Yeah, it was on the Biography Channel on Sky a while back and probably still is (dunno, don't have Sky anymore). It was also on the Arts&Entertainment channel in the US.
It certainly isn't worth the asking price because it doens't have any new or unseen footage and is basically a dumbed down version of his Biography with pretty much the same photos (his wrecked car from when he was a teen etc) and footage you'd have seen elsewhere.
