SW Clubs and Activities in Los Angeles

My son is 14 and a big fan of Star Wars. I haven't been able to find an active club for him to join, though. Any ideas on this? I would sure apprecaite it!

Have you tried the LA Fan Force (http://www.lafanforce.com/)? Those groups are usually pretty active.
