Right for a laugh. If Santa Claus was real, what would he be arrested for? I think it would be for starters Breaking and Entering and then possibly even paedophilia.

Think about it. He supposidly sneaks into your house, watches your childred all year around and makes a list about who's naughty and nice? Come on something aint right there lol.

Should be some interesting answers coming up lol.

No idea why ive put both as a poll option

1) Running a sweat shop with slave elf labor
2) Cruelty to reindeer
3) Breach of multi-national airspace
4) Entering the U.S. without a passport??
5) Flying an unregistered aircraft??
6) Multiple counts of breaking and entering

and a restraining order to keep him further than 100 yards from ALL children at ALL times just for good measure.
The Pedophilia thing doesn't quite apply since he doesn't touch any of the kids that we know of. :P

Don't forget

Disturbing the peace
Tax evaision
and all the cleaning bills he would get hit for (chimney spalunking is frowned upon)
And the environmental concerns (reindeer droppings)

Santa wouldn't be arrested....after all, bringing countless joy to children and adults alike would grant some kind of immunity. Besides, since he's a saint, I think the authorities wouldn't care. Besides that, if they did choose to arrest him, he could probably work his "Santa Magic" and escape unharmed.

I don't think he would be arrested, because he would have stopped entering houses. He would simply send gifts by Fedex and never leave his house on North Pole.

I don't understand the question. How could anyone even think about arresting an ageing rotund man who sneaks into childrens' bedrooms at night and empties his prickly present sack at the bottom of their bed without waking them up, leaving goodies for the children to find in the morning?

I took "both" off the poll. It was irrelevant.

In today's world yes, Santa would be arrested, most likely for breaking in entering. He would get sent to jail, where he would find the Lord, who would be serving time for failure to appear; and the Energizer Bunny, who was there on battery charges.
