From the list above, I'd like to choose Obi Wan I think. I always think that people are a bit too critical of the way he trained Anakin, when he simply did what he thought was best and tried to teach Anakin in what he considered to be the correct, 'old fashioned' way. I do not think Obi Wan failed Anakin, I think Anakin failed Obi Wan. Had he not been so arrogant then he would not have ended up turning to the darkside.

Having said that, there were things that Obi Wan could have done better, so I would like to have been in his head for a day (at the start of ROTS would be good) to really understand how he thought. I always wondered why Yoda didn't end up training Anakin, perhaps he would have been better at dealing with Anakin's over confidence.

I agree. But you must remember that it was mainly Obi-Wan who made a disagreement with the council about Anakin's training, because he had made a promise to Qui-Gon. Yoda and Mace didn't know what to do. But in the end they decided to trust OBI-WAN, not Anakin.

I would choose Aayla Secura (I think that's quite obvious) because she's a female jedi and regardless of the discouragement and criticism she recieved from others, worked very hard to achieve her goal. I also think Twi'leks a very interesting race, and it would be fun to be one for a day.
It would also be interesting to be Padme or Leia for diplomatic reasons, and out of the choices above, I would choose either Obi-Wan, Yoda or Luke Skywalker; Obi-Wan and Yoda because of their wisdom and knowledge of the force and experience in being a jedi, and Luke because he (at the end of ROTJ) saves the galaxy from the Empire and turns his father back to the Light side of the force.
