When Anakin entered the chamber where he slaughtered the Separatist leaders, who were the two guards guarding the chamber? Were they a part of the "Black guard", that later became the "Red Guard"?

Um, no they were Neimodians.
Morridini

Indeed, only standard Nemoidian guards.

But then, the red guards didn't do much of anything against Yoda.

ah yes but then they didnt see him enter. (though why palapatine didnt sense his arrival is beyond me)
but then you never see what the red guard can do in any of the films

It's more than they did in any of the other five films.

who were the two guards guarding the chamber?
More specifically their names were Dead and Meat. :)

^ very good
They were jest royal guards. Nothing special, nothing to worry about. Well they were special by being specially trained guards in a good way, and they were also special in a bad way.

agreed. They certainly were special. After all, why else did they wear bright helmets....

And why else did the whole audience laugh when yoda hit them against the wall?

Getting back to the Mustafar Massacre...

Well, it looks like everything's been discussed... what are we waiting for?
I will ask away then: Did anyone like where obi-wan and annie did the force push think on each other?
Darth Massacrus
01-14-2007, 05:08 PM
not really. Did y'all know that a high ranking Geonosian, Gizor Dellso, was part of the council, but was late arriving for the meeting, only to find that when he did arrive, everyone else was dead? And that he later reactivated a small Separatist fleet and droid army on Mustafar, only to be killed by the 501st?

I meant thing, not think. Sorry.
Darth Massacrus
01-14-2007, 05:37 PM
frankly, there have been several Mustafar Massacres....
huttslime
01-14-2007, 05:38 PM
How do you know that?
Darth Massacrus
01-14-2007, 05:42 PM
Well, in SW Galaxies, it is revealed that mustafar became volcanic at some point during one of the Sith Wars. Originally, it was a Jeddi planet, with many temples on it, the ruins of some still evident in 0BBY. Also, after the Clone Wars, the Imperials destroyed Gizor Dellso's army and the mining facility via orbital bombardment. That, added with Lord Vaders murder of the Separatist Council, makes at least three Mustafar Massacres...

I remember reading about that.
I don't have galaxies though.

Isn't that EU though and, therefore, not canon?

Just saying, EU is irrelevant in this section. That is why there is a section dedicated specifically to the EU to discuss those unLucas aspects of the story.

Going back to this point the Red Guards do see Yoda thats why they point their force sticks at him before they get killed.

I don't think that they died that night. They were just unconscious.

There was a scene filmed, but later cut out of Return of the Jedi, where one of the Red Guards attacked Moff Jerjerrod.
Here's some info on this scene including a picture of the action if you scroll down to the bottom of the page. Sure woulda liked to have seen this in the movie!
