As a die hard hockey fan, I have to say Slap Shot is my all time favorite. If you could consider Baseketball and the Sandlot sports movies, then I'd have to list them as two of my favorites also.

I love most sports, but I believe baseball makes a better movie for some odd reason.
The Natural
Field of Dreams
The Sandlot
Rocky
I am just SO happy nobody has mentioned Fast and Furious. Nobody had better even mention it! I mean it!!
that's a sport's movie? I thought it was a comedy about losers who wanted to be truck drivers.

Not that this is my fav, but what about the basketball movie Blue Chips? With Nick Nolte, Shaq, and Anfernee Hardaway. I thought that was a very true scene how some players use their potential for the wrong ways.
Here is some off of the top of my head:
Baseball
The Natural
Major League
Basketball
Blue Chips
White men can't jump
Above the rim
The Air up there
Hoosiers
Football
Necessary Roughness
The Replacements
**That Burt Reynolds movie where he is a convict**
Rudy
Remember the Titans
Golf
Caddyshack
Tin Cup
other
BASEketball
