I Need Help Planning A Fan Fiction

Okay, this is basicly StarWars meets World War 2, i know what you may be thinking: "how the hek could some one combined Star Wars and WW2?" But i have don it, or almost anyway.

Long ago, before the rise of the Old Republice, the galaxy was involved in this war to stop this great enemy wich stood one step away from galactic domination! And this enemy, happens to have alot in commen with Nazi Germany!

So that's it, my problem is how do i do this. I usualy have it all planned out before i ever type it done on computer.

There is a number of situations, the battle of britian, D-Day, Operation Market Gun, and so many others.

But i need some ideas, how to sequence them all out. I plan to do them all, actualy.

Please, help me!

I support what you are doing. I am very interested in world history, particularly the era of World War II. I've actually been reading a series about it.

First, you might establish how dangerous things were in Germany in the 1930s as Hitler rose to power and expanded his Third Reich. The Gestapo were everywhere, and they could kill anyone without a second thought if they were under suspicion. Jews were being hauled away. No one knew exactly what was happening; the government told lies to the people. Anyone who even spoke a word against Hitler could be put to death. Healthy, unsuspecting young women (married and single) were degraded and molested, being told that it was their duty to create healthy, Germanic babies for the Reich. Hilter's Third Reich was to last for a thousand years, the government would say.

If you are writing a fan-fiction in the time of Episode III (as many people are doing), you might use some of this history in showing how Emperor Palpatine declared martial law. Perhaps (and most likely) Palpatine killed those who stood in his way. He and Anakin were definitely responsible for the genocide that resulted in the fall of the Jedi. You could see Anakin as one of Hitler's generals.

I hope this helps. I'll do some more studying and try to come up with more for you.

I dont think the WW2 issue can be introduced into a SW based story so easily.

After all before Hitler there was no "Old Republic" or democratic regime,the only thing before Hitler was the Weimar Government that (unlike the Republic) never was glorious and was not wise.

This takes place long before the old republice was ever formed.

In fact it is so long ago that if you were in the time of the movies, it would be so long ago that there would be now written records of it. Only a little bit of Archological evidence wich may suggest something like this might have happened.

I think i shall do this in order, first the invasion top start the war(just like when Hitler invaded Poland) then the next thing then the next and the next.

I still have one problem though, who would the Allies be?

The allies...hmmm....well, I'm not COMPLETELY following what you're saying, but maybe the allies could be like Naboo, Coruscant, and some other, all-around "good" planets... however you're planning on doing it...

Okay it's like World War 2, this great enemy is like Germany, if this alien race is Germany who are the Allies?

Remember this is before the dawn of the old Republice! So it's like anchient history

You ought to have a neutral party as well (Switzerland), sort of like Bespin or Dagobah.

I need a Stalin, you know some tyrant just as bad if not worse.

In WW2 the russian weren't really our ally, they were simply the enemy of our enemy.

Any ideas?
