Yeah it is, it's been evolving and will continue to evolve. We're changing the homepage yet again, and probably for the last time, that'll be up really soon.
Thanks for your comments Frendon, Bluemilk. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
I'd like to take this time to tell you all that TUCWS will be offering our readers a chance to win a copy of the upcoming double-issue comic Jedi: Count Dooku, signed by writer John Ostrander, pencilers Jan Duursema and Dan Parsons, and inker Brad Anderson.
We'll update the site sometime within the next few weeks with all the details on that.

I like the site for the content, still don't agree with some continuity things, but that's just the Timeliner in me.
And I still find it hard to believe that a staunch Film guy like Bond would be one of the webmasters of a primarily EU website. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif

I agree. In fact I've asked the guys to go over things with me and make sure our timeline and battle sections are more accurate.

Ha! It is a bit ironic isn't it?
I've changed a bit though, what can I say, Gates asked me to design the thing, next thing I know I'm reading alot more EU, and enjoying it. I just don't like much of the stuff after Jedi as I see it as the end for all of the Star Wars saga, alot of the stuff that takes place during, in between, and just before the movies is great though. But primarily I'm a fan of the movies. I like the Clone Wars era especially cause' it's tying in alot of the loose ends between the two trilogies. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif

Thanks man, especially gotta gives props to Paul (the sites founder) and Andrew Liptak, who has written many an essay and provides most of the information for our database, he's also connected us with alot of authors and other VIP's out there.

I signed up for the tfn newsletter cause I was slightly interested in there exclusive-to-newsletter "spy report" and look what was in it:
Name: The Unofficial Clone Wars Site
URL: http://www.starwarz.com/clonewarseu/
My Description: The Should-Be-Official Clone Wars Site
First Impression: To quote Neo: "Whoa."
Content: It doesn't get much better than this as far as fansites
go; TUCWS has got it going on. From intelligently written essays
to great and in-depth interviews, this site has just about
anything you could want or need to sate your Clone War cravings.
There was some stuff that was still being updated on the site,
including chunks of the database and the timeline, but these
things will undoubtedly be added as we learn more about the
events of the Clone Wars. The site's community is very active;
their forum having nearly a thousand members with several very
active topics of discussion.
Maintenance/Updates: The site is beautiful. It looks nice and is
easy to navigate, with no broken links or missing menu items to
be found. The site appears to updated quite frequently, with new
and major content being added consistently. My only complaint
was that the menu was a little too small which made it slightly
difficult to click on the link you wanted.
Who Would Like It: Prequel and Expanded Universe fans.
Final Thought: Fan sites don't get much better than this. This
site already looks to be pretty popular, and with time will
probably rival some of the biggest fan sites out there.

On the Official CWAS Site - I love it, nice little site they got going there, I liked the databank, they had a couple of cool entries in there including a Republic "V-19 Clone Fighter" that looks alot like a B-Wing and a Republic carrier ship that reminds me alot of the Tantive IV. The game is kinda fun too. Wish I could do a nice site in flash like that...

I still have issue with Clone Campaigns being included, but that's the Officiality guru in me. I guess the new stand on RPG-based scenario games (such as GB, KOTOR and Galaxies) is that the opening sequences/scenarios are considered official, but once it gets into the playing mode, where it can go in different directions, only the best possible results (unless otherwise specified) are considered to be the official history.
It's crazy, and it's a sellout by Licensing IMHO, but whatever.

I understand where you're coming from, JTS. You probably remember that I got into this with Nathan a while back. You guys are both continuity gurus and all, and I understand that.
My point is that coninuity is more of a personal matter. There's the movie purists who don't accept any of the eu. There's the people who accept everything. And there's everything inbetween. You guys can talk all you want about what the powers-that-be say is in the continuity, or what you think the powers-that-be say is in contuiny, but people will accept what they want to accept.
That's why we include everything from Clone Campaigns to the stories from Tales, because I think people should be able to get the same info on all Clone Wars stories regardless of the official position on continuity. That way each person can decide for themself whether to accept it or not.

Depends on these things:
Punctuation and grammar, and it would help if the piece was completed first, but it doesn't have to be.
The site is getting a massive overhaul, we're dusting the shelves, cleanings out the attic, re-painting the walls...So if you got something you want up send it in to clonewars@starwarz.com and we'll look it over and post it up when we have the time.

^ definetly
just one question
i was looking through the timeline and noticed the events of muuluntist and hypori take place before republic #63 - the lastest one with quinlan vos
the reason i point this out is that jedi master k'krunk is in this comic but appeares to die at hypori which takes place first
am i mistaken, does he not die in clonewar e20 or is the jedi in republic#63 not k'krunk?

Thanks again for your comments everybody.
I wish I could answer your question, but I havn't read Republic #63, and this isn't really the forum for discussing this sorta thing (actually the admins specifically don't want this sorta discussion in this forum).
But I will say this, the Clone Wars cartoons were created outside of what was already set in Clone Wars comics, books, games, etc. etc. The truth is that the toons just don't really fit in with the rest of the Clone Wars stuff, I could say that based on the style of them alone, but alot of stuff we've seen in them has been a bit contradictory.
So it wouldn't really shock me if Asajj was meant to die in Chapter 19, and if all those Jedi on Hypori also died there according to Chapter 20.
But like I said I don't really have an answer for that, so Email your question or any other questions you might have to clonewars@starwarz.com and one of the super-geeks will get back with you, or try asking around the books and comics forum.

Hi!
I am the dude who started the site in case you didn't know.
Hopefully over the summer we will all have more time to work on the site. I would like to see the database get finished. However, the most important thing, IMO, is the Timeline and Battles sections. Until those two sections are up-to-date I won't even begin to think about the Database.
Anyway this site has been going for over 15 months now and its been a very surreal experience!
The closer we get to Episode 3 the more the Clone Wars will heat up! I hope the site is still alive and kicking and stronger than ever at that point.
