So do any of you folks have any Star Wars autographs?

So far I have only gotten a few:

Frank Oz (Yoda): A signed picture of Yoda with dedication, a signed picture of him, Miss Piggy and Yoda with dedication.

James Earl Jones (Darth Vader): Signed postcard showing one of the original Star Wars posters with dedication

Alec Guinnes (Ben Kenobi): white card signed in 1993, no dedication. A friend of mine was going to sell his collection and as I was a SW fan I got it cheap.

John Williams (music): a signed picture of him at his studio, no dedication.

So anyone else got any?

My favorites are Phil (Uncle Owen) Brown on a "Purchase of the Droids" Cinema Scene... Jeremy (Boba Fett) Bulloch on a background card from my Ultrarama set... C3 Photos of David (The Man in the Suit) Prowse and Carrie (Your Highness) Fisher... And this one on the back of a ticket from the 2000 Long Beach Gran Prix (http://www.starwarsdork.com/lbgp2k/index.htm) from some guy with the initials GL...

I have met many stars of Star Wars, yet I only have one autograph from Peter Mayhew, who didn't even look up from the table when he signed it. And one from Jake Lloyd that my sister got when she met him in a shopping mall.

My most prized autographs are the ones I got from all the Galactic Senators I met in person.

If you every get the chance to meet Jeremy Bulloch don't pass it up. I've met Jeremy 3 times. Actually sat down with him and his wife and had dinner. One of the truly great Star Wars people I have met, tells great stories.

Jeremy Bulloch's autograph is the only one I have and indeed is the only one I want. He signed a picture of Boba Fett that I had and it hangs proudly in my studio, where I point it out to anyone who cares and also anyone who doesn't
He was so nice when I met him, full of flattery and charm. I giggled like a schoolgirl and got all unnecessary and flustered.
I'm so shy about him now that I actually ran away when I saw him in the mall at C3.
*giggles all over again*

Kenny Baker is the only one I have. I got it from a guy who was getting out of collecting. Don't know if there is any value but I thought it was different.

He's doing that again this year . . . How does one get to go to that? Is there somewhere to buy tickets?

I have met many stars of Star Wars, yet I only have one autograph from Peter Mayhew, who didn't even look up from the table when he signed it. And one from Jake Lloyd that my sister got when she met him in a shopping mall.

That's interesting. He seemed rather nice to me. In fact . . . see below . . .

Ray Park, Jeremy Bulloch (3 autographs, 1 is on the inside of the leather belt on my Fett costume.)Pete Mayhew, Dave Prowse,Anthony Daniels, Gerald Home(Squidhead.)

I would say all the actors and actresses of the Star Wars movies are nice people. I've briefly chatted with most of them (of my autographs), and I'm somewhat suprised that after long days in convention halls, that they love it.

Specifically, Jeremy Bulloch and David Prowse. In 2004, Jeremy was signing autographs at the Anthony . . . something booth at Comic Con Intl. in San Diego. It's a company that makes personal Star Wars checks. Somehow, I missed noticing on his table that it was $20 for an autograph. But he didn't care at all. He smiled, and said, "No problem."

David Prowse was just a nice guy. I sat and talked to him for about five minutes. He said something about it being nice that kids know who he is.

The only actress that I feel kind of intimidated by is Carrie Fisher.

My list includes:

Timothy Zahn (author)
Aaron Allston (multiple times, author)
Troy Denning (author)
Karen Traviss (author)
a few more authors . . .

Carrie Fisher
Kenny Baker
Shanon McBridle (or something like that; the Mara Jade CCG and cover model)
. . . (the Aura Sing actress)
. . . (the Rystall dancer actress)
Irving Kershner (ESB director)
Jake Lloyd
. . . (young Boba Fett)
Jeremy Bulloch
Peter Meyhew
David Prowse
Amy Allen (Aayla Secura)
Temeru Morrison

and

Mark Hamill

and

Ewan McGregor

The elipses are names I can't recall off the top of my head. And unfortunately, Mark Hamill and Ewan McGregor are the only ones I haven't met personally. Mark was also at Comic Con (I got all the autographs at Comic Con) but had to leave before his signing. He left some merchandise signed, though, so I bought one. Ewan (funny story) was actually a school project. In 8th grade, we had to write and send out business letters for English. That could include autograph requests. So I sent out four, with trading cards inside. I believe I sent to Ewan, Sam Jackson, Liam Neeson, and someone else. I got all the cards back. But Ewan sent an autographed photo as well. The kicker is that for some reason or other, my dad took a phone call, and had to write down a number, and he wrote it on the Ewan envelope. It impressed on the back of the photo. :banghead: Oh well.

I'll post pictures sometime.

So anyone else got any?

I have Tim Zahn and Dave Prowse, thanks to a good friend, and I have Carrie Fisher's on a lithograph of a headshot of her as Princess Leia taken prior to the release of the original film. Exquisite...those big, beautiful eyes... And hers again on the bubble of an Epic Force Princess Leia figure.
