Upon registration you receive 10 points.
You must have 50 posts before your reputation hits count on others.
The points you give/take with each click depends on how active you are.
For every 365 days, you gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 1000 posts, you gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 100 points of reputation, you gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
You can only give 20 reputation clicks each 24 hour period.
You must give 7 reputation clicks before you can hit the same person again.
Number of ratings displayed in the user control panel - 30
