He doesn't have a disclaimer or copyright saying that he is in no way affiliated with Lucasfilm...couldn't he be charged with posting libelous or fraudulent information about real life people (all of the actors and Lucas)?

I'm no lawyer by any means, but the charge technically would be libel. Slander is the oral word, libel, the written. And ALL speech is protected by the 1st Amendment, but are subject to the laws of slander and libel, copyright and trademark and all those fun exceptions to the rule.

Unless he is deliberately defaming GL, NP and others on his site, like saying "GL had NP on the casting couch when she was just 16! He said she was quite experienced in the ways of love!", it is a tough arguement to prove libel. The parties involved would have to prove some sort of damage/distress as a result.

And his main defense could be that the whole site is "Satire". In that case, totally protected.

I haven't been to SS's site in a while, but it was pretty dumb and ridiculous when I read it.

Just my 2 cents.
