Three way tie between the Unforgivable Curses. The Cruxio (Torture... I can't remember what it is actually called) and Avada Kedavra. Knowing I could terrorize people with little effort would make me very happy. Ooh, could I put those curses into good use...

Well, first and foremost I'd hunt down and "remove" people that have crossed me or done anything that has given me a good reason to dislike them. Then just use Cruxio to instill a sense of fear in people so they wouldn't bother me.
