Survey: What are/were your dreams/ambitions?

Just curious to know what everyone's dreams and ambitions are/were. One of my dreams is to live in a tree in a jungle (untouched by mankind) with grass plaited into my hair and swing on vines with the monkeys and make friends with a family of tigers and the other animals who live in the jungle. One of my ambitions is to become an actress, writer and doctor and travel the world helping others in poverty, find cures for diseases, write novels and act in at least one play by William Shakespeare. Who knows? One day my dreams could come true...

One of my ambitions is to fly to the U.S. in the private that Hannah SHOULD have arranged for me (:mad:), wearing the black clothes that Hannah was supposed to buy for me (:mad:) and creep into Harrison Ford's house and steal his Boots and Jacket. :devil:
Also to become an actress, singer and fashion designer. I also wish to live in my old house again, to grow my hair longer than my waist and um...I can't think of much else for now.

Im one of those people without any clear ambitions or dreams. Always felt the odd 1 out when my friends would talk about that kinda stuff and then go on to do it.
I have things i want but to me it doesnt feel like a real ambition or dream but then maybe im expecting to much.
At the moment im just cruising along. Getting some of what i want but not really feeling satisfied.

Ok, JMH. You say leave the apple juice in the fridge for ten years. Well, we did leave a tub of icecream in our freezer for about 3 years...and still nobody ate it. Every time Nicole came over, she looked in the freezer and said, "You still have that icecream?"

The only long term goals I have is to become either a live-action Film Director, or a 3D animator. Also to have a great family

Other than that, I'm very day-to-day, don't really think too far ahead of the end of the week and being able to get more sleep :)

When I was really young I wanted to be a footballer, but I soon realised this wasn't going to happen as I had about as much talent as a run over hedgehog in a paper bag. As I got older I realised I had a good brain for business and figures and so I decided that I would like to get a degree, a good job, a nice house, car and hoped to have a loving family.

Well, as it turns out I got my degree, have an ok job, a pleasant house (if a bit small), and a reasonable car. Now I have all this, with other things that have happened to me, I am no longer bothered too much about bettering it or having anything that I haven't got. My life is comfortable, but not as exciting as it was when I was young and had more ambition (though I have never really been that ambitious, I always find it's where you are and who you are with which is more important than anything else).

My biggestdream was to become a fighter jet pilot. This dream soon went down the drain as I am far-sighted and the closest I can get to a cockpit can be to have a seat in the business class.

Than I decided to become an aerospace engineer, but I had this eye-sight problem again. Finally I became a mechanical engineer. During my studies at the university, my dream was to work for a company manufacturing huge products like trains, planes or ships. Well I ended up in the company I am working with now and we are building huge valves. I am talking about valves of 3 meter diameter which weigh 20 or 30 tons.

I am 29 years old now and life told me to dream for small things. Big dreams usually end up with big disappointments. I know I will never be a jet pilot, but I fly with airliners for business frequently. I am married and happy with my wife. I could use some more money, but I guess that's everbody's dream, right?

I'm not sure what my ambition/dream is. I like living my life one day at a time but I also need to start planning for the big serious things that will come up. 2007 looks like it's going to be one long rocky road.

There are dreams to reach... to become... to have... etc. Linked to this reality dreams.
yet there are other dreams I'd like to talk about. Not quite usual ones.
My dreams were to reborn as a Force-sensitive with name of Trixter... ( see pages 1-25) ... and join Jedi Exile in her search of Revan. During the ...( see pages 25-270)..."now it's my turn. take what I have taught you and use it well." ...with all these obtained powers and wide variety of skills and abilities (...) contains knowledge (...) and at the end to find Dark Lord Nihilus's interdimentional hideout (...) was able to recover but his "death" changed the very essence of his nature.
And thats where my ambitions began. Ye-esss.

Another of my dreams is to become Prime Minister and work to lessen the amount of Carbon Dioxide/Greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere, and to paint myself blue and tie my hair up in two ponytails and bind them both with brown shoelaces/material to make lekku... :)
