Pretty sure he's the guy that helped Windu create Vapaad style fighting and fell to the darkside. He's an EU character, I believe, with no movie apperances. This thread should get moved.

EDIT: Nope, I was wrong. He appeared in the EPII at the battle of Geonosis.

He fell to the dark side due to his failure of mastering Vaapad. Vaapad had mastered him.

From what I heard in a rumor mill Sora Bulq didn't die. Is there any truth to this rumor?

Nah Vos killed him in the climactic duel of the battle of saleucami in Republic #77. Ventress is the only dark jedi who survived the clone wars.
