Target and Wal Mart employees suck!

I have been collecting figures for about 10 years and have really enjoyed it. However recently I have found it harder and harder to get to the stores in time before they are cleaned out. I have tried all hours and even tried getting there during their stocking hours.

Being the kind of guy I am I did a little delving into the Phenomenon of the dissapearing UNleashed figures. At Target and Wal Mart both I got several employees to admit that they stash the figures and buy them on their first breaks and then move them quickly to their cars. At one of the Targets a kid admitted that he calls a couple of his friends who sell the stuff on e-bay and lets them know when stuff gets in.

Now I am not against people making a buck but I collect for the pure fun of it and I hate the fact that most of the time I have to look on e-bay to pay double for a figure that I should only have to pay retail for.

Anyone else frustrated over this?
Anyone have a solution?
Anyone here work at Target and/or Wal Mart in Arizona and want to make some bribe money?

I agree with this statement completly.I also have experienced the problem of the workers stashing some of the rare memrobilia for themselves.

We have a former mod here who works at Wal-Mart and she doesn't suck.

We got a few Wal-Mart and Target exclusive Unleashed figures here that were just sitting there on the shelf where they were supposed to be. Hasn't been a problem.

Maybe you need to tell the managers at your stores. It doesn't happen everywhere.

I work for Walmart and i have never seen anyone doing that here...you really should report it.It is against policy to do that and the people that are should get in some trouble

I wasn't bagging on all employees of these retailers. Just the ones who stash the toys. I actually tried ot report it and even asked if I could pre-order stuff but on both accounts the manager said negative. "It is against our policy and our employees don't do that. You should get here earlier" Just venting so don't take it personally. To be honest I am at the point that I myself would take advantage of a hook-up.

Yeah. They also have Bossk and Aayla Secura Unleashed at my Wal-Mart.

I never said I never have found anything at a store. I have found stuff at the stores but never anything in great condition It is always the picked through left overs. I have been on Target.com, Walmart.com, Toy's-r-us.com, and googling. All I can find via the internet are sites like brian's toys etc. that sell the unleashed figures at a huge mark-up.
