For me it was the top of my head and the end of my nose.

EDIT: I just scratched my arm too, the left one, a few inches above the elbow.

Sickening story:

I have a tendancy to scratch parts of myself idly while watching TV or reading. Nervous habit, I guess. So I was scratching my arm one day a week ago and ended up with a tiny scab. A few days later, I scratched it again at night before I went to bed. I woke up with blood all over my fingers. Apparantly, I had scratched it so vigorously, I had left an inch-long gash/blood blister on my shoulder. Wonderful. So Saturday night, I was laying in bed reading (Legacy comics if you must know) and I felt something wet on my leg. I look down and it's a drop of blood. What the hell...so I look at my arm. There was a stram of blood running down the side of my arm. I'd apparantly scratched open the gash/blood blister while I was reading. So now I've got a bandage on my upper arm and a nervous tic because I won't let myself scratch anything else.

Just thought I'd share.
