the scene cuts to luke asleep...
he wakes up and cries out 'father!'

Luke looks over and sees Mara sleeping beside him
He shakes his head "Couldn't be."

Luke walks into Ben's room

Luke smiles at the young padawan, as Ben stirs in his sleep

Ben looks up seeing his father

"Ssshhh. Go to sleep, Ben." Luke said, as Ben fell back into his bed

Mara comes up from behind Luke and puts her arms around him

Luke exhales quitly

Mara"Has it only been 13 years"

Luke- "Jacen's doing a great job. I can feel Ben growing stronger in the Force by the week now."

Ben stirs again, making loud groaning noises.

[Plo Koon]

Mara: He's had a long day.

(She bends over Ben and kisses him on the cheek)

Mara feels Luke's heart still racing from the nightmare

Mara-"What wrong?"

[Plo Koon]

Luke: A dream I had Mara.

[Erick Landrider]

Mara looks deep into Lukes eyes

He looks away and says "I saw Palpatine when he died."

Mara (Slightly upset): You, too?
Luke(Concerned): You're dreaming about him again? You don't think he's...
Mara(Sharply): No! He's not coming back... I would know...

Luke-"Theres still something right here." looks out Bens window "I been sensing something in the Force. A void. It can't be explained."

Mara-"I feel it too."

Luke: I'm sure Ben feels it also and the rest of the Jedi. I should call a meeting about it with the Jedi Council.

[Obitwokenobi]

Mara: Good idea.

[Plo Koon]

*he wraps his arm around her*

Luke: I know but I've got a bad feeling about this.

Scene Change: Luke and Mara at Jedi Council

Note: I haven't read any books further away from RotJ than the Thrawn trilogy, so I have no idea what the New Jedi Council is like.

Luke: My friends I'm sure you have sensed something in the force as I have.

[The Jedi Council besides Luke is:

There is general consent and Kyp looks as if he will spring up and add something to Luke's statement if he didn't know better.

Kenth Hamner looks over to Kyp

Hamner-"Master Skywalker, I have felt the void in the Force. I propose we send several of our order to investigate the disturbance"

Kyp-"Are where are they to look?"

(we can settle this later, but is the Republic capital still on Coruascaunt or somewhere else, we can settle this later)

[Plo Koon]

Cilghal: That is a very good question. Perhaps we should see where we sense the void the most and then do something immediently.

[Obitwokenobi]

Luke: One more thing... Mara and I think that we've sensed the Emperor's presence.

Kyp, unable to contain himself any longer, finally bursts out, "But I thought we destroyed the Emperor for good when we got rid of his clones."

Mara gasps.
Luke: Mara, what is it?
Mara: Of course...
Lobi: What is it?

Mara-"Clones. He once said there was another sight with one clone. But there was something there. I never new what it was but it was something powerful and dangerous."

Kyp: Well we must destroy it somehow or many will lose their lives if it's as bad as we think it is.

Scene Change: Luke and Han walking down the hall.

Luke: Han, I just don't think you should come along on this trip. Mara said it'd be dange...
Han: Yeah, well what do you think the Death Star was? A cakewalk
Luke: Han...

Han-"Y'ain't losen trust in me are you Luke?"

Luke-"No. Of coarse not. But I don't wan't the rest of the Skywalker/Solo clan going there."

Han thinks for a second

Han-"You don't want Jacen to bring Benny (Ben) along."

Luke bites his lip

Luke-"Don't try to tell me that you didn't feel the same way when I took Jacen to Yaven. Its a dangerous situation. Worse than the Vong."

Han-"Now your exagerating."

Luke-"Han listen!"

Han-"Well what do you want me to do pal? I'm not the one that'll have Benny following me around the whole time."

Luke: You're hopeless.
Han: I am, I really am...

Luke laughs at his old friend

Han-"You can't just hold the kid back any chance you can. He could use an actual experience like this. He doesn't even have to be anywhere hear the actual action."

[Lord Rocha]

Luke : I am not sure, Han...you know Leia

Han : Leia... (looking into the floor)

Han-"She is pretty attached to him."

Luke-"You have no idea. I think she's starting to rub off on him, with her political sense of mind."

Then the mobile holocomm worned in the hand by Luke Skywalker activates and the Image of the aged Gral. Jan Dodonna appears on the thin surface of the holocomm.

Luke : General Dodonna...
Dodonna : Master Skywalker, we need you in the Op Center...we now know that our real knowledge of the remnants of the Empire is so...weak...(drinking his own saliva)..the President has called for an emergency reunion of the Military and Political powers.

(I'm pretty sure that Madine is dead, maybe a new character or someone)

Anyway

Luke-"The Empire has been paranoid ever since we beat the Vong. Try to get what ever information you can, and do your best not to ruffel any feathers with President Penkara or any other Imperials. and do me a favor; I sending you a list of systems I want you to check out for curious activities. "

[Lord Rocha]

Dodonna : Dont be so sure, Master...our Intelligence has reported great activity on the Borderland Regions and an increasing loss of our Merchant Fleet in hands of Tie-Defenders and other unknown ships of hell.... Anyway we require your assistance at the Op-Center.

Luke-"The presence of the Empire has flamed up once again. And remembe, I need that information on those systems as soon as is possible. Its crutial to my investigation."

[Lord Rocha]

But Dodonna wasnt hearing, his image had already dissapeard from the small holo transmitor.

Han : Another crisis of this type...and the Republic is going to crumble...the presidency of Penkara is fading.
Luke : I know...the political unrest is dangerous inside the same Republic. Borsk Fel Ya is causing many problems and the oposition on the Senate...

Jacen-{from behind}-"Father."

Han and Luke turn to see the two Jedi, Jacen and his padawan Ben, coming through the doorway.

[Lord Rocha]

Han : Jacen...what are you two doing here ?

[Erick Landrider]

Jacen-"We had some time before we head out to the Desteria System. Uncle Luke, when will you expect a report?"

note: Desteria is a rocky,waste world with little to no life on it at all

[Lord Rocha]

Han interrupts for attention

Han : Desteria...I rememberthat barren world when Chewie and I landed there to battle the mercenaries of Gargantula the Hutt just....

But Jacen interrupts

Jacen : Really nice story, father. So uncle ?
(Now you can do your report thing)

Luke-"If any thing substantial comes up, report it. But try to keep transmissions low. I don't want Imperial spies catching anything sensative."


Ben looks at his father, wanting to ask a question unfit for the present company. But he already knew the answer. 'Why a lifeless rock' he thought.

[Lord Rocha]

Change of Scene.

Great Captain Afyon, chief of the Armored Merchant Fleet of the Republic, is leaving the Abregado Spaceport for the system of Tokmia, in the other side of the Imperial controlled space. In that moment Afyon was on his flagship, the Bulk Cruiser Resolute

Afyon, to his assistant, Captain Sarin Virgilio :

Again...into the Imperial territories, in the last weeks I have lost as 20 ships to Imperial Forces and all is worsening, Captain.

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio-"But sir there is no evidence to support your claims. As far as we can tell the Impirial forces havn't made a pass at Tokmia or any other border systems."

Afyon is unimpressed

[Lord Rocha]

Everyone says that, but the Imperial Navy is at its zenith , it havent been so powerful since Thrawn. President Penkara is unable to control the situation and maybe the only politician capable of been a good president is that Bothan folk...Borks Fel Ya.

Virgilio is still incredulous

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio-"The Empire wouldn't accept Fey'la. It would cause to many eyes to notice them. The Empire wants to keeps it secrets and keep attention off of them. And all he would do would make the powerful rich and have the Imperial Navy suffer. I doubt that is the Imperial agenda."

[Lord Rocha]

Afyon replies :

I care a damn about the Empire if they like our President !

And After all they dont have any leader...or that is what we know

Virgilio looks furious.

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio-"It could make up the difference between a war and a resolution. Like I said; Fey'la would let the Repulic dive into war if he made a couple hundred extra credits a week. The leadership in the Republic has become lax. We need someone to maintain control of the credit-hungry people that call themselves politicians."

[Lord Rocha]

The Resolute leaves Abregado for Tokmia , the ship is followed by 2 dozen old ships that conformed the III Commercial Fleet , pride of the Commercial Landlords of the New Republic.

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio steps off to the side types something on a small pad and looks around precautiosly and sends the message.

[Lord Rocha]

SCENE CUT :

Lady Leia Organa is in her personal chamber on the restaured Senate Building. With her there are the political leaders of the New Republic.

Borks Fel Ya, the greedy Bothan that created a crisis and its an oponent to the President.Leader of the Reform Party

President Penkara, a conservative lossing ground on the Senate. Also part of the Galactic Democratic Party.

Gar Bel Iblis, once an exiled Rebel and rival of Mothma trying to gain a political fame. Leader of the Liberal Party.

Ackbar, sucessor of Mothma in the established Nova Republica Party.

[Erick Landrider]

Fey'la-"I will not increase the number of ships of the Imperial border. They pose not threat to us in any fashion. It would only strain our already over tightend budget."

[Lord Rocha]

Ackbar looks angry but Bel Iblis agrees with the greedy Bothan :

Of course, the reduction of the Republic Fleet to only 2/3 of its size is necesary ...our econom is crumbling and the Imperial menace faded after the foreign invaders. I think we must spend our credits on rebuilding Yavin and Ithor.

The Jedi are going to wait for credits...we are in a serious deifict !

[Erick Landrider]

Penkara-"Perhaps if the so-called leaders of the Republic, evened their pay scale to their work effort the deficite wouldn't be so much in question."

Fey'la brushes his clean, groomed hair on his hand, angered by Penkara's comments

[Lord Rocha]

Garm Bel Iblis then interrupts again and looks into the eyes of Penkara :

The problem seem to be the weakness of the Central Authority, of the Presidencial power once so powerful under President Mon Mothma ...that cant control its own gabinet or budget.

Penkara its frustrated.

[Erick Landrider]

(possible line Penkara-"Well if the cabinet would kiss my ass!"I had to out that in)


Leia-"Stop it, all of you! We are not a committee of leader that command a small portion of a moon. The descions we make will create ripples through-out the galaxy. And anyone with that much power over that many people, should have the pride and the intelligence to argue over issues and not their pay-scale. That is our duty as leaders of this Republic."

Penkara calms down. Bel Iblis merely stops speaking, not conceding from his point.

[Lord Rocha]

But Felya still interrupts :

Lady Organa the greatest problems with the Republic are :

The weak Central Authority , the lack of power of the Security Council and of course the spending of our budget in Jedi related projects

Ackbar is now angry and talks as the President of the Security Council :

Ackbar-"Leadership is the problem. But I doubt that it is where you see it Fey'la. And the Jedi saved us from the Yuzhahn Vong abd have maintained order in the galaxy since then. They are in no way a waste of our budget."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Fel'Ya strucks Ackbar with all his diplomatic power :

How sad that voters doesnt think like you, Ackbar. But its even more sad the declive of your party after the retirement of President Mothma. This Republic was build for the people not for the war heros like you or Skywalker !

[Erick Landrider]

(sorry about being impatient with you)

Penkara-"You are nothing more than I nieve fool.The Jedi served the Republic for thousands of years. Not until credit loving delagates such as yourself came along, did the Republic begin its own destruction. {stares at Fey'la with fire in his eyes} You are no better than Chancellor Palpatine!"

This last comment hits Fey'la hardest

He prepares a rebutle as Luke walks in

Fey'la face is filled with fear

[Lord Rocha]

But then a smile appears on Fel Ya's Bothan face :

Master Skywalker, what a nice suprise. We were discussing the downfall of the Penkara Goverment and the deficit we have thanks for the construction of the Jedi Academy of yours...and how our citizens are showing such unrest that the Republican Regime is weakining day after day .

Fel Ya smiles, Luke drinks some saliva, he knows that the Bothan was better than he arguing so he let it win only this time.

Penkara's eyes are on deception.

[Erick Landrider]

Luke-"Fey'la I know that have been breifed on the issue at hand. I have come to asure you {looks at Fey'la} that this is no simple figment of the imagination. Your financial contributions will not be in vain. The will save the Republic."

Penkara and Leia exchange looks

[Lord Rocha]

Fel Ya is trying to hide his smile and prepares himself to hear another boring briefing of the status of the Empire.

Then a very old Jan Dodonna enters the room followed by two Ugnaught ( creatures of Bespin that look like pigs) asistents , proving that the New Republic is more conciliatory toward Non-Humans than the Empire.

[Erick Landrider]

Dodona-"My report you requested, on the Empire."

Luke looks at the computeized pad. Hands it to Penkara.

Penkara looks, puts it onto the table and slides it over to Fey'la on the other side of the table

[Lord Rocha]

Doddona almost cant speak but he tries with all his strenght, holding with his hands a nearby chair :

The Imperial Menace is far from destroyed. Now is more dangerosu than ever after the political unrest that regins in our capital (looking to the Bothan) and with an Imperial Fleet that sounds as it is massive...but that we unknown its real strenght.

With my right as New Defense Secretary of the Reestablished Galactic Republic I send the III Commercial Fleet to search for the Imperials. Only Captain Sarin Virgilio knows that...and now all you, and this humble fleet can be our unique chance to end the Imperial Menace before it can restart...

I am sorry to say this...but all our efforts and the help of the New Jedi Order was not enough.

[Erick Landrider]

Luke-"We have no choice, President Fey'la"

SCENE CHANGE

Onboard the Resolute, Virgilio puts his official uniform on, preparing to head to the bridge

A small holo-projector activates it self

An indistinguished figure is seen on the projector

Virgilio notices it and walks over to it

Virgilio-"Yes, my lord."

[Lord Rocha]

A man with beard and black cloaks appears in the projector and Virgilio goes to his knees.

Virgilio, are you ready ?, the Imperial Leadership is prepared to strike the Republic once for all. Your fleet is fundamental to us,after all Fleet Admiral Pter Thanas sugest a double attack and then General Covell can end all the Rebel resistance.

Virgilio looks into the eyes of the man and replies :

Some days,Master Joruus, as Regent Dorja told me. I dont think Thanas is going to be mad for 2 or 3 days of retard.

Master Joruus C'Boath didnt look happy.

(Lets think C'Boath didnt appear at the Thrawn Triology . Pter Thanas is the Imperial Fleet admiral he is kind, intelligent and diplomatic. Dorja is the Regent- before the Emperor arrive back-and its agressive. Covell is Covell)

[Erick Landrider]

So C'Boath didn't exsist in the Thrawn series. Did you say about the Emporer.

C'boath-"We have the primary Star Destroyer brigades where they are needed. The Rebels won't see the second wave coming in."

Virgilio-"Yes my master. Afyon is begging for a fight. It will be his undoing. And the Shadow Light shipments should have our first shipment to Bespin and Yavin soon. The Jedi will not be able to defend all of their borders."

[Lord Rocha]

C'Boath then replies :

It appears that Admiral Thanas wants to talk with you, Sarin. But dont be so sure that the Rebels are going to be defeated with such an attack....

SCENE CHANGE (Please...Jacen and Ben)

[Erick Landrider]

NEW SCENE

Jacen pilots a duel pilot new-age Jedi star-fighter, as it comes out of Hyper-drive at Desteria

Jacen-"I don't pick up anything on the surface. {He looks over at Ben}Do you feel anything, Ben?"

Ben has his eyes closed already reaching out

Ben-(his first line!)"Not a thing, living anyway. But there is something we should know about there."

Jacen nods, knowing the same thing and impressed with his cousin's sense in the Force

[Lord Rocha]

Jacen then looks Ben :

We will go , dont worry, young Ben.

Ben is not very excited and its of course very scarred , he replies :

I have a bad feeling about this

Jacen was just wishing Jaina were at his side

[Erick Landrider]

Jacen-"Thats normal. Just don't let it distract you from whats going on. The Force will be there for you if you trust it. Do not fear its absense."

Ben-{mutters,recitin an old lesson} "Fear is the path to the Dark Side."

[Lord Rocha]

But both were filled of fear, something terrible it was going to happen , another disgrace was going to shake the Galaxy....the Infant New Republic was going to crumble and young Ben sensed it.

Meanwhile the brand new small starship headed to the barren surface.

SCENE CHANGE

[Erick Landrider]

On board the Resolute, Afyon stands ready on the bridge

Virgilio enters the bridge

Afyon-"Operations, what the status of those Star Destroyers?"

officer-"Still coming in at full. They're not stopping."

Afyon-"Arm all weapons. Contact Coruscant, tell them a war has started."

Virgilio joins Afyon at his side

[Lord Rocha]

Virgilio looks into Afyon.

This time you will recieve my orders, Captain Afyon.

Two armed droid enter the room and take Afyon.

Why are you doing this ?...Traitor, Sarin you are a traitor !. Began to shout Afyon that was pulled out by the heavy droids.

Sarin Virgilo ignored his old master and decided to talk to the crew before their "capture".

One of the crew tries to shoot Virgilio, but misses

One of the droids shoots the officer with a hard and fast round of blaster fire

The other crew members are silenced

[Lord Rocha]

Terrible sounds are heard by everyone on the ship...the Resolute had been "captured" and docked by an Imperial Star Destroyer and the Imperial Stormtroopers were preparing the assault.

Virgilio was expectant and took his personal blaster in case of a revolt of his own "subjugated" crew.

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio looks at his first officer, Commander Levk

Virgilio-"Levk! I need if you would accompany me. We have guests to meet."

Levk looks at Virgilio, at his blaster, at the guard droids and decides to follow his captions order

[Lord Rocha]

The walked the cold path to the main abording door, they opened and the first shape that appears is that of a handsome and calm man around his late 30's, Admiral Pter Thanas.

Thanas then reffers to Virgilio and his new companion :
Is everything ready, Virgilio ?

[Erick Landrider]

Virgilio-"The men have seen what awaits any isurrection. Afyon is in the detention center. The fleet is entirly at your control, Admiral."

[Lord Rocha]

Thanas then orders the stormtroopers behind him to take a complete control of the ship :

Regiment 4 take control of the ship, eliminate the non-necesary personnel.

And you (looking Virgilio) are a great student of Master C'Boath, thank you for all this !. He shoots Virgilio in his head and the unloyal Republican Officer dies.

Then he looks into Levk and says : you are useful

SCENE CHANGE

On Desteria, Jacen and Ben stand at a ridge looking out to a giant mesa, several several hundred miles high and across.

Ben-"It's there. I feel it. That weapon mom talked about. {looks at Jacen} We should call for some assitance."

Jacen-{has his eyes closed}"Theres no time. It know we're here. Its not a machine; not a normal one. It's angered by us. It fears us."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Ben asks Jacen : What do you mean ?

Jacen drinks some of his own saliva.

SCENE CHANGE ( Jaina and Leia or Han....)

[Erick Landrider]

Yeah we forgot Jaina

Lets add some backround
Jaina Solo Durron is pregnant with her first child (4 months)


Jaina follows her father to the hanger

Jaina-"Dad! I'm coming with you."

Han turns around

Jaina-"No Jaina. You don't know what could happen. A close encounter with any thing thats.. ya'know..Dark side like could do any all kinds of stuff to the kid."

[Lord Rocha]

(Pregnant !!!!!!!!!)

Then Lando Calrissian appears behind Han Solo.

Jaina runs to Lando and says :

Uncle Lando ,what are you doing here ? What happened to the Hologram Fun World park ?

[Erick Landrider]

(Hey we're about to lose our other pregnant broad, whats the matter with that)


Lando-"I'm just visiting here. The place needed some updates and I figured I'd pay your old man a visit. But its always such a plessure to see you."

He moves to kiss her hand

She lifts her hand accordingly, but instead flicks him in the face with her ring finger, hitting Lando with the her wedding ring.

Seeing the looks he recieves from both Jaina and Han Lando backs off

Han-"Thats better, ya'old pirate."

[Obitwokenobi]

Lando wears a "What the..." expression on his face.

[Lord Rocha]

Then Lando asks Jaina :

And who is the lucky one, Jan ?

She smiles.

[Erick Landrider]

Han can't the resist the opertunity to shoot his old friend down

Han-"Well, if some one paid any attention the galatic post mail that he was sent and notices an invite to the wedding of Jaina Solo and Kyp Durron.."

Lando gives Han a wry look, then looks back at Jaina

Lando-"Well, it seems a love for scondrel pilots runs in your family."

Jaina rolls her eyes

[Plo Koon]

(She likes Jagged Fel, not Kyp Durron)

Jaina: I wonder why sometimes.

[Lord Rocha]

SCENE CHANGE

The Imperial Military Complex on Montu Codru was the temporary seat of power of the struggling Empire and also the base of its military forces.

In that Rim World was established a miserable Force Academy by Joruus C Boath as well it was the personal offices of the regent of the wounded Empire, Regent Dorja.

Dorja was heir of one of the noblest families of the Old Republic and then the Empire, of heritage on the Fleet and political power- including 3 Dorjas that were Chancellors during the Republic- and economic value.

The actual Dorja was the last one. He was agressive , not very intelligent but very ambitious and believed in a restored New Order.

Then General Covell entered the small room.

[Erick Landrider]

Covell-"Every thing is preceding as planned. The Mrechant Fleet has been taken, and Admiral Thanas has eliminated the insider. But there is one thing that Lord C'Boathe would like to know."

An interested Dorja looks up at him

Covell-"Our readings from Desteria show that a ship has landed there. And based upon the amount of disturbance they are causing, it would appear that they are Jedi."

[Lord Rocha]

Dorja looks into Covell, what repugnant man he thought , and then he answered :

Prepare your troops General .I want them inside the Merchant Fleet for our attack on the Rebels...oh and please tell Admiral Thanas to send his fleet to Desteria, to capture those Jedis before they could damage our plan. They are going to learn that our fleet isnt made of wrecked Star Destroyer anymore...

Covell replies with his typical yes sir and leaves the room

Then Dorja prepares the Holocomm to talk with Lord CBoath.

SCENE CHANGE

Jacen stands at the base of the mesa with Ben at his side

They are both filled with a feeling of fear. A fear that is familiar, but neither of them are sure from where

Jacen-"There has to be an entrance here somewhere. Try anything that looks like it could be out of place."

Ben nods and turns around to see an organic looking rock, moving.

As if it notices Ben looking at it, the rock freezes instantly

Ben-"Jacen! Over here!"

Jacen runs over

[Lord Rocha]

Ben takes a strange dispositive out his clothes and aims it over the moving rock.

The dispositive turns crazy and on the small screen of it shows some information and a digital picture of a very similar especimen of the rock.

Ben looks into Jacen and both said at the same time :

Desterian Pupu rock ?!

And both laugh.

Ben nods and continues his search for an entrance

Jacen just looks at his cousin and padawan; and chuckles lightly as he kicks the Pupu rock

A he kicks it, a portion of the mesa begins to shake, draws back to reveal a large doorway

Jacen acts as he were so powerful , a great master compared with little Ben and he says :

But then another voice says :

Imperial Sovereign Guards, with red helmets and force pikes ...strong in the force and ready to die for the Emperor.

The Forces surround them with large staffs in hand

Jacen sizes up the forces

The voice calls from inside the cave

"If you're thinking of cutting down my men, I would recomend against it. Those are no simple bars of iron they carry. Your sabers won't cut them."

The figure ,of a tall red haired man wearing a similar red uniform as the others, walks out of the shadows of the cave and is revealed to be Kir Kannos(a real EU character, trust me)

Kannos-"It would be rather foolish for the great Jedi to fall, after a fore warning war given to them."

[Lord Rocha]

Jancen then looks into Kannos with such anger:

Kir Kannos or I should name you Kenix Kil ?

Kannos replies from the other side of the room :

Young Jedi, I shall remember you that you are far from been a great Master like your uncle or your mother....you are just a boy like my Master has said about you....strong in the force

Ben cries :
Your master ?

Kannos looks into him and replies :
Yes, young Skywalker...Lord CBoath has been waiting for you.

Ben is filled with a great fear that is fealt by Jacen, who shares his fear

Jacen thinks to himself as they are led into the cave
-"Whats the matter with you. You havn't been this afraid since the Vong Invasion. Vong."

Jacen realizes the source of his fear

-"How. They were destroyed. How could they have..No."

They are led deeper into the cave

The Sovereign Guards just follow the young ones to the cave as they were escorting them and protecting them of someone.

Ben sees all the tubes around him, cloning tubes, propably for the Stormtroopers. Jacen is prepared for battle only in a physical way...he was crumbling in his inside.

Then...

A figure with by itself brought up a fear impossible to be equaled

A yammosk

It was hooked up to countless wires and connections, serving countless purposes

Jacen tried to calm himself down, but it was all he could do to maintain his composer and continue moving

C'Boath's voice echos through out the entire cave
-"You know behold, the culmination of the power of the Force and the ultimate fear instilling organism. Only one yammosk has created a coordinated attack that will spell the final end of your Rebellion."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Ben cries :

We are not afraid !, Say that to him , acen.... (he looks the frightened face of Jacen and tries to get a reply from him) .. Jacen

And Kannos began to laugh.

Kannos-"Such a young fool. You will fear and wish for death before you see the crumbling of the Republic. Of the Jedi. Of your family."

Ben draws his light-saber

A guard hits Ben over the back with his shock-staff as Ben falls to the ground

[Lord Rocha]

Jacen also finds his place over the cold floor. But not thanks to the guard, his fear is too powerful to control and he give up his physical and mental estability.

Kannos walks into the young Jedis and orders the Sovereign Guards to back off.

Kannos-{furious}-"You infidels. They are both precious tools to us. {dismisses the guard who hit Ben} Take the young one to Master C'Boathe's chamber. Leave the older one to me."

Ben is dragged off in another direction

Kannos looks at the yammosk

Kannos-"Very precious indeed."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Jacen asks with the little force still inside of him :

How did you get that mounstrosity !?, I thought that they...

The Cynical voice of Kannos interrupts him.

Kannos-"How dare you refer to my close friend, like that. This glorious hybrid of the Yuzhan Vong's torture weapon and supreme general, with the rejuvinated powers of the Darkness of the Force. Long before you were born, our Lord Palpatine found this creation and learned of its power to torture his enemies. Only when the Vong attacked did our enduring factions learn of the power of their brain child. Now it will aid us in the destruction of this Rebellion."

[Lord Rocha]

Jacen then spits Kannos and shouts :

We are not anymore the Rebellion, the Empire is now the Rebellion !

Kannos cracks Jacen across the face, letting him fall to the ground

Kannos-"Your so called Galactic Republic, has never been anything more than military leaders and power hungry politicians, looking out for their own interests. You were so gloried at the murder of the Emporer, you never finished us off. The Empire will now make them pay for their ignorance. The Empire will reclaim the Imperial City and crush your puppet government."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Kannos looks into the yammosk.

This beautiful specimen is going to end your so-called pitiful restored Galactic Republic and is going to end the Jedi Order once for all, sweeping away the ruins of what all your fighting for, young Jedi.

Then he cleans his robes from the spit of Jacen

SCENE CHANGE

A large Republic fleet has assembled at Coruscant, it includes Advanced Mon Calimiri Cruisers, Bulk Corillean Assult Ships, X-wings, other fighters, and the Millenium Falcon is also in the ranks

Han pilots the ship with the assitance of Lando

Han-"I'll take the main helm. I like the reflector dish as it is."

Lando rolls his eyes

[Lord Rocha]

Then Lando asks to his friend a vital question :

Who is the Admiral in charge of this Fleet ?. If Ackbar is now in the Senate....

And Han Solo smiles.

Lando-"You have to be kidding me."

Han just grins wider

[Lord Rocha]

Then Lando confessed his fears :

Lucky to us that the Imperial Fleet is very small and we can overhwelmed it....

[Erick Landrider]

Han-"Hey. Hey. Easy there ol' pal. I know whats on the line here. Hell I've got a family I'm defendin' here. And some of 'um I can't even help. I'll do what I can for the ones in my reach."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Lando looks into Coruscant, it was very visible that the entire planet had a protective belt around it, made of Turbolasers and Ion cannons as well some hangars for Star-fighters.

Han, when is going to be ready the Lavelinsk defense line ?...Is still amazing it was named for an Imperial Engineer. Asked Lando.

Han replied- meanwhile he managed the ship outside one of the traps of that defensive line- Well...is suposed to be ready, it even has a defense shield that covers all Coruscant from Imperial Raiders or any threat....anyway level Lavelinsk helped a lot as he build the Death Star at Despayre.

Lando-"I pitty any-one who tries to mess with that thing once its finished."

[Lord Rocha]

Han looks into his friend and replies :

Dont worry, the Imperials are not so stupid to attack this structure...its impossible to defeat.

Then the Falcon enters the Main Hanger of the Bulkwark Battlecruiser New Republic , new flagship of the First Republic Fleet.

They exit the Falcon, and walk over to greet Colonel Wedge Antillies

Han-"Hows she doing, Colonel?"

Wedge turns
-"Most beautiful thing I have ever laid my eyes on, and shes got it where it counts too."

[Lord Rocha]

But then Wedge's eyes wided over the notice he had to give to his fellow Admiral.

Han, the fleet has lost all communication with the mission to Desteria. We dont have any com...

But Han interrupts, as angry and agressive as he can be, and looks into Wedge :

How the hell you dont have any damn information about Jacen !, This was your responability, Wedge, you agreed to manage the mission !

Han walks toward Antilles with all his fury but Lando holds Han from attacking the Colonel.

Wedge-"Its nothing I could control. We lost contact with Jacen and Ben's starfighter, a half hour ago. We've been trying to reach them since then, but all we've gotten is static."

[Lord Rocha]

Then Wedge looks into the angered eyes of Han and tries to calm him down :

Dont worry...the Antennas at the Levelinsk Defense Belt can capture even the most top secret Imperial transmissions....but I must confess that our capabilities to spy them are lowering minute after minute, many of them are now at codes and Its impossible to know what are they doing. Probably nothing.

END SCENE

Bens lies on the cold floor of the cave.

C'Boathe-"You're wasting my time, boy. The time has come. Now I will finish your training."

Ben lifts his face off of the ground, wiping dirt off of his face.

[Lord Rocha]

C'Boath walks toward the frightened child and Ben take his hands around his legs, he is trembling, and his blue eyes are looking for an escape.

C'Boath could be happier, all so many satisfaction , his master plan was near to be complete and the Jedi would be destroyed. Of course such insects as Kannos should be wiped and he would train the young Jedi just to serve a superior beign still awaiting the time to return from perdition...breaking the 2 Sith Rule.

Ben looks up at C'Boathe
-"Who are you?"

C'boathe snears at Ben, then smiles

C'Boathe-"You do look just like your father, except for your red hair. The combination of your two parents. With your father's wisdom and flying skills, beautifully melted with your mother's dualist skills and dexterity. The powers you could hold as a Jedi."

Ben looks at the ground{despite C'Boathe's interpretations, Ben had more inherited his mother's raw piloting skills; which were anything but legendary}

[Lord Rocha]

I am Lord Joruus C'Boath....server of my great master. Restorer of the Empire and the knight that will end the Jedi once for all.

Ben was trembling again. C'Boath smiled.

[Erick Landrider]

C'Boathe-"Do not be fearful of me, young Ben. I have a great interest in your future; in finishing your training."

Ben puts his head back down on the floor.

Ben-"You would have me kill my family and friends, so that I would live a powerful life of never ending anger and hatred. I'll die first."

[Lord Rocha]

Joruus know is angry. He then shouts :

You will pay for your lack of vision as your father and that traitor of your mother !

C'Boathe calms down and regains his composer
-"You know nothing of the power of the Darkness of the Force. You think it is any coincidence that your entire family did what ever it took to keep you away from the adventure that you desire."

Ben-"A Jedi does not crave adventure or exitment."

C'Boathe-"But you do. Your father did. Your grand father and great grand father all craved these things. They all heald another thing in similarity. Do you know what it was. The Darkness of the Force, grabbed them all and made them more powerful than they could have imagined."

Ben shakes his head in the dust

[Lord Rocha]

Then he looks into Ben :

Do you know who was your grandfather ?...your father never told you who is Darth Lord Vader, Sith Lord ?

Ben denies everything but Joruus continues.

He is your grandfather, the lethal weapon used by the Emperor to end the Jedi scum...or do you know who was your mother ?... another lethal tool of the Emperor.

Ben-{clenches his teeth}"They were, but not anymore. Mom is a Jedi."

C'Boathe-",and your great grand father. I doubt even your father knew of him. . Again, a weapon of the Emperor. He is rather important, in the coarse of history. You have been taought on the Clone Wars, yes?"

Ben breathes in heavily

C'Boathe-"You know where your fate lies."

[Lord Rocha]

C'Boath then refers to Ben in a gentle way :

Dont worry, Young Ben....the truth potential of yours is going to be discover and exploit by our leader, the real leader of this galaxy and the destroyer of the Criminal Republic...

Ben then asks :

Do you want to hurt me ?

C'Boathe-"Only if i beleive it is required. Your skills are great but potential will not rule the Galaxy. You will learn, and become more powerful. The pain will only make you more powerful, and lead you to discover the greatness of the Sith."

Ben lies lifeless on the floor, reciting to himself the lessons he had learned from Jacen (who learned them from Luke, who learned them from Yoda).

[Lord Rocha]

Fear is natural, young Ben. All that worthless teaching of the old imbecile weak of Yoda and your father havent helped the leaders of this corrupt Republic that has became an Anarchy !

Said Joruus. Ben was terrorized...that man could read his mind at will with such facility.

Then Kannos walked into the Sith Master.

We have a message from Dorja

C'Boathe looks at Ben. He walks up to him and whispers into his ear.-"I will continue your training later."

He looks at Kannos and the two walk out of the room

C'Boathe seals the door behind him

Kannos-"The merchant fleet is our. But another fleet is assembling at Coruscant."

C'Boath looks into Kannos :

What kind of fleet ?

Then he looks into Kannos again :

Where is the other one ?, Where is the son of Leia Organa ?

Kannos smiles sickeningly
-"He is in the brig. I have been having..hmm..questioning him. But we have taken the fleet the Republic had along our borders."

Take ,gentle, care of our young gest. Said Joruus watching young Ben.

Then he walked into a circular shaped continous room. Then C'Boath stand next to the Holo projector.

Yes, Regent Dorja.

Master C'Boath. The Council of Moffs is not pleased with your job, they saw that the burden of Admiral Thanas's plan was made by himself , General Covell and a flee eaten student of yours...Sarin Virgilio. Replied Dorja in a prepotent tone.

C'Boath was furious, that Virgilio boy was his best student yet.

[Erick Landrider]

Dorja-"The Admiral siad he was a security risk. I am sure thatyou understand."

C'Boathe-"You cannot replace a presence in the Force. Thanas will pay for this one day. For now, tell the Admiral to keep himself away from my aprentices."

[Lord Rocha]

Dorja just laughed. Joruus didnt knew he was the next one to end his presence at the force. With Ben Skywalker ....C'Boath was not necessary anymore.

Dont worry Master. Admiral Thanas is a brilliant man but sometimes he does many stupid things just to avoid danger.

C'Boathe just glares at Dorja
-"I'm sure his strategizing, makes up for his stupidity."

the image fades as C'Boathe's hand begins to shake violently

He tries to control himself, but is incapable of stopping the shaking totally

C'Boathe-"The Jedi are my enemy. My death will reak havoc on the Republic and Jedi. Soon my pain will end."

SCENE CHANGE

The Lavelinsk Defense Line was beign under inspection of the strict eyes of the Members of the Restored Republic Senate Security Council and President Penkara.

With them there were Lady Leia Organa Solo and the Skywalker Jedi couple.

These persons were the first to see the first expression of operativiness of the defense line.

Wonderful, these defenses will protect Coruscant from any raid by the Remnant forces.

It was Ackbar talking to Mara Jade Skywalker. Meanwhile Borks Fel Ya was hearing very closely to them.

[Erick Landrider]

Ackbar-"There are still some questions about the Lavelinsk project. But I don't beleive that it will long before those questions are answered."

Fey'la-"I hope that it proves that this monstrosity, isn't as large a waste of credits as I saw it being before."

Mara doesn't even acknowledge the Bothan.

[Lord Rocha]

I think this defense line is useful and its worth its price, Mr Fel Ya.

Then Leia add :

This line was designed by the same Imperial Officers that studied why the Death Stars were destroyed. Even ex-president Mon Mothma supported our decision of scrapping 1/3 of the fleet just to protect our capital system.

We just hope we could gave so many security to the other systems as we are doing here.... . She regreted.

Then Bren Derlin, who lead the last pockets of resistance at the Batle of Hoth and that was now Chief of the Defense Line, walked into the crowd.

The Line is ready to show its power...

A young officer walks up
-"The target ships are ready, sir."

The group turns to the hanger opening

Penkara-"This should be quite a show."

Fey'la still looks unimpressed

I regret the destruction of such beautiful ships...

Confessed Ackbar , watching the 6 ships that were estationated near the defense line, and then he continued :

All were under my command at Endor.

Luke then replied with confidence :

I am sure that their sacrifice will be in our bennefit, Admiral.

Fey'la-"Besides. They've all been striped of most anything valuble: weapons, supplies, and they're being sheilded by off ship generators. Its not like its of any loss to..."

Fey'la is cut short by the firing of the large cannons of the Lavelinsk

The first barage splinters the first two ships in the 2 by 3 formation

President Penkara, Ackbar and many in the crowd look with amaze how those once powerfull ships that destroyed the Imperial Fleet now were destroyed by simple defense turbolaser turrets.

Indeed, one of the ships destroyed was Home One, the Mon Calamari cruiser used by Ackbar as flagship.

Fey'La still looked incredulous and indifferent, meanwhile Luke, Leia and Mara looked serene.

At that momment all the turbolaser begin to shoot to the remaining ships destroying them after some hits. Then some E-Wings and outdated X-Wings flyed to the remains from the Defense Line Hangars.

I am suprised that there are still some B-Wings and X-Wings in service, Admiral.

Said Skywalker. The Bothan answered, blocking Ackbar :

The E-Wing project was a waste of time...the motors designed by the amateur designers of Mon Calamari are inefficent and the shields also Calamarian are weak...so we decided to keep some old ships. You know Master...credits.

[Erick Landrider]

Mara-"The XJ class X-wings are doing a fine job(NJO). And I here rumors that the Sting Space Flyers will fianly get off of the drawing board."

Another Mon Calmiri cruiser explodes

Fey'la-"Rumors, fair lady. Only rumors.

[Lord Rocha]

Leia smiles and replies with the cynical behavior that Bail Organa always had.

They would be reality if it werent by the Oposition at the Senate.

The Bothan just smiled and saw how the derbis of the last ship was heading towards the defense line. His smile faded and then the derbis just dissapeard, it was destroyed by the defense shield that protected Coruscant.

The Senator of Corellia, Garm Bel Iblis just said :

Wonderful, we are investing our credits in the best way we can do.

The last of the Mon Calmiri cruisers are blown away

The maintainence crew cheer and applaud wildly

Luke-"Now we know what the enemies of the Republic are up against. {Turns to Derlin} You've done an excellent job, commander."

[Lord Rocha]

Berlin smiled and replied :

Thanks, Master Skywalker.

Then a minor officer aproximates to President Penkara and whispers something to his ear.

Penkara looked desperate and said to Leia and Luke :

Master Skywalker, Lady Organa...can you join me at my office ?

SCENE CHANGE

Luke-"Are you sure this report is true?"

Penkara-"I'm afraid so. It wasn't brought up until now, but the line of abductions is no coincidance(sp). I didn't notice the pattern until I saw the list you had of Force sensative, non-Jedi you had in your archieves. All of those who have gone missing are included on that list."

Luke looks at the list of missing people, all of whom had a presence in the Force.

[Lord Rocha]

Leia looks into Penkara :

Almost all the adbuctions were in the Semara Sector , between Tokmia and Abregado. There is a great possibility that the Imperial Remnants are behind this, all this activity is too suspicious just when we thought that the Empire was fading.

Penkara then looked Luke :

Is this real, Master ?

[Erick Landrider]

Luke-"It is as real as it will ever get. Our carelessness may rule the fate of the galaxy.{looks at Penkara} I need a shuttle and a crew of General Antillies best men."

Penkara looks confused

Liea-"Luke, what are you going to do?"

Luke-"Those abductees are going to Desteria."

[Lord Rocha]

Leia , who is near a large window, calls the others :

We have another trouble.

Luke and Penkara aproximated to the window, the President is shocked by what he is watching.

Riots outside the Building, it appears that Senator Borks Fel Ya was fast to prepare his response to our plans, President.

Said Luke. Leia nooded and added :

Thousands of Thousands of them, I dont know if the Senate can handle all this....

Penkara (afraid) replies :

The Senate is working for Fel Ya....I dont know if I can handle all this !

Liea-"This many fools. Did Fey'la brain wash them?"

Penkara-"They're the same people who protest everything else that doesn't fit his agenda. They don't really care about the war, they just like to think they have power."

Penkara looks again at a small pad in his hand

Leia is suprised with the sentences that the President expressed to them.

She looked angry to Penkara.

They have the power, Penkara. The leadership of the Republic is elected by the people not by the bureaucrats, remember that or your weak government is going to crumble due to its lack of decision and over-confidence !

Penkara-"Its a testimate to Fey'la's political power. He has a great influence. Its quite facinating."

Luke-"Your doing the right thing Penkara. They can't see it and the people are not going to trust our word. The Empire is regaining strength, with a force that they havn't had since the Second Death Star."

Penkara acknowledges his, and blinks painfully at the protestors on the streets, and bights his lip

SCENE CUT

The Imperial fleet is reorganizing its ships near the Tokmian system. Between the 4 dozen Imperial II Star Destroyers and the masive numbers of Victory II Destroyers there is an Imperial Super Star Destroyer. Its the battleship "New Order" now surrounded by the shielded Tie-Defender's .

In the main bridge Admiral Pter Thanas is admiring his huge fleet, the biggest since the Battle of Endor. When an assistant come to his side.

Admiral, all ships have reported. In total we have 48 Imperial Star Destroyers and 62 Victory class...besides this ship...we have a total of...

Thanas interrupted his inferior :

111 ? And the new Imperial Super Star Destroyer Invincible its in its way from the Alkelishian Shypyads. Anyway prepare he fleet we are going to make our first stop at the New Republic shipyard of Corellia - then his suspicious look turns on his face- without them the Republic Fleet will be decimated

SCENE CHANGE

C'Boathe and Kannos stands in an observation room, watching over a giant cavern and over a hundred Force sensatives from around the galaxy

C'Boathe-"They all feel my presence. Their fear is well justified, but it is only the beginning."

Kannos looks over at C'Boathe
-"Is it even possible for you to convert them all?"

C'Boathe-"These are not Jedi. Some don't even know of their gift. Most will fall into anger and hatred quickly. I doubt they will ever be an onganized fighting force, but they will learn what they need to know from my death."

Kannos is caught slightly off-guard, still not comfortable with C'Boathe's plan

[Lord Rocha]

Kannos looked into the face of the old clone and he asked himself 'What is he doing?'.

C'Boath could feel the doubt of his younger assitanat and smiled.

[Erick Landrider]

C'Boathe-"I cannot stop it. Even cloning technology, once thought to be the key to imortality cannot stop it. I will die. I cannot make one pure enemy of the Republic, I will make inumerable Sith Apprentices. They will not be an organized force, but pain and suffering will follow in there path."

Kannos looks again at the cavern
-"I still don't see how just a brief period of time can keep them loyal after you are gone."

[Count Dookie]

Luke: Yes, I will call a meeting and I will start the meeting, "The reason I called you all to this meeting is....."

Kannos-"What of their loyalty to the Empire? Their contact with the Dark Side of the Force will cause them to act rebeliously and as rogues. They may even engage the Empire."

C'Boathe-"They likely will. But those numbers will be few enough that it will make little difference in the overall benefit."

[Lord Rocha]

Kannos then protested :

Their love to the dark Side and to destruction will destroy not only the usurpant Republic...they are going to end the whole galaxy !

C'Boathe scouls
-"First of all, no Sith has ever 'loved' the dark side of the Force. They love, respect, and care for nothing. They are soldiers of hatred. But you underestimate them. Some of them are too stupid to be in this order, but many are intellingent and strong fighters. Even better yet, there are those who are smart and minipulative. They will form alliances to serve their purpose. Order will come from the insuing chaos. And again you look at the long term. The Galaxy will likely be left in ruin after this, but you and I will be long dead before that."

Kannos-"Easier for you to say that than I. My elite guard will no doubt have to face them when they come."

C'Boathe shakes his head and gives an evil smile

[Lord Rocha]

Kannos looked into C Boath with his eyes in fury :

You are a visionary....a mad man !

C Boath shouted Kannos :

You will pay for your lack of vision !

[Erick Landrider]

Kannos-"I don't doubt it. Kill me if you must. But keep this in mind, I am the only allie you have in the Empire. Even when you are gone, your heirs will need a connection to them. Dorja and Thanas are only interested in their own agenda. Your quest to revive the Sith means nothing to them."

C'Boathe lightens a bit, still resentful of Kannos's remarks

But the old jedi remembered how important was Kannos for his plan, he needed him and the boy was right, Dorja and Thanas were waiting for a military rebirth of the New Order not for the restauration of the Sith.

You are right, Kannos. But why do you think they are our allies ?

The two of them walk to the Jade's Sabre, where R2 and Mara are doing some last minute repair

Corran-"Have you found anyone else that can come with us?"

Luke shakes his head

Luke-"Penkara wants the Jedi on stand alert. With the budget issues and the limited fleet he wants to play it safe at this point. I've left Kyp in temporary command, so they'll be fine."

Corran looked into Luke :

Kyp ? I dont think he can handle this, maybe if we....

But Luke interrupted in the defense of Kyp :

Kyp is capable of everything you know that...in these momentsd we can not be too picky, you know that.

Corran-"Its not that I question him skills or attitude. He has come a long way from his hot shot dozen-and-two days. I don't know how well the other Jedi will handle him. A bad reputation can come back years after the fact."

Corran-"Kenth Hamner is coming as well. But thats all we can spare at this point."

He sees them standing in front of them.

Kovir, unaware of the power in C'Baoth, lashes out.

Kovir-"Who are you, old fool?!"

Kovir takes a step closer to C'Baoth.
