Some people have been having trouble posting, likely due to problems on their end. (We've started to manually authorize people on a case by case basis, but even after doing that, one person has still had issues.) Anyone in that situation, once we confirm what's going on, will be able to send PCA votes to me via email, and once the voting ends and I've tallied up the votes via the polls, I'll then go in and add in any votes received by email.
So, those people will get their voice heard, but in any very close races come Feb. 15, one should *not* take any results for granted until those results are confirmed. A race won by only 1 or 2 votes could easily go the other way if the emailed votes end up being for the 2nd place person.
