Well..I know one, it is a more common one, but you didn't name it so I will say it. Jeremy Bulloch [Boba Fett] was also the gaurd who pulled Leia away on Cloud City when she was trying to tell Luke it was a trap.
Like I said, all of you may know that, but oh well. lol

Okay, here's one:
Slave 1 was modeled after a street lamp. Look at the ship when it is sitting. The nose of the ship is where the light connected to the pole, and the base of the ship is where the light was.
Also, the training sphere that Obi Wan used to train Luke on the Falcon was a plastic sphere with the chrome wheels from variuos model kit cars found in stores. If you see a closeup of the prop, you will see them clearly.

Okay, now you got me all hyper to remember things... so here are some more:
The escape pod in ANH was actually made from two throw away paper paint buckets. One full size and the other cut shorter before placing them together.
The Rebel Blockade Runner was the original concept for the Falcon before Lucas came across his burger, as stated by hayden christensen lover.
The Star Destroyer Thrusters and portions of the Y-wings both used pantyhose egg-shaped containers on the props.
That's it for right now. I'll try and remember more.

Haha. Isn't it incrediable? The guy has a HUGE budget and still he's making com-links out of razors :D
It is also said (this one is old) that the asteroid field in the fifth movie are infacy potatoes and you're supposed to see a tennis shoe fly around there too but I have never seen it..
Take care.

Christopher Walken was slated to play Han Solo.
The pilot of the Republic Cruiser in TPM, Nute Gunray, and Ki-Adi-Mundi, and Lott Dod were all played by Silas Carson.
Luke Skywalker's outfit in ANH looked exactly like a gi, the uniform that martial arts students wear. *Maybe a connection to the student of the force?
Actor Denis Lawson, who played Wedge Antilles, is Ewan McGregor's real-life uncle.
That's all for now. *Wow, my first post here.

Not only was Walken to play Han, but Nick Nolte was planned for Luke!
Han: Listen.... kid..... nothin' beats..... a blaster.... by.... your side.
Luke: (growls with curse words, mumbling)

Cissy Spacek was considered for the role of leia
The guy who plays Wes Janson also played an AT-AT pilot so he's triing to blow himself up
Obi's Lightsabre from ANH was made from a rifle grenade and a faucet handle.
And IG-88's head can be seen behind the Bar in Mos Eisley cantina
More to come...

Alright, I am back with some more interesting facts:
The Rebel Cruiser from ESB and ROTJ was based on an outboard motor at Lucas' suggestion.
Ewan McGregor is the nephew of Denis Lawson. He was the actor that played X-wing pilot Wedge Antilles in all three OT movies.
While eorking on the post-production of American Graffiti (Lucas' earlier movie), Lucas asked his sound editors for "Reel 2, dialogue 2." His editor responded, "R2-D2?" The combination went on to be a famous name.
"Vader" is Dutch for "father."
The audience at the pod racing event in TPM are actually a whole lot of painted Q-Tips. This was for the shots that were at a distance.
Okay, I'll post more later. Anyone got any more?

In ANH, when the rebel pilots are being briefed on the Death Star, the computer graphic has the trench running through the Superlaser dish. The dish is actually in the upper hemisphere, the trench around the equator.
Ray Park, who played Darth Maul in TPM, had no speaking parts. Another actor's words were dubbed over Parks because his voice was too high-pitched.
I'll remember more...

Lando was originally to be a surviving clone.
C-3PO was to have a greasy used car salesman persona.
Han was supposed to be a green skinned creature with gills.
Luke was to be called Anakin Starkiller; the film was going to be called, Adventures of the Starkiller.
Lucas only created Stawars because he failed to land the rights for Flash Gordon.
The "I love you" "I know" between Han and Leia was thought of by Harrison Ford.
I need more time to think!

Here's one ya might have noticed:
Darth and Luke are fighting (again, mehthinks they need family counciling? style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif ) on the DS2, underneath the chamber, where Luke is hiding. Look at Darths hands, one has his lit sabre, the other Lukes unlit sabre. Whats going on there? Did they cut a bit out where Darth "Force pulls" it from Lukes hand and did he return the favour to get it back?
Wasn't in the novel...

In ANH, when the stormtroopers are entering the command station where Threepio and Artoo are hiding, a trooper on the right hits his head on the low door way.
Uncle George got the idea for Chewie from his pet Alaskan Malamute named Indiana.
If you look really closely in ANH, when the blast doors are closing just after Luke blasts the controls so they can get away, Vader's lightsaber isn't colored. It looks like a white plastic stick.
Watch Han's costume as they're about to freeze him in carbonite in ESB. One shot, he has his vest on, the next he doesn't, then he does, then he doesn't.

Um, for those of you looking out for a tennis shoe in TESB don't. It's in ROTJ, the battle of Endor.
Widescreen Version only:
Speaking of TESB, look at the TIE fighter that gets hit head on by an asteroid, WEEEEE there goes the pilot. Poor guy, he was only doing his job...

Here's a really obvious mistake, before Han is frozen his hands are cuffed behind him, when he is pulled up his hands are in front of him, no cuffs.
One of this fat Naboo cows is in the asteroid chase in AOTC just floating around, speaking of Naboo it's waterfalls are falling salt.
When Luke jumps out of his X-wing in ANH at the end he calls Leia "Carrie"(her real name).
Warwick Davis has had three parts in Star Wars films, as Wickett, Anakin's Rodian friend, and a scummy gambler seen with Watto during the Boonta Eve race.
Mark Hamill originally screen-tested for Han Solo, the original Jabba footage is of a fat irish man playing the notorious gangster.
The Ewoks were supposed to originally be Wookies(man that would have been way better).

All right Tyranus, if you watch closely in ESB before Han is frozen you can see an ugnaugt remove the cuffs
and...
Mark Hamill actually said "there she" as in "there she is" but the sound got muffled and the "is" was edited out

If you watch TPM all the way to the end of the credits and turn the volume up really loud, you can hear Vader breathing.

About the cuffs, I'll check that tonight, but the Carrie-There she debate, I know he didn't say there she, I always thought he possibly said hey, one thing, it's either hey or carrie.

Hey, I saw Luke's face when the decapitated Vader helmet's face exploded in the cave on Dagobah...
Must be true.
