Do you know if there's a listing of the SW 70 mm film cells that were released.
Apart from auction sites is there a place to buy them
officially?

Im sure that you can buy them from a place in carnaby street, in a frame with a lobby card. just depends if you are in England or not I guess.
Sorry I cant remember the name of the store, but it's the only film memorabillia store down that road. It mainly sells quad posters.

What info are you looking for? Just the name of the individual series? For A New Hope the individual series were:
Darth Vader Edition, Princess Leia Edition, C-3PO Edition, Han Solo Edition, Luke Skywalker Edition, Creatures Edition,Rebel Alliance Edition, R2-D2 Edition, Chewbacca Edition, Galactic Empire Edition, Stormtrooper Edition, Ben Kenobi Edition
That's not counting the Signature Editions that were made (film cells included with the concept art of that particular scene, signed by Ralph McQuarrie). I know that 70mm cells were also produced of ESB and ROTJ, but I didn't get any of those with the exception of "Turning Points" from ROTJ. I do not believe that there are any official websites to obtain these anymore, due to the fact that they were limited edition releases, and were never to be produced again, so auction sites may be your best bet. The signature series did come with a certificate of authenticity so look for that if you go hunting for those.
They actually are quite nice. The picture on the actual cells is so good that I can only imagine what the DVDs will look like! If you can ever track any down I think you'll be quite pleased.
