SURVIVOR: TATOOINE


FROM THE STAR WARS DATABASE:

"Tatooine has a seemingly endless desert environment cooked by the intense energy of twin yellow suns. Rocky mesas, canyons and arroyos break up the monotony of kilometers of shifting dunes. The days are hot and the nights are frigid. The air is dry and the soil is parched. Yet life persists on Tatooine, in varied, hardy forms. Indigenous sentient life includes the scavenging Jawas and the fearsome Tusken Raiders. Creatures found roaming the desert include banthas, rontos, dewbacks, scurriers, womp rats, krayt dragons and eopies."


The first time this idea/game was attempted was when it was orchestrated by Kopernikuz. I discovered it upon reading the back posts and wished that it was still intact. I'm not sure if a winner was ever decided out of that version but if there was please let me know.

This Survivor set on the desert planet of Tatooine will feature twelve contestants, even if they have played on the original Survivor (excluding any winner from that contest). Hopefully, Kopernikuz will come back to host and I can participate but if not I will embark on that task.

This thread will feature all the ingame role playing including the immunity challenges. Every 2 or 3 days the host will ask questions for the immunity challenge and then after it is completed it is time to vote. Voting will be featured in the form of a poll, in the proper section.

Please use the PM system for strategizing and forming alliances. A merge will happen when only eight remain.


Post here if you want to participate. The first eleven will take seats in the game. Depending on kopernikuz and whether he wishes to add his support I may fill the final spot but someone else may have to.

This is a BAD idea. Survivor SUCKS it is the worst show ever made. Reality TV needs to die. It's pathetic how we get a kick by watching a bunch of schmucks do nothing in particular except back stab one another. If I want that I'll watch the Real World. Mixing Survivor and Star Wars is the most blasphemous thing I can think of, save for taking God's name in vain. Please for the love of gawd, don't do it. It will be a disgrace to us all.

The ship descends down slowly on the hot, desert landscape that is Tatooine. Out of the ship come 14 contestants all battling to become the sole survivor. I'm your host and this is:

Survivor: Tatooine



Now the two teams as listed above. Krayt and Bantha are on their own. They must make camp, battle their surroundings, form alliances, prepare for immunity and struggle to become the sole survivor.

As I leave you on your own I will spark up this debate topic so that you can get a feel for your fellow castaways.

What are your thoughts on the sex scandal involving Michael Jackson? Do you believe he is guilty or innocent?


Before every immunity I will post a debate topic to discuss. Tomorrow or later today I will post the questions for the first immunity. Each player sends me their answers in an email or question. One email per person. The first team to together answer all ten questions wins. So....without further ado.....let's get this show on the road!

I believe Michael Jackson may be guilty, because he has had a bad history with children. But then again, he may not because he knows he's a pop superstar and cannot risk such acts that could damage his reputation. It was only today that I heard about Michael Jackson and the Nation of Islam. I think he may be converting to get forgiveness from God. If he is converting for that purpose, I support him because it is a noble act, and it may help him clear his mind... That's what I think about the issue. Sorry, but I do not know that much.
