View Full Version : Have You Read My Blog? Why Not?

What I want to know is, who is actually reading my blog that I have put so much mental and emotional labor into? And if you are not reading it and getting the benefits of my Tovoresque writings, why aren't you? Don't you know that the reason why I have been scarce around the Senate is because of all the time I am working over there?
This is the profile to my blog on MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/inspireshine
This is the actual blog: http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=217102342
If you have MySpace and want to subscribe to the blog, click the light blue box at the top.

I will read it when I need to be inspired.
And when you return the favor. You no longer read anything I write. So pfft!

I only thought it was okay because I don't really need to be inspired at the moment. I'm sure it would be more helpful if I needed more inspiration...sorry

Never read it, never will.
Why?
Never read blogs, find them boring.

Inspiration is only a part of it. It includes my philosophies, jokes, and observations, AKA Tovorisms, and Tovoresque deep thoughts; as well as ideas about creativity and such.

It's a good thing you don't feel that way about message boards, eh?

You need to make all topics readable for us anti-Myspace users...it inhibits the distribution of philosophy and inspiration...other than that though...it is quite profound.

I clicked that I haven't read it but want to, but I just remembered that I've gone on your MySpace. Nice one.

Well you have to understand that MySpace has a quillian and one random nut balls to worry about, unlike this board which only has a few hundred, so when I post poetry or song lyrics, or discuss things of a personal nature, I lock it down to friends on my friend-page only. I have people at work who read my blog, so there are certin things that although I don't have a problem with strangers being privy to, I don't want to mention them i the open to co-workers.
I just entered a highly sexual and descriptive post that is nothing short of an X rating, for the purpose of entering it in a blogger competition within the serious-blogging community (the category was "Sexual and Taboo", and believe me, this very true story is very sexual and very taboo), and I literally de-friended my 15 year and 19 year old cousins (not because she's too young, but because she's my cousin), as well as my friend's 14 year old daughter for the duration of the contest. After which I'll re-friend them and close the sexual taboo post. And of course I can't allow for youngsters like Sarah to stumble onto such shocking material.
Ironically, if Blizzard and Flo Fett were to read this about my taboo topic, it would surely become the quickest, and only, time they'll read my blog.

Massive updates. Many, many updates. I can honestly say now that Inspireshine on MySpace now includes some of my very best online writing ever, and far surpasses any of my previous journals.

All of the philosophy and inspiration are open to all. The only topics I put behind friend-only filters were repostings of my song lyrics and poetry, and a couple of personal stories that I did not want people from work to read, since they do know about my blog.

I've managed to read some of it, and it's awesome. It's really well written.
Total respect to you for opening yourself up so much. And one day, when we finally meet up, I'm gonna give you a massive .

Licking is better than kissing. :lick:
My respect for you is because of all the things you have been through and had to cope with and that you are able to coherently and unabashedly open yourself up to the world.
That's something special that is, dude. :howdy:

Reminds me of a Motley Crue song Home Sweet Home, which I've quoted on my other MySpace, "My heart's like an open book, for the whole world to read."
Thank you, sir.
BTW, I've updated yet again with yet again a comically insightful study of my typical Monday work day, filled with relayed stories and the usual extended wordplay. I'd post it here in my Deep Thought a Day thread, but then it would make it too easy for everyone here. It's simply this, that if you want to experience Tov in the true nature of his style, you have to work at it a bit.
