. Cadets watch yourselves out there.

Tlo used the force as he expertly navigated through the swarm of tie fighters, dodging the laser fire, and manuvering through the ties. Making a sharp right turn Tlo started to follow a stray tie, quickly he followed it as the tie headed back towards the main group. Tlo wasn't going to allow that to happen, he fired off two shots from his X-wing. Tlo was congratulated with a satisfying explosion. Flying through the derbis Tlo raced after the remaining group of ties.

Beep!

An alarm went off in Tlo's X-Wing a tie had somehow sneaked up behind him and it was in hot pursuit. "I should've seen him coming.", Tlo thought to himself. Two laser bolts flew by Tlo's cockpit deflecting off his shields. "This guys good."

*To All Twins* "This is Twin 2 watch out Twins, these tie pilots are very good, stay alert."

Ending his transmisson to the other Twins Tlo quickly pulled up trying to get behind this presistent tie fighter.

[Kapit]

*watches tlo's fighter* there's too many TIEs for him, we have to get someone out there to give her more of hand, even if it means a little less protection for the freighter, egrog thinks

*to soontir* we can't make tlo hold them off by himself, so i'm gonna fly out ahead of you, and you follow behind. make sure we've got some space in between us, and watch keep and eye on the freighter

"roger," replies soontir

*as egrog starts towards the dogfight he sends a message to tlo* 2, this is 10. 9 and i are on our way out to you now. we're gonna try and help make your life a little easier.

[Rann]

*To Egrog(Is that right?)* "Roger that 10 help is much apprectiated."

Tlo blasted through another tie, but two more seemed to take its place. Tlo flew around them making his way towards Egrog and Soontir, they'd be a better force flying togther rather than as individuals.

*as egrog and soontir head towards tlo, they notice that none of the TIEs are heading towards the freighter*
umm, 2, are you seeing that all the TIEs are right here, and yet there are some important Alliance members on that freighter.
"i see it 10, not sure why," replies soontir
*egrog to tlo* "2, something's up, and i don't like it."

"Something definitely doesn't feel right Twin Suns"

To Egrog: "Egrog, Should we hail the freighter and see what is going on with them? I am going to move hard against the Tie's for now, what's the plan for the Dreadnaught?"

*thinks quickly* well....twins 11 and 12, hail the freighter and check its status. find out EXACTLY who's on that ship

*barrel roll* dammit, those TIEs won't stop!!! soontir, tlo, what's the deal? how we doin???

"We're holding our own right now Egrog, luckily this was a Dreadnaught and not an Impstar Deuce with 6 Tie Squadrons."

Soontir comes out of a barrel roll behind another Tie, racking up another kill. Two more Tie's hot on his tail, going evasive.



"Any ideas what to do about that Dreadnaught? I don't suppose we have backup coming do we? We could certainly use a capital ship here to give us some support against that Dreadnaught"

*exasperated* 9, i say we just hail the freighter and see what the deal is. *looks at the freighter* what in the sith....twins if you can, check out the freighter and the dreanaught, it looks like they're trying to DOCK!!!!! *something next to him explodes* sithspit!!!! i just lost my bottom port stabilizer!!

Gavin hears 9 and 10...and turns to see the ships trying to dock. Zindra we better stay near the transporter.

10 can you see what they are trying to do? Gavin comms in...

*to gavin* it looks like they're linking up for a transfer of cargo, but i don't know who or what.
*to soontir* stay here and do the best you can, i'm gonna go buzz the freighter

Zindra commed "Gavin, why not launch some torps at the Dreadnaught's docking clamps . . . Egrog come around to 2.10 - you've gained some more playmates."

[Soontir Solo]

"Twins Suns, I am reading another Tie Squadron heading our way. It looks like that will make two full squadrons against us. Twin 10 going to run interference, hopefully I can cause enough mayhem to give us some much needed time."


Twin 10 makes a pass along the left flank of the new enemy squadron, peels off with 4 fighters in pursuit of him.

"What is the deal on that freighter guys? Should we consider it hostile? If so I think we should make a tactical retreat here. We are way outmatched."

Gavin takes a couple of ties as him and Zindra are still trying to find out about the freighter. Gavin comms in...Zindra what do you have on that freighter? As he gets a few Tie off her rear.

"They seem green, Jaina, very green." Leet said quietly. "They look tenative. Joining in may give them some confidence, XO."

Zindra blasted two ties that were trying to vaporize Egrog. Hearing Soontir's transmission she replied "We are supposed to protect it. Try blasting the Dreadnaught's docking clamps, her shields will be down while they are connecting."

Zindra looked at her readings - "There's something odd about that frieghter Gavin, I just don't know what it is."

*egrog looks around as he fights with the controls* "ARGH!.......shields down to 37%, droid dead, two lasers left...sithspit!!! guys, i'm REALLY dragging bad, i'm not in much shape to do more than fly stragiht and launch a few torps, let me go in and take out the clamps."

[Soontir Solo]

"Twin Suns, I am calling for reinforcements. The fighters we can handle but we don't have enough firepower to take on a Dreadnaught. Watch yourself Egrog. Anyword on the Freighter yet?"

Twin 10 takes out two more Tie Fighters, moves along side Egrog to make a run of the Dreadnaught Docking Clamps.

"Egrog, I'll make a pass on the clamps using just lasers, fire some torps right behind me, hopefully my lasers will weaken it enough for your torps to do some real damage, then I'll make another pass except this time with proton torpedoes."

*egrog tries again to hail the ship* twins, neither ship wants to talk, i'm not getting through to anything, it's a load of static. soontir, what'd you call in for bcakup?

"There is a Bothan Assault Cruiser I was able to hail, could be here in 12 minutes. It has 4 fighter squadrons aboard. I am not sure if we can hold out that long though. Don't suppose anybody has any tricks up there sleeve?"

Soontir makes his pass against the Dreadnaught docking clamps, Egrog's 2 proton torpedoes make direct contact, major damage done to the docking clamps. Soontir makes another pass, firing two proton torpedoes, full contact causing a small secondary explosion.

"I think we might of made it mad, they won't be docking with the freighter anytime soon though. I read the Dreadnaughts last Tie Squadron coming out to play. Now it gets real sticky. Going evasive Twin Suns. Watch yourself Egrog."

*brings his x-wing up* guys, if you don't mind, i'm gonna hang around the freighter and make sure nothing wierd happens, and so i don't have to worry about getting any of us blown up

"Egrog, Stormies in space suits are trying coming over from the dreadnaught!" screeched Zindra. "Where are all of these ties coming from?" As she dived away from another tie attack. Quickly moving, she shot another one from Egrog's tail.

*egrog circles his fighter around to get a better view* well, goodbye

Zindra watched as the Kothlis continued its attack, moving back toward the frieghter, she began strafing the Stormtroopers attempting to open the airlock.

Leet turns to Jaina "They seem to be flying and working as a group better; do they need more sim time?"

Jaina looked at Leet and agreed also. "I think they do, they seem to be working as a group better as you said Leet. Lets get them out and rested before the breifing."Jaina says.

"Yes, Ma'am! Cadets, sim time is over. Get refreshed, we have a briefing coming up soon." Leet looked at Jaina. "Any word on Zhadar?"

"No, not yet," Jaina says. "I have a feeling he will be here in time for the breifing, " Jaina says as she smiles big at Leet. "We will soon see."

"That went well, congrats on the new recruits XO, their training is comming along quite well, " he said smiling.

Then turning to face Leet. "I've been with Zhadar since his transfer here to 'Ralroost' , a few minutes ago he started to stir. He's talking some but it's all Chiss. But the Medics agree that he should be back on his feet soon."

"So when do we get another go, or perhaps does Ralroost have a mission for us anytime soon."

"Leto, that's wonderful to hear. How was you trip home?" Leet inquired.

"Yes, their training is coming along real well. Might I say really well.' Jaina said smiling. "That is really excellent that Zhadar stirs." Jaina looks at Leet and Leto, "Zhadar will be with us soon, that is good news we haven't had in a while."

"The breifing is suppose to be at 1500," Jaina answered. "We'll let the cadets rest a bit and then head off to the breifing room, "Jaina repiled back to Leet.

Leto withdrew a little at the mention of his visit.

"Going home is never easy for me Leet, not with my Foster Mother sick and me away from home so much," Leto said gathering himself together.

"One day maybe I'll tell you a story or two. But for now let's look in on our bed ridden comrade and then take in the mission breifing."

Jaina looked at Leto, "That is understanderable," she says. I just hope I am around to hear them, smiling.

Master Drell... Master Drell can you hear me?
Zhadar Drell's two glowing, red eyes squinted open. He found himself staring into the photoreceptors of a 21B medical droid that was leaning over him.
The chiss-Jedi could feel the cold of the metal surgical table beneath him... what had happened?
"He's waking..." the droid said. Another 21B droid appeared, also leaning over him.
The first lifted a small light rod and shined it in Zhadar's eyes. Than placed a square trinket on the chiss's head.
"Everything's fine... You'll be a little dizzy for a while, but you're fine."
"W-where am I?" Zhadar asked in a raspy voice.
"Medical Quarters, back at the base, Master Drell..." the first droid said in a calming tone.
Zhadar started to sit up when the droids put their metal "hands" on his shoulders and forced him back down.
"You should stay in bed for a few hours... you could 'go out' on us at anytime, if you take my meaning, sir."
"What happened?" Zhadar said, his voice was beginning to clear.
"All that will be explained in time, Master Drell..." the first droid said.
"The best thing you can do now is rest," said the other.
"But I've been resting! And I wouldn't exactly call this a 'bed'... it's as hard as-"
"Shhh... rest, Master Drell," the first droid said, cutting Zhadar off.
Zhadar unhappily obeyed. He closed his eyes and drifted into a deep sleep within seconds.

Leet, Jaina and Leto made it to the sick bay. Leet knocked on the door and opened the door. The two medical droids were telling him to rest. " Well, can he still stay in bed and visit a few friends who have been waiting paticantaly for him to wake?" Leet says. The droids said," as long as he stays lying down."

Jaina walks over to him, "Good to see you up there Zhadar." " What did we miss?"

"Zhadar, how are you feeling?" Leet anxiously asked.

Jaina stands by Leet. "Looks like he's asleep again, she says. Lets stay here incase he wakes up. I think it will be good for him to us here when he does wake up," Jaina says hpoefully.

*walks in quietly* hi guys. i wanted to meet zhadar. i also wanted to know *egrog looks down, slightly embarassed* what the whole deal with the op was. i mean, why were you there, what was the whole deal?

Zhadar's eyes flashed open. Or at least he thought they were open. Everything was dark... and quiet. The mechanical hum of the medical droids was gone... The beeping of the life-reader was silent.
He felt alone... cold...
The chill left him as the room lit up in flames. The flames were like crimson daggers, threatening to strike him. Sweat trickled down his blue face.
Zhadar looked to his side and saw a tall figure cloaked in a dark-red robe. Its face was hidden by the shadow of its hood. The creature's arm extended, as did along, clawed finger.
Two red eyes, brighter than Zhadar's, appeared within the hood's shadow, and the creature spoke.
"Light falls... darkness rises... Jedi defeated... Sith victorious..."
The creature's extended hand was clasped into a fist. "The day of darkness approaches... the Jedi are doomed."

Zhadar's eyes whipped open as he gasped for air.
The room was lit... the mechanical whirring of the 21B droids and the beeping of the life-reader was back... and Zhadar found himself staring into the concerned eyes of his team-mates... his friends. The beating of his heart calmed as the fear left his mind to be replaced with joy.

*egrog looks up from his discussion with jade and leet* hey guys, i think he's up now.....

"Zhadar! Its so good to see you up again. You know you saved our lives that day . . ." Leet felt overjoyed to see his wingman back awake. "Anyway, how are you feeling?"

*egrog hangs back, nervous*

"You had us worried there for a while, Zhadar. Good to see you up now, Jaina says so happily.

"I came as soon as I could, so what is going on?"

After leaving Zhadar's side, Leet went back to his quarters - exhausted. Plopping down on his bed Leet, is almost asleep; when he sees the message light blinking on his computer. Stumbling over, he reads the message; and then runs to find Jade.

Jade left before Leet, ahe wanted to give Leet and his wingman some time to talk and catch up. Before heading to her quarters, Jade couldn't sleep, so she went for a walk through the hallways. Thn approaching to her quarters Leet comes walking up to Jade.

"What's wrong Leet?" Jaina asks a little worried.

"Jaina, how soon before our next mission? I had a message from my family, that they were able to evacuate to Mon Cal . . ." Leet said, still tired from his run over. "I really would like to see them. Think you can work it out for me XO?"

Jaina eyes widen. " You go and I will cover for you til you get back." Jade says. "Hey Leet, Take care and May the force be with you," Jaina says. " I will keep an eye on Zhadar."

[Kapit]

*egrorg is walking back from eating* what's the deal with leet? i thought everything was just kinda gettin back to normal! *he shakes his head* so what's the deal?

"Come on Egrog, lets go for a walk," Jaina says to him. As they were walking throgh the hallways, Jaina tells him "he has recived a distress message from his family saying they were able to escape Mon Cal and hasn't seen them in a while. I hope things a good." Jaina says.

*egrog looks stunned* wow.....no kidding....well, i guess it's worth something that he HAS a family

[jadeskywalker]

" Yeah, and he hasn't seen them in a while not even when we had a weeks vacation, he stayed by Zhadar's side, so I think he deserves to go see his family." Jaina says, Looking down at the ground.

*Knowing Leet he will make before the mission is to start.*

"Have you eaten anything yet? I need to go make myself eat something. I haven't ate nothing all day." Jaina says.

*smile* you know me, i'm always hungry!!!! and somehow i stay fit and trim.....hmmm.....oh well!!! foooooooooood!!! *he takes jaina's arm and begins walking with her to get food*

Jaina smiles big as they walked to go get food. " I should have known you would be hungry," she says laughing.

*egrog laughs* hehehe......yeah.......*for the first time, it seems like he notices his arm is intertwined with jaina's.....he hastily lets go, embarassed*

"I hope Leet will becareful." Jaina says. "I don't know what kind of XO I will turn out but, I will do anything for my wingmen." Just so you Egrog. "Should we have walked him to his X-wing?" Jaina says wondering.

As they made it to thing dining room, and Jaina was making a plate for her.

*egrog looks around, looking if anyone is around* umm, i think it was better that we didn't, cause it's kind of a personal thing for him

As they stood up to throw their trays away they ran in to Gavin. " We're going to go see Zhadar, you wanna come to so he can meet you too"Jaina says to Gavin. " "Yes, of course I'll go with you two", Gavin says. And the three start walkong through the hallways.

Tlo imerged from his room looking refreshed, he had slept and then meditated with the force. Meditating always worked up his appetite, so Tlo headed for the mess hall.

Jaina looks at Tlo and tells him to come on. " I am going to introduce you guys to Zhadar and then you guys can go do what you need to do."

Jaina smiles. " Well maybe we will go back to the simulators tomorrow. Besides I think I will stay here with Zhadar for a while tonight."

*egrog nods his head* alright jade, i'm expecting to go one on one with you tomorrow *he smiles competitively* if you need anything, i'm a com call away, or i'll be in my room doin somethin *he turns to the door, begins to walk out, looks back, and leaves*

As he left the Ralroost, Leet wondered how his family was doing. The message was short, text; but sounded like his sister. Or was it wishful thinking? As he flew in hyperspace, something was nagging him; the force?

As Jaina entered Zhadar's room he was fast asleep. The others left to their quarters. As Zhadar slept she sat in the chair next to his bed and fell asleep in the chair. A few moments later she jerked up and relized she was sleeping. She sees that Zhadar is sleeping peacefully and heads back to her quarters. Hopes things are well for Leet.

As Leet dropped out of hyperspace, his mind was focused on seeing his family. After what seemed like an eternity, Mon Cal control finally gave him clearence to land. Before jumping out of his X-wing, Leet's concerns made him strap on and check both his sidearm and lightsaber . . .

Soontir comes out of hyperspace next to Ralroost, ready for some action

"Ralroost control this is Twin 9 ready to move into the docking bay"

Soontir docks his Clawcraft with the other Twin Suns fighters and heads off to see what is going on.

*egrog walks over to soontir* hey, how was your trip?

Jaina wakes up and realizes she slept longer than she wanted to. She jumps out of bed and hurrys over to Zhadar's room.

Jaina knocks on the door and walks in. "How you doing there Zhadar? I trust we are feeling a bit better today?" as she sits in a chair next to his bed.

As Leet searched the refugee camp for his family, his uneasiness grew. Shouldn't I be able to feel them in the force? Leet wondered. The stench of the crowd, their anguish, hammered Leet; drawing his focus everywhere and nowhere at once. After more than an hour of searching, Leet found the tent that should contain his family . . .

A bright smile crossed Zhadar's face as the unmistakeable voice of Jade came from the doorway.
"How you doing there Zhadar? I trust we are feeling a bit better today?" she said, walking to the side of his bed and sitting in the visitor chair.
"Much better, Jade... Well I was... until those crazy 21B twins gave me that rodian-snot!" the chiss nodded toward a bowl of green goo.
"It's not 'rodian-snot', master Drell," the two 21B units waddled into the room, bringing with them a tray of covered food.
"It's Alkanian Jra'gos juice..." the other droid said. "It will help clear the dizzy after effects of your coma,"
"Right..." Zhadar said sarcastically. "And what have you brought me now? A nice, sizzling dish of Rancor dung?" The chiss sarcastically acted excited. "Or perhaps a steaming bowl of Hutt-fat!"
The 21B holding the tray ignored the remarks and set a dish in front of Zhadar.
"Deep-fried Glortiarn stink beetles!" the droid said removing the cover on the dish and revealing a pile of steaming, brown insect bodies as big as Zhadar's fist, topped with a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Zhadar tried to smile, but couldn't hide the nauseous expression forming on his face.

*egrog and soontir walk over* "hello, master zhardar, it's a pleasure to finally be able to meet you in person," says egrog

As he walked in Leet saw his mother and sister; however, two things grabbed his attention - the hole that was there when he tried to feel them in the force and the amphistaff each was carrying . . .

"Egrog, There is little I can do here. I'll be down in the simulators honing my skills. Make sure you let me know if there is any new news about this situation, or if the Roost will be moving off anytime soon.

Soontir heads down to the simulator rooms. He chooses to fight in a simulate version of the Battle of Endor, but in an A-Wing.

"I never get enough of this."

[Grand Admiral Thrawn]

"Hello, master Zhadar," Egrog said. "It's a pleasure to finally be able to meet you in person."
Zhadar Drell extended a hand and shook Egrog's.
"As it is also a pleasure for me to meet a fellow team member," the chiss said with a smile. Zhadar exchanged glances with Egrog and Jade. "Now, as you know I have been a little 'out of contact' with the outside world for quite a while now... what has been happening?"

*egrog smiled and looked towards jade* i just got here, so you'll have to let jade explain it all

Leet spun in a circle, blocking every amphistaff blow that came near; wondering how much longer he could keep his defenses up. In frustration; Leet sent the contents of the tent pelting his attackers - soon the tent itself was flying toward the Vong . . .

[Soontir Solo]

After the simulation was over at Endor Soontir decides to run a simulation with him against a flight of Vong coralskippers.

"Ok, lets see what I am made of."

Soontir (back in a Chiss Clawcraft) sends a barrage of laser fire across the fighter formation then goes evasive. The skips split up in pairs, trying to flank him. Soontir pulls a complete 180 degree turn in his nimble Clawcraft and sends a concussion missile heading towards the first pair and sends lasers out as well. The lasers distract the dovin basil long enough for the missile to plow into the skip, damaging his wingmate. The odds aren't quite as bad anymore. The second pair come tearing after him though. Soontir guns the engines and decides on a course of action, using an idea he got from one of General Antilles manuervers. He circles back around, the skips still on his tale, towards the hulk of the dead skip. He passes the skip then sends a concussion missle aimed towards it. The missile hits just as the second pair fly by the dead hulk, damaging both skips . One vears off and begins its descent towards the planet below. The other struggles to control his skip. Soontir swings in and takes him out but gets hit from behind by the first damaged skip, having forgotten about it for a minute there. Rear shields down but it wasn't enough to damage the clawcraft significantly. Soontir swings around and goes head to head against the damaged skip, taking some shots but the shields held while he pulverizes the skip into oblivion.

"Good sim. When the time comes I'll show those Scarheads what flying is all about"

Leto had been spending his time pondering the force over the last few days since his return from Correlia. Lately something felt un-right in the galaxy. His concerns for his family and comrades were pervading his thoughts.

Then suddenly, as if to answer his fears the display on the console in his quarters flashed a message from home.

"Your mother's condition has become worse. She is being moved for emergency treatment. Please respond soon RN-47"

Leto immediatly began to request a comm frequency.

With the tent blocking the Vong from view Leet does the only thing that comes to mind - charge! Reaching out for the places where the force was not present, the Flight Officer swung his lightsaber. Cutting through the flying tent he sliced the unarmored Vong.

In the aftermath, Leet left as quickly as he could, could there be more traps for his squadron mates?

" I don't know what is taking so long for he breifing," Jaina says to Zhadar. " All I know is that these pirates that we entangled with has taken 2 Star Destroyers along with our support cruisers hostage until they give us up." Jaina became silent and looked at Zhadar wide eyed.

"Did you feel that Zhadar? Nevermind, it must have been just me. She looks down at the ground, trying not to look to worried about her squad mates.

Tlo left the mess hall after he had eaten a good size portion of food. He was very full and now wanted some action, so he headed for the simulators. He started a simulation of the Battle of the second Death Star.

Soon Tlo was immersed into the battle, flying on the seat of his pants, trying to anticipate every move his enemy made. Time passed quickly and soon Tlo was on another sim, this time piloting against Vong skips.

Leet landed on the Ralroost, and went looking for his squadron. Running into Egrog he asks "Where are Jade and the others?"

they're all kinda around in different places, but i think she's with zhardar, i just left a few minutes ago and she was there *he notices something about leet* are you okay? did you find your family?

"No, but I think I know their fate, let's go find Zhadar and Jaina; I'll explain it once we are together." Leet replied.

*they start heading towards the medical bay* so what happened? imperials or what? it can't be the vong, they haven't made it yet!

"Did you feel that Zhadar?" Jaina said. "Nevermind, it must have been just me."
Zhadar Drell looked worriedly at Jaina as she bent her head to look at the ground, using the force to try and sense her feelings. But the process was interupted when Jaina's head rose... It should have been Jaina's.
Zhadar found himself staring into the fiery eyes of the cloaked figure from his dream, now sitting in Jaina's place.
"Doom will come to the Jedi in time, and soon the force which holds you will be mine."
Zhadar closed his eyes, letting the force flow through him, flushing away the cold and dark feeling that hung about him.
The figure hissed and disappeared in a cloud of black smoke.
Zhadar opened his eyes to see everything as it was.
Jaina was sitting beside his bed, staring at the ground as before.
Zhadar closed his eyes again. It was time to tell.

"Something's going to happen," the chiss-Jedi said suddenly, interrupting the silence. "I don't know when... I don't know how. I've been having strange... dreams... no... 'warnings'... a Sith phantom who tells me the end of the Jedi is near... it said that the force which holds me will be his... I don't know if it meant me alone..." Zhadar looked into Jaina's eyes, "...or all of us."

Okay Twins we have just learned of two SDs and their support craft captured by the pirates we recently tangled with. The pirates call themselves the Antonian raiders. They have sent an ultimatum to the GA saying they'll slag Ord Mantell if they don't give us up. Of course we have been assigned to the Ralroost which is a part of task force 335. Other ships include a Star Destroyer, Mon Cal cruiser, three Republic cruisers, and an old bulk cruiser converted into a starfihter carrier. We leave at 1500. Part of the reason I went to Yavin was to temporarily recruit 4 Jedi pilots until we can officialy have four other pilots assidned to us. When we arrive at the Ralroost Admiral Kre'fey will brief us.

Jaina's eyes widened. " You know when I was at Yavin visiting my sister and normally enjoy my visits. There was something I just couldn't quiet get...I was wanting to come back to my squad. Like something is going to happen to my squad...well all of us. Like try trapping us one at a time if they can get us by ourselves."

Leet and Egrog came bursting in on Jaina and Zhadar. Leet breathing hard began "Vong! Jaina, Zhadar it was a trap! They had made, made perfect Ooglith masks!" Out of breath, angry, despondent Leet stopped to catch his breath. And focus.

*egrog gets a startled look* what?!? oh man, that's terrible!

Zhadar pounced out of the bed.
"Sithspit!" he said under his breath. He ran to the side of the room and wrapped his dark-brown Jedi robe around his tunic.
The chiss returned to Jaina and placed a blue hand on her arm.
"We will continue this, Jaina," he said softly. "We must... the fate of the order could be in our hands... Now let's get out of here before those twin 21Bs come back and keep me from leaving!"

"Your right Zhadar," Jaina says agreeing with Zhadar. " We'll descuss a plan as soon as we can."As they hurry up before the droids got back.

Following Jaina out the door, Leet asked "Where Leto, Tlo and the others? We need to get find them."

Jaina paused. "Egrog and Tlo see if the rest of the squad is in the mess hall. Tell them to meet us at Leets quaters ASAP. Leet and I are going to get Zhader out of sight and get ready to leave and be quick about it, there's no time to be wasting." They all separate.

As they reached his quarters, Leet looked at Jaina and Zhadar. Not knowing how to breach the subject he begins quietly "The fight on Mon Cal was very intense; I was so, so angry, when the Vong revealed themselves . . . I let my anger get the better of me . . ."

Back down the hall, in Zhadar's medical quarters, the separating group heard the unmistakeable voices of the 21B droids.
"Where is he?"

"Hurry! Hurry!" Zhadar exclaimed, grabbing the shoulders of Leet and Jaina and pulling them faster down the hall.

" Well from hereon out for a while nobody goes anywhere without someone with them."Jaina says as they rush down thw hallway.

"Jaina is worried, about all of us." Leet said. "Well that and I told her about my fight on Mon Cal. I let my anger about my family enter into my fight with the Vong. I don't think that revelation helped. And Zhadar is exhausted from running from the sick bay to here."

Meanwhile, Zindra was in the hanger bay - working on her X-wing. Sighting in her guns was relaxing for her, no interaction with real people to bother her. Finishing up, Zindra made her way back her cabin; only to see the XO come running by.

Jaina makes it to communication room...

I am Flight Officer XO of the Twin Suns. I need you to call the Twin Suns squadron to the simulators cause I cannot find them and they are needed there. Will do the lady says to Jaina. " Thanks ,"she says as she heads to the simulator room to meet up with the rest of the suadron.

" Zindra good to see you, JAina says. Come with me to the simulator room to wait for the rest. I'll explain on the way."

::What now, more pointless drills:: Zindra thought to herself. Grabbing her lightsaber, she heads off with Jaina.

As the ships intercom announces "Twin Suns to the simulators" over in Leet's room, the group grabs their equipment, Leet helping Zhadar along to the simulators.

Jaina and Zindra made it to the simulator room. Then on the comm...

TWIN SUNS GO TO SIMULATOR ROOM.

Jaina looks at Zindra, "this is to get the squad together. We are going to Leets quarters. The Vong has set a trap for Leet when he left and they are coming for us."

They see Gavin headed their way. " Hey Jaina, what's going on? Gavin asks.
