But I have to vote Ninjas, Pirates can be everything from idiotic drunks to skilled martial arts performers. Ninjas have to be good at fights to become a Ninja. So Ninjas win.

I found it interesting that the question was "who is better, pirates or ninjas?" and some automatically thought who would win in a fight. I don't see it that way at all. If you really take the time to read the question, naturally the suggestion is who makes a better singer, ninjas or pirates?

Well, originally I had thought the question simple...the answer being Pirates in almost every single way. It was just that simple for me.
