Survey: Movies that are Inappropriate to Watch with Certain People

Okay, here's the deal...this weekend, my mom wanted to go see a movie. She asked me if I wanted to go see the new HALLOWEEN movie. I said no. She asked me if it was because there's nudity in it and I said YES! Then she got mad at me because of this. Now I'm sorry, but to me, it's creepy to go to a movie with your mother when there's nudity in it.

So what I want to know is, have you ever been in a situation where you've been watching a movie with someone and it was...embarrasing or inappropriate to watch with them, and what ended up happening?

Pretty much any movie that I watch I refuse to watch with my parents. For example, I could never watch any Kevin Smith movie with my parents. They're so conservative that it would just ruin the whole thing for me.

I remember watching Trading Places with my mom and my aunt. They'd seen it already, but I hadn't. I just remember squirming like mad when the scenes came up in the party at Eddie Murphy's house and Jamie Lee Curtis going topless and everything.

Oh you poor boys. My kid will watch all out sex in movies with me. There is nothing I can't watch with my parents or my child.

There is no way I'm watching a movie like that with my mom, not that she would watch something like that.

Although, my grandma watched the movie Scream with me. She fixed popcorn and everything. And then she never let me pick a movie again.:(

I didn't want to watch Chaplin with my mom because there was nudity in it, nor did I ever want to watch anything with sex scenes. We wound up watching Chaplin anyway but I covered her eyes during the nude parts.

I will tell you, she hated gory movies, and she sure was upset at me when I urged her to watch Jurassic Park with me but forgot to tell her to cover her eyes before the T-Rex chomped the guy off of the toilet seat.

well when it comes to sex I can watch just about anything with my parents, the real problem comes when it's sci-fi because my mom doesn't like it, however she watches with me if she has too, and even enjoys it from time to time :lol:
