*egrog shakes his head* whatever, if he doesn't want to have fun, that's his problem. me, i need a laugh so the stress of the war doesn't kill me, now if you'll excuse me, george needs to sleep, and i think i will too

*stands up and picks george up*

*Closes her eyes* Mmmhmmm.

" I think will stay here for a while longer." she says as she take another drink. " Ill catch up you soon."

*smiles* "You look tired, how bout i take you back to your room"

*alys nods* sounds cool I'm fighting from falling asleep *stands up and wobbles a little*

*Realising Alys wont be able to walk to her room, Dake picks her up and carries her*

"Well it looked like you couldnt walk" *smiles, as they reach her door*

Soontir entered the mess hall, ate a small meal then headed for the simulators.

Ok, goodnight *kisses her goodnight and heads back to the mess*

Jaina looked up. " You know what second thought, I am tired. I walk with you back to my quarters." she says as she got.

"You leaving cause of me?"

*egrog stops and waits for jaina to catch up and looks at dake* no, it's not you, it's....other things

Jaina smiles at Dake. " It has been a rough day but don't worry, it isn't you. Leet and Leto are still here. Go Join them and relax a bit. We will see you in the morning." she says to Dake.


She catches up Egrog and they leave the mess hall. " The fun is still there, not just right now she says."

*as jaina and egrog leave the mess* well, is it just me, or is there a different kind of mood around here now....like we've just become more serious all of a sudden, like our fun is gone...

*turns around* well im going to the hangar then got something i need to do

*egrog nods* i guess, but....i suppose i'm just mad at the way he treated geroge and i, the fact that we're "not supposed to have fun". that completely goes against who i am, you know?

*Dake nods as he heads to the hangar and his R-wing*

*Dake reaches his R-Wing and opens an compartment under his ship and takes out a Viroblade and sits down next to his ship thinking*

I know that cruiser had followed us, i saw it change course before i jumpedbut i dont want to think about it coming here, destroying this place

ON:

Alys laid down on her bunk thinking. THings with Dake had moved lightening fast. Faster than anything else in her life. SHe closed her eyes, still thinking as she fell asleep.

[Cassus Fett]

*Dake smiles as he thinks of Alys, but still has that thought in his mind about the cruiser. He suddenly jumps up and puts the viroblade back and runs to his quarters*

*He gets inside and changes into his flight gear and runs back down to the hangar*

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir walks into the hangar after a good hour of simming to see Dake running in in his flight suit.

"Forgive me I don't know your name. But what has gotten you into so much of a hurry?" Soontir says to Dake.

Jaina looked at Egrog. Well, what else do you expect from him. That is why I am keeping my distance from him for now, unless we are breifing and in a mission. All, we will do is argue, as usual." she says as they made it his quaretrs. " You and George get some rest. I am going to go check on a few things and then I will rest up." she says as she kissed him on his cheek and she walked away with alot on her mind and she continues walking through the hall.


Jaina saw Dake in the hallway as he was running back to the Hanger bay. She ran after him and saw Soontir and him talking. " What's wrong Dake?" she asks.

[Cassus Fett]

"I sensed something just, something i havent felt since the mandalorian ship i was serving on was ambushed by the Vong" *sighs* "i think the cruiser is close, i just want to check it out, i wont be long" *R7 quickly catches up with Dake*

"R7 get my ship ready"

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir looks closely at him, makes a decision

"Well you won't be going alone. With your permission Colonel Jade I would like to make a patrolling run of the area, with Flight Officer Chan?"

[Cassus Fett]

"No, i cant risk it, if i do this im doing it alone. Its nothig against you but its something i must do"

[jadeskywalker]

Jaina looked at Soontir and Dake." Well, you are not going out there by yourself. We will go out there too."

[Soontir Solo]

"With all due respect Colonel Jade if he is sensing a Vong cruiser approaching, or any kind of threat a mere Flight Officer should not be entrusted to go out there alone and possibly face it alone before all of the fighters could get out there. Once again do I have your permission?"

[Cassus Fett]

"Ok, but i want you pair to stay behind. i need to do this alone really." *sighs*

[Soontir Solo]

"You as well Colonel? And there is no alone here pilot. A squadron does not have its members try to face something alone."

[Cassus Fett]

"I guess i have got no choice then, you have got to come along" *smiles* "im glad"

[jadeskywalker]

" Like I said, Soontir, he will not go alone! We are going out there,too! We are going to help check it out. I am going too. " she says as she walks to her wing.

[Soontir Solo]

"Don't smile now pilot, smile when the war is over."

And with that Soontir hopped into his Clawcraft and began getting the pre-flight comleted. Once done he charged out of the hangar, after getting flight clearance, and waited for the young pilot to do the same.

After Jaina did pre-flights she was behind Soontir.

*Dake climbs aboard his R-Wing* "R7 lets go" *The R-wing lifts out of the hangar*

*comm as his R-Wing exits the atmosphere* "I just hope im wrong, but i know deep down im not"

" Well, if you are right, Soontir and I are here and I call in for more assistance." Jaina says.

[Soontir Solo]

Once the three were formed up Soontir asked

"So what gave you this feeling Chan?" Soontir asked as they began patrolling around Pride of Hapes.

[Cassus Fett]

"I dont know, i felt it the last time i was fighting agaisnt it. All i know there is some dark jedi vong in command, well thats what we were told anyway"

*Dake, swings his fighter right and barrel roles*

[Soontir Solo]

"A Dark Jedi Vong? I thought the Vong weren't able to interact with the force? Which is why all of you Jedi can't feel them in the force. Was I wrong?"

[jadeskywalker]

A dark jedi vong, she thinks. As her and Soontir turn and barreled rolled behind him. " That is what you were told? I wouldn't doubt it if there was a dark jedi vong out there somewhere." she said as she contined watching her radar screen.

[jadeskywalker]

" You do have a point there Soontir." she says back.

[Soontir Solo]

"Perhaps it is just a Dark Jedi with some Vong, rather than a Dark Jedi Vong. They could have a Dark Jedi prisoner on one of there ships."

[Cassus Fett]

"Its possible *Dake stops, sensing it again. Then looks up to see the Cruiser infront of him*

"Cruiser dead ahead" *Dake goes to full throttle on his R-wing and pulls away from Jaina and Soontir* "Call for back-up"

[Soontir Solo]

"Pride of Hapes this is Captain Solo you have enemy cruiser coming in on your 6, send out fighter support and prepare to defend yourselves."

Soontir looks over at Colonel Jade's fighter

"Your orders Colonel?"

[jadeskywalker]

" Lets keep them busy til they out here! Cover him and I will get the rest out here, and cover you two backs."

[Soontir Solo]

"Colonel the rest of the Twins and Knights are on there way. Lets hold back till they get here. No use getting one of us killed before the real battle even starts."

[Cassus Fett]

"Solo, spilt up. Lets confuse them. Regroup behind them" *Dake askes as he banks right*

[Queso]

Alys jolted out of a sound sleep as a red alarm came out.

"SITH!" she snarls not pleased, she grabs her flight suit and helmet.

Comming Flame, "Flame get my fighter ready to go."

SHe hurries down the corridors.

[jadeskywalker]

" Pride of Hapans need backup fast. This is Col. Jade of Knight Squadron. Requesting backup now. Get the Twin Suns and the other Knights out here, now. We have an enemy cruiser and some skips comimg out of it, now."

[Soontir Solo]

"They are one minute out Colonel, and no going to Solo Chan, that would not be prudent when outnumbered like the three of us are."

[Cassus Fett]

"Jaina, it might be a good idea if we try taking out the cruiser. While anyone left in Prides of Hapen prepares to be evaced " *Dake says as he blasts two vong fighters* "but the decission is yours" *He roles left behind another fighter and fires, barrel rolling and banking left as the craft is destroyed and pulling back to Jaina and Solo* "They were getting a little to close to comfort"

[Soontir Solo]

"Pride of Hapes is the best Battle Dragon the Hapans have. There will be no evacuation. This is a situation we can handle, the ship and fighters as a whole though, not the three of us Chan."

[Cassus Fett]

"I know, but ive been agaisnt this carrier before and thier pilots are the best in thier fleet. And like i said they got to close" *sighs* "They said that about the cruiser i served on, but that was destroyed"

[Soontir Solo]

"If things get bad we can always withdraw, but there will be no evacuation. Tenal Ka wouldn't think of it. Look behind. She has Pride of Hapes coming full steem ahead to engage the Vong. And the rest of the fighters are up now. We are ready now Colonel, and Tenal Ka has the Hapan Fighters surrounding her ship. Your orders?"

[Queso]

*hears over the comm Dake's comments and comms back* Cool it Dake. We have experienced fighters here.

"Control this is Twin 12. 4 green and requesting permission to go." she comms on the fleet frequency.

At their go, she rockets out and locks S-foils into attack postion. "Knight 1, Twin12 reporting battle ready."

[Cassus Fett]

"Come on, lets go" *Dake waggles his wings left and right* "And another thing stop calling me Chan call me Dake"

[Soontir Solo]

"I dont' call anyone by first names Chan, if I am talking to a superior officer I say sir or there rank, if it is a junior officer I say there rank or there last name. That is proper military etiquette. The Chiss Military values this greatly. It keeps the men disciplined. And next time call me Captain Solo or Sir."

Soontir comes around and heads towards the coming cloud of skips

"Looks like 4 squadrons of skips coming this way, another 4 heading towards Pride."

[Cassus Fett]

*Dake pulls away* "I have had enough of waiting, sorry" *Banks left*

[Queso]

Alys watches Dake "Twin 7, hold off, wait for your wingmate." she comms.

[Soontir Solo]

As the GFFA fighters and coralskippers made contact Soontir looked around and noticed the Cruiser was hanging back from the main fight.

"Pride, Solo here, watch that cruiser carefully. It is hiding something, a surprise perhaps."

With that Soontir came up behind two skips closing in on Egrog and sent a flurry of fire towards them.

[Cassus Fett]

"The cruiser is hiding something, but i dont know what it is" *Dake pulls behind a fighter and fires, destroying it* "Alys, When i go to full throttle your x-wing wont be able to keep up for long"

[jadeskywalker]

" Roger that, Captain." she comms back as she barrells towards Dake and Soontir. As she took out a fighter. " We hold them the best we can while the others get out here? Captian, hpw fast will the Hapans be able to withdrawl if if needs to be?" she comms in not wanting to take the chance of losing the Hapans.

[Cassus Fett]

*Dake rolls and takes two fighters out before getting a missle lock on the cruiser*

im not close enough, it would be a waste missles *swings the craft around and takes out anothe figher*

"Jaina i need to get close to that cruiser. I want to know what i sensed and the only way im going to do that is if i can get closer. But i understand if you say no"

What am i doing i cant do that!

"Jaina, cancel that last request"

" Captain, how many missiles you have?" shae says as she comes up behind Leto and take a skip out. " Would you able help him take out cruiser, too" I don't want him goingalone and the Knight will cover for you and the Twins keep the away for the Pride of Hapans." as she watches Letos tail.

[Cassus Fett]

"Im only going after it, if i have the rest of the squadron behind me" *Dake roles left and takes out another fighter*

As Dake said that she had flashed back to Gavin's face when she found out about him. " Then it is only you that shoots it, then but the Knights are covering you." she comms back. As Leto blasted a skip coming up on her. "Knights lets cover him." as they all form up around him .

[Cassus Fett]

"Thanks ma'am" *Dake opens up his throttle and heads towards the cruiser* "Why only me? *waggles his wings left and right as to say thanks* "CLosing to attack range"

Leet had been doing even more paperwork when alarms went off all over the flagship. Rushing to the hanger bay, Leet watches as Twins and Knights began loading into their craft. Taking off he comms in "Twin 6 to Knight 1, what is the situation?"

Twins 6, there is a cruiser with 4 squads headed towards the Hapans and Knights are going to cover Dake as he soots a missile at the cruiser. Twins atay back and cover the Hapans."

*egrog looks around* roger k-1, following the crazy......

"Yes Ma'am. Twins form on me, we are going to babysit the Hapan fleet." Leet said.

" Kinghts lets go." she says as they flew towrds the squadron of skips. Jaina at his port side takes put a few skips.

Leet waited until the squadron was formed. "Five and I will cover the forward area. Soontir will organize the rest of you to defend the Pride of Hapes."

[DarthSolo]

Trel entered the fray of the living rock ships that he still hadn't quite gotten used to. He banked around and got on a skip's tail, stutter firing it to its death. He felt a tug at his shields but used his inertial compensator to keep his shields.

[Soontir Solo]

"Twin Suns, one of the squadrons is coming around trying to flank Pride, lets deal with um. All other Twin Suns besides the Major and Twin 5 move up to meet them. Stick with your wingmates."

Soontir led the attack against the skip squadron on the right, with his Clawcraft taking out two skips in a matter of minutes. The squadron had the skip squadron taken out a few minutes later.

"Twin 11 to Knight 1, Pride of Hapes is moving up to engage the cruiser directly. I would recommend holding back that attack your planning and help cover Pride. One fighter won't be able to do the kind of damage a Battle Dragon will."

Soontir came around and decided to turn the tables on the Vong.

"Twin Suns there are 3 squadrons up there engaging the skips in front of Pride, form up on me and flank them. When you go in give um everything you have but don't stop for duels. Make the run completely through the engagement then come back around. This should give the Vong a good surprise."

And Soontir noticed more skips on the way.

"And hurry because if that second batch joins up with the first we could have problems."

Leet and Zhadar gunned their engines and went diving into the leading squadron of skips. Blasting their way through them, they came out clear through.

It did have the desired effect, the skips were forced to break up and spread out. Breaking back around Leet and Zhadar picked one skip and concentrated all their firepower on it. Two minutes later it was cold dust.

Leet said "Zhadar this is taking too long. Let's head for the fleet."

Heading back to the fleet, Leet and Zhadar angled towards the rest of the Twin Suns, heading to cut off the second batch.

" Well, it is a little late to say something now, Solo. We are already in the middle. We will make a pass and get back." she says as she took out a skip trying to get to the R-Wing.

[Soontir Solo]

Twin Suns made two flanking sweeps through the engagement, effectively taking out over a dozen skips, then turned towards the oncoming reinforcements of skips. Leet and Twin 5 both came up and joined the rest of the squadron

"Major, the squadron is yours again. Your orders?"

[Soontir Solo]

OOC: Is an R-Wing a real fighter?

Jaina shook her head as he gave his responce. Still the same ol Chiss she knew. as she shook off the thought and barreled rolled and took a few more out.

"Twins lets continue what we are doing, there are too many of them for us to take them individually. Good call Captian." Leet looked at his screen. "Lets go vertical and come down on top of them. We will be in the way of the Hapan guns less."

[Leto Aldriss]

Leto juked to avoid two plasma blasts, and rolled out to pass within microns of the skip that fired them. Squeak let out a suprised blat and atempted to keep up with the altering tactical situation.

"Sorry, try and keep a lid on things," Leto said appologetically.

Surveying the furball of fighters Leto saw that two were lining up shots on Twin 11's tail.

He quickly altered his trajectory and made a pass over the trailing skips. His cannons stuttered, aimed to be high on the skips toward the aft portion of the skips. However, the proton torpedo he lauched seconds before he passed by detonated between them, devastating both pursuers.

"Knight 3 to Twin 11," Leto commed, "your tail is clean, Captian."

"By the way, good to see you back," Leto added.

Flying up, the Twins flew several hundred meters above the oncoming skips. Flying toward them the Suns dove toward them, firing as they came.

" Hurry up 7! We need to get back to the Hapans." she comms quickly as she sees she had a few skips on her tail. She barrels rolls to starboard blasting at a few she was headed towards.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir had a moment now to survey the battle and saw what he considered a damn good opportunity.

"Major those skips are trying to get to Pride, they dont' even care about the fighters. That Vong want Pride in a way that leaves us an opening. We are holding those skips up. Let them pass and they will head straight toward Pride. Have Pride send out a volley at the skips with everything they have. We shadow them from above until the Hapans volley is done then come down in there rear and rip through um. Its perfect sir." Soontir said with a tone of urgency.

[Kapit]

*egrog stood his x-wing up on its starboard wing, lasers blasting* k-1, this is k-2, hold on a sec, i'm pulling in behind you

*he blasts the first skip into oblivion, and as he goes after the second, it breaks off and beings heading towards the main furball* k-1, you're clear, i'll be back in a moment, i need to take this guy down....

*egrog follows the skip in a series of loops and twists, never getting a clear shot* cmon, fly straight for 5 seconds!

*the skip goes through another series of turns, when egrog gets an open shot* bingo!

*he lets a couple different bursts of laser fire loose, in different directions, and three of teh bolts tore into the skip in the middle, splitting it in half and sending both halves spinning in opposite directions* HA HA!

*egrog heads back towards the knights and dake, but is unable to catch up* k-1, i guess i've pulled rear guard for this one, i went too far away....you're all clear back here, by the way

"Good plan Captain." Leet said pulling out of his dive. Relaying his commands to the Hapans, Leet relayed "Twins, Knights - Volley our direction in 15 seconds. Get out of the way. We'll clean up afterwards."

Jade heard Leet. " Knights and 7 pull up and get out of the way. We have fire coming our way." she comms in

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir look determined, glad the Major agreed with him and then he saw the volley from the Battle Dragon, every gun pointed straight at the skips. They were able to take out 1/4 of the skips before having to stop and recharge, and others were looking shaky.

"Volley complete, drop down and rip through the Scarheads now Twin Suns." Soontir said with such fury the other fighters were surprised.

Soontir fell in behind the skips and took out two skips with ease and continued to break right through there entire flight zone.

All the Twins joined in the fight, quickly Leet had destroyed two skips - the sheer magnitude of the Hapan fleet's fire had overloaded many dovin basins. "Let's hurry and destroy them before they can recover." Leet said.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir came about and made another pass and this time the skips were chaotic. It was a hunting ground now, the GFFA pilots picking and choosing. And Pride of Hapes opened up on the Vong cruiser again, as they traded shots back and forth as they did before the Battle Dragon made the skip volley.

"I think it is about time Twin Suns and the Knights made a pass on the Vong cruiser now, with our combined strength to pick one point and give it everything we have."

As Jade saw the Volley and saw how many skips it took out. Glad he is back! she thought to herself. " 7 make your move and step on it, soon." she says as she stays close to hin wing watching out for the skips as one came up from behind her and hit her with at blast. " Shields down to 75% Get a move on it 7." she comms in.

[Soontir Solo]

"Colonel , with all due respect I recommend you call him back, let us all go in now together as one unit and hit that cruiser with every torpedo we have. One fighter won't do enough damage, over a dozen will though."

" Twin Suns 6 and 11 what is the status now?"

"Knight One, would you lead? Everyone lock their torpedos to the Col.'s targeting information. After the first volley, fire at will, the shock of the torps should disable the basin." Leet said.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir found his target lock and let loose with 2 Torpedoes with the other fighters, watching over half of them make impact.

"The port side of the cruiser is venting gas, the commander must know his ship will be destroyed. Watch your sensors everyone. If the Vong ship begins to show heavy energy readings it will probably self-destruct, and we don't want to be anywhere near it if that happens."

" I'll lead, we are almost there. I have a lock on it now! " Jade says

"Alright Twins this should do it. Use Knight One's coordinates, and fire on my mark 3 . . . 2 . . . 1. . . Fire!"

The Twins and Knights volley hit the defenseless Cruiser, taking out a large section. "Move it people, it looks like he's scuttling, and wants to take us with him."

*egrog pulls to the left after he let's his torpedos go* mine are away, looks like one's a hit, the other was sucked in

[Soontir Solo]

Pride of Hapes sent a volley of torpedoes towards the Cruiser as well and the Cruiser self-destructed, taking a few Hapan fighters with it. Soontir noticed something before the explosion though

"Major I think some kind of Vong Shuttle or Spyship disembarked from the Cruiser and went to hyperspace just before the explosion. Not like the Vong to retreat from a fight, something was definitely going on here and I think whatever it was just left in that shuttle. Any of you Jedi get a feeling just then like Chan described having? A feeling that some sort of Dark Side Figure was with the Vong?"

" This is Knight 1, mine are on the way."

i got the same feeling as soon as the cruiser started blowing up, but not before like 7 did, but he also had personal experience with it *egrog said, shaking his head*

i want to know what it's all aboot, that's not right.....why would they allow a dark jedi with them?

"Something was wrong in the force, yes. But not something I've ever felt before." Leet listened on the guard frequency. "Back to the ship. The Fleet's going to hyperspace in 15 minutes."

[Soontir Solo]

"I don't think a Dark Jedi is working with them, if anything they have captured a Dark Jedi and are perhaps dong experiments on him. I have always thought the Yuuzghan Vong would experiment with captured Jedi in order to try and find a way to better fight them, wouldn't surprise me if that is what is happening."

Soontir docks with Pride and gets out of his fighter and stretches.

Exiting his fighter, Leet goes over to Soontir "General wants to see Jade, Egrog, Leto, Zhadar, you and I right now."

*egrog heads over to teh "pride" and touches down* always a good time *he says as he jumps out, working out the little aches and pains*

*egrog walks over to leet when he hears him talking about a meeting* what's going on?

" Yes, I felt it,too. I think that is what I have been feeling since this batte bagan." she replys back.

"Very well sir, lead the way."

"The General and Col. Solo want to meet with us. I am not sure of why yet." Leet responds.

Jade starts walking to the medical bay with the Twins and Knights. Still wondering about that Dark Jedi.

*egrog walks around silently, for once not having anything funny to say*

Leet shrugs, walking into sick bay he sees the General and Jaina Solo standing nearby.

"Good job Twins and Knights! Jade, good work leading the wing. Leet, good leadership of the Twins. Soontir, nice tactical suggestions.

Our next destination is Mon Cal, however, we will be making numerous jumps to confuse the enemy. It should take us two days to arrive there.

You will then be given a frigate, along with meeting up Col. Fel and his clawcraft.

Rumors have been floating around for some time that the Vong have been trying to capture and corrupt a Jedi. We believe they have succeeded. You are tasked with hunting down and finding this "Jedi" and dealing with it. Be prepared, it may be someone we know.

"Why am I here sir? Shouldn't this information have been given to Major Leet and Colonel Jade by themselves? Forgive me if this seems offensive but I am just wondering sir."

Jaina Solo began "A few are missing, some from missions, some from the PB. But we thought most dead, their link with the force was gone. Or so we thought."

*egrog nods, saddened that some of his fellow jedi are probably gone*

"Captain, I wanted to brief the six of you because this mission will require all of your skills. You must locate, gather intel and then confront this thing. My condition prevents me from going with you. As such, you are third in command of Twins, behind Leet and Zhadar.

Furthermore, the Chiss under Col. Fel will be flying as part of the Twin Suns. We need your experience in both fleets to help integration." The General replied.

Jade looked at Leet. " You know of any Jedi's that are missing? We know of one that was helping the PB but he is dead now."

"The list of those missing, MIA or KIA is long. I think we all know some of the people who it could possibly be." Leet said.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir continued to look disgruntled.

"This will be like a blind man trying to find a needle in a haystack. Are there any reports of where this Dark Jedi might be held at the moment?"

" Well we know one is for surly dead."

Jaina Solo answered "We have a few leads, and it looks like this Jedi may be working for them. We believe that they shaped it, on Duros."

shaped? even better.....this might be tougher than i thought *egrog says, shaking his head*

[Soontir Solo]

"So do you have an idea of which Jedi to be specific though?"

[Soontir Solo]

"I have reports that just before Duro was captured a Jedi Apprentice of Jedi Master Tresini Lobi went missing there. It was believed this female Jedi Apprentice was dead. Is this the Jedi you think has been shaped?"

"That is a strong possiblity, Captain, but we don't know for certain. Master Skywalker is preparing a list of all Jedi's known to be missing, the information should be ready when we reach Mon Cal."

[Soontir Solo]

"Very well sir, I'll reserve any future questions till we reach Mon Calamari."

"Any other questions?" Jaina Solo asked.

Jade was to busy thinking of who this Dark Jedi could be.

*egrog heads out the door, walks down the hallway a ways, stops, and sits down, waiting for jaina*

Jade looks at Leet and then at the General as the others leave the room. " Yes, sir."she says not sure what to expect.

"Nice job both of you. Col. Jade and Col Fel will be joining you, however, they will be going on a recon mission to begin with." the General began. "They will also be flying together and wish to remain outside the normal chain of command. They will follow your lead Leet when they are present. Now go and get some rest."

" Yes, General." as she looked at Leet as they walked out.

*egrog opens his eyes and stands up when he hears leet and jaina walk out*

As soon as Alys was out of her fighter, she walked over to DAke, with a sort of ticked of expersion on her face.

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir arrived at his quarters after hearing the briefing from the General.

"I need to meditate on this, clear my head. And later I'll talk to Flight Officer Chan about him needing to calm down and learn to work as a unit, or talk to the Major about it."

With that Soontir began to meditate, tryint to clear his mind and relax.

*egrog walks along the hall and when walks into his room. he sees george asleep on the floor. egrog walks over to his bed and immediately falls asleep*

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir came out of his meditation feeling much more relaxed.

"Time for some more simming."

And with that Soontir walked off for the Simulation Room.

*Dake climb down from his fighter and knocked over a few containers in anger*

"Two days of hyperspace!" Jaina replied "Then probably another day to load and outfit. Then chase around the galaxy . . ."

Leet nodded "Command seems desperate. I am going to have the Twins sim while we are waiting, all of these new pilots need some time together. I think I will place Soontir in charge of simming all new recruits and non-Jedi. Then some shooting and hand to hand combat."

Jaina nods "Good idea, I think I'll get Trel to join you. I think the Jedi should work on their lightsaber technique."

Leet nodded, grabbing his comm he said "Captain Solo, please meet with Col. Jade and myself at the squadron office."

*Realising Alys is walking towards him he puts his gun back and turns round* "Hey" *looking at her and realising she is not happy* "Whats wrong?"

Leet gave a very simple set of orders to Soontir, "Captain take the non-Jedi and fly them through the sims. The Jedi will be preparing with some lightsaber practice."

Entering a sparring room, Leet turns to Egrog "Ready to dance?" and ignites the green blade of his lightsaber.

*egrog looks around* wait, dance? what? i hate dancing!

*he pulls out his lightsaber and moves into a fighting stance as its green blade thrums to life. he pauses only a moment as he recalls the last time he used his lightsaber....*

Leet spun toward Egrog, blade flashing. Green met green, and the fight was on. The other Jedi stood by, watching as Leet jumped behind Egrog . . .

egrog rolled forward to avoid leet's blade, and coming up to his feet, egrog stabs backward quickly. leet sidsteps the attack, and as he draws his blade back, egrog spins around, and brings his lightsaber in a defensive stance across his body....

"Nice moves Egrog." Leet says before charging forward unleashing a flurry of blows. Feint, parry then a quick slash inward . . .

egrog smiles as he hops backwards, forcing leets blade down. egrog takes to the offensive, moving his blade in a flurry of short, simple jabs, trying to find a weak point in leets defenses.

"you know, you're not doin a half-bad job either, leet" egrog says, grinning, "but you know, we've only just begun..."

egrog presses the attack more, less jabbing and more slashing

Leet chuckles, motioning towards Zhadar, who throws him his lightsaber. Igniting Zhadar's red blade, Leet said "Zhadar I always meant to ask you about your choice of blade colors . . . " Leet's remarks are cut short by Egrog's furious slashing attack.

Leet waits and catches Egrog's saber between his two, throwing back 10 feet, then begins a new attack forward, pushing the unarmed Egrog back.

egrog flips backwards, landing on the opposite side of the training room

"well this is an interesting predicament leet..."

egrog uses the Force to call his lightsaber back to him as he walks over to jaina "your worship, if i coule, uh, borrow your lightsaber for a few minutes..."

she looks at him, on eyebrow raised "i'll bring it back unscratched, don't worry!" she hands him her lightsaber, and he ignites it as he jumps towards leet, green and purple blades held out in front....

Leet met Egrog's attack with both red and green blades flashing, the two seemed about evenly matched until Leet gestured and sent some training pummels hurtling towards the back of Egrog's head.

egrog ducked underneath the projectiles, stabbing the purple blade up to slice them in half as the green blade went forward, towards leets stomach

Leet parried the green blade with his red saber, and then smacked the purple with his green blade. Now standing face to face, Leet knows the only way to beat Egrog is fighting less than fair . . .

egorg moves back and forth on both feet, waiting for leet to make a move

Having trapped Egrog, Leet says "Do you yield?"

egrog smiles "no, i was just waitin for you, but, uh, if you WANT me to attack that badly, well, i guess i'll just do this..."

egrog throws one of the lightsabers into the air in leets direction, and runs forward, green blade in front. he takes on both of leets blades at once, green, red, and green blades sizzling back and forth in the the air until egrog stops the other blade in midair, pointing down at leets face. at the same moment, leet kicks egrog back and points his lightsaber in egrogs face

Leet responds by yelling "Now George!" The half second distraction is all Leet needs to parry the lighsaber from in front of his face. Two blades came in from different angles toward Egrog.

egrog bats both blades back and forth, trying to get up off his back, but to no avail. he finally remembers the other saber lying on the floor and calls it to his hand, and upon igniting it, forms them into an X and pushes upward with all of his strength, driving leet back and allowing himself to get up

grinning, egrog says "you almost got me there, leet, you're a sneaky one"

egrog steps forward, bringing one lightsaber towards leets legs and the other to his head

Leet and Egrog stand there for a moment, panting. Leet looks at Egrog and says "Call it a draw?"

egrog powers down both sabers and stands up

"yeah, that sounds good. you put up a helluva fight, leet, i was actually worried for a few seconds there" egrog says, grinning

Powering his sabers Leet said "I agree, who's next?" And then handed Zhadar back his lightsaber.

[Kapit]

*egrog walks over and sits down next to jaina. he hands her lightsaber back* thanks, your worship, i really needed that!

As Egrog handed Jaina's lightsaber, she looked at Leet and raised her eyebrow at him and smile. " I'll take you up on that, if flyboy didn't ware you out!" she said to Leet with a smile.

"Hey am i too late" asks Dake "I would like to start my Jedi Training"

*I need to be ready just in case my brother, i mean the Dark Jedi with the Vong survived* he thinks

"Of course Dake, I know that your file said you are force sensitive; have you had any training?" Leet inquired.

"I had abit of basic training not much" Dake replied

*egrog smiles* man, i'd like to take you on right now dake, but i think someone else needs to fight first....

*Dake smiles back* i would love to, but i never got the chance to build a lightsaber only got my vibrosword *still smiling*

[Soontir Solo]

Soontir had the Non-Jedi fighters running sims for over an hour straight and decided to give them a break for lunch.

"Ok, you all have 45 minutes to get something to eat. But be back here in 45 minutes, no exceptions. When we reconvene we will be doing a simulation from a battle at Honoghr I participated in a few months ago, and that Twin Suns joined in at the last minute. It will test all of your skills greatly. Dismissed."

Soontir walked out, satisfied so far that there training had been at least acceptable in the past.

*egrog laughs at dake* you do realize that a vibroblade doesn't stand a chance against a lightsaber, right?

Jaina shakes her head. " Who is ready?" Jade says as she took a few steps forward and smiled at Egrog and Leet.

*egrog stands up* sorry leet, but i've been looking forward to this for awhile....

*egrog walks towards the center of the room* you know, i'm not going to go easy on you....*he says, grinning*

Jaina smiles." I didn't ask you to go easy on me." she says grinning back.

[Kapit]

egrog flashes her his best grin and steps back, activating his lightsaber. he moves his left foot forward, green blade held forward at the ready

Jaina activates her saber smiling. " You ready Flyboy?" ginning as big a she could as she took a step forward as she moved her saber to ready for anything.

[Kapit]

egrog slowly walks forward "of course, your worshipfulness. i was born ready...."

egrog runs forward, drawing his blade over his right shoulder.....

Jaina watches him as he ran forwaded. She blocked the blade and turned around to his side, bring around her foot and knocked him to the ground.

Moving over to Dake, Zhadar and Leet half watch Egrog and Jaina fight. Turning to Dake he said "We will all help complete your training Dake. While none of us is Master Skywalker, between us we have everything we need for one complete Jedi Master."

egrog falls backwards, surprised. he rolls on his side and uses the Force to push himself up to his feet. twirling his lightsaber in front of himself, egrog walks forward, smiling

Jaina smiles as she holds her saber above her head and down in front of her. She took a few steps forward and broke into a run and raised her saber up at Egrog and jumped at him.

egrog rolls forward, underneath jaina's attack. he quickly hops up onto his feet and stabs forward, aiming for jaina's back

Jaina turns around in time to block the attack. She smiled at him as she pushed him back as she pulled their blades apart. She waved her saber in front of him and raised her blade above her shoulder and came in for an attack for Egeog's chest.

egrog quickly brought up his blade and held it in front of his chest, cathching jaina's attack perfectly. he begins pushing forward slowly, driving her back, all the while grinning at her

quickly, egrog ducks down, kicking out jaina's legs and sending her back with a push through the force

Leet's conversation with Dake was cut short by an announcement over the com "Reversion to realspace in 30 minutes." Leet looked at Jaina "Col. We need to prepare to get the squadrons moving, and see our new home."

Jaina smiles at Egrog. " Well, that was a little short." she says.

[Kapit]

egrog walks over to jaina and helps her up

he grins at her and says "you put up a good fight, your worshipfulness"

" You almost had me." she say smiling.

" 30 minutes til we leave now? Lets go see our new home, now." she says.

"Well shall we go find our new home?" Leet asked.

" A new home. Lets go get ready and met back at the hanger." Jaina says quicly.

*egrog nods his head and begins heading towards his bunk* wow, finally, our own home again....it's been awhile, huh?

" I don't know. It's been a long time since I called someplace home." as she walking to her quarters.

Leet had packed the night before, grabbing his pack, he looked around. Sighing, he prepared to leave the Pride of Hapes. Heading down to the Hanger bay he wondered what type of ship they would get.

*egrog throws his arm around jaina's shoulders* now we have a home again, your worship

[jadeskywalker]

" Yes, we do." she says as she made it to her quarters. " Wait right here all i have to do is just grab my bags they are already packed. She goes inside and grabs her bags and turns around and makes sure nothing was left behind. She walks out and smiles. " lets hurry now and see what ship we have." she says excitly.

[Kapit]

*egrog smiles* just gotta pick up my stuff and george, and we'll be all set

*they quickly walk over to his room. opening the door* george, cmon, we're going on a different ship now, so come on over here

*george walks out and stands by jaina, chittering away. egrog walks over and picks up his bags, making sure he gets the picture of him and jaina in a pocket* alright, i think i'm all set...

*he looks around one last time and walks out* let's see what we can now call home!

Jaina and Egrog head out back to the hanger bay. Jaina smiles at Egrog and George. " A new home. I wonder how long this will last?"

*egrog turns slightly serious* as long as we need it, and i'll kill anyone that tries to change that...

*jaina looks at him, confused. egrog can't keep himself from laughing anymore*

As the pilots began arriving, Leet contacted Starfighter Command. Talking to an officious Lt., who told him they were to come to the surface, their ship was in dock, being refitted after being almost scrapped.

She smiles shaking her head. " Well, home is where you guys are. The squadrons and you two." she says as they entered the hanger bay.

She approaches Leet with a smile. " How ready are you to go?" she says looking around.

"Yes Jaina, I'll miss the Hapes. We are supposed to land at the main landing area; our ship will be finished tomorrow." Leet said shaking his head.

[Kapit]

*egrog looks confused* i don't want to sound....uninformed, but where exactly is the main landing area?

Jaina looked at Egrog and then to Leet.

"On Mon Cal, of course. We are getting an NRI special, a ship that was given up for dead, which they purchased and are refitting." Leet replied.

*egrog whistles* nice.....hope they patch it up well, i know i don't want to live with a hole underneath my bed

Jaina shakes her head. " Yeah, I remeber." she says as she looks around. " Looks, like veberyone is about here."

*egrog looks around* you're right! where could he be? reli's coming along with us in the move...if he's drinking again, i'm gonna kill him

*he puts down his bags* george stay there. i'll be back as soon as i can *he runs out of the hangar bay*

" have no idea where he could be at."

" Well, lets load up the ship while we wait for him to get Trel. What so you think Major?" she says smiling at Leet.

"I hope this ship is worth the trouble, I mean there is a reason fleet scrapped her. A highly automated ship with a skeleton crew, Intel weenies looking over our shoulders, more Chiss, and no idea where to start looking. Typical Twins mission." Leet said "Oh well, I also hear she is nameless at the moment."

[Kapit]

*egrog runs to trels room, and knocks on the door* trel? you there, buddy?

*no answer*

trel? trel! *egrog opens the door and looks around in trel's room. everything was packed away* where could he be?......

*egrog runs to reli's room and again finds no answer* where in the blazes could he be?.....

*he walks back, thinking of where trel could be* not his room, not reli's, not the mess hall, not the sims.....

*egrog walks over to jaina, a confused look on his face*

" What is wrong?" Jaina asks. " Did you find him? Where was he?"

he was nowhere. i checked all the places he could be, his place, reli's, the mess, the sims, everywhere!

[jadeskywalker]

"He has to be somewhere around here." she says.

[Kapit]

yeah, somewhere, but.....where?

" Where would he think we will not look?"

[Kapit]

*egrog grins* the janitors closet?

Jaina busted out laughing and then stops as she looked around. " I guess you ought to take George and have him sniff Trel out." she says smiling.

ooo, good idea! *kneeling down* george, let's go find trel, huh?

*george jumps up and down, happy and excited* i guess you like the idea...

*standing up and taking george by the hand* we'll be back once we find trel, and if he's really in the janitor's closet, i'll be sure everyone know *egrog says, winking*

Jaina smiles. " see you in a bit." she says as her and Leet enter the ship. " Yes this is a typical mission for the Twins, as usual," she says as they entered the cockpit and she sat in the co-pilots chair and Leet sat in the other.

As Leet and Jaina prepared the shuttle, full of equipment and flight crew, Leet said "I wish we had an easy assignment every once in a while." Taking off, Leet watched as they hit space. Pointing to a dock being used Leet said "I think that's it, an old Neb-B Frigate."

Alys had chewed Dake out and watched the jedi fight.

Jaina looked at Leet. " When has there ever been a mission that it was just simple?" she says as she laughed. " I don't remeber us ever having a simple mission. What are we going to name our ship?"

[Soontir Solo]

Captain Solo was in his Chiss Clawcraft flying in space around the Battle Dragon, waiting for the shuttle to come out so he could escort it down to the surface of Mon Calmari.

"Twin 11 here, requesting a flyby of that Frigate to get a good look at it?"

[Queso]

Sitting in her fighter, Alys commed in. "11, mind if I join you."

For someone supposed to be her flight partner, Solo had proven to be very distant.

Soontir got confirmation from Mon Cal Command and then heard Twin 12 and her request.

"Feel free 12, but make it quick. I want to get a good look at that frigate before having to go to the surface."

"11, do you mind if i join you aswell" Dake asked as he pulled his R-Wing hard to the right
