Evading the dreaded Imperial Starleet, a group of freedom fighters led by Luke Skywalker, have established a new secret base on the remote ice world of Hoth.

The evil lord Darth Vader, obsessed with finding young Skywalker, has dispatched thousands of remote probes into the far reaches of space...</span></span></div>

The crawl fades into space and the camera rolls down revealing a Star Deystroyer launchuing several probes. One of the probes shoot towards an icy planet, and as an asteroid, crashes in the snow releasing an Imperial probe droid, Luke and Han both on Tauntauns scan the area....

"Echo 3 to echo 7, Han old buddy do you read me?"

"Loud and clear, kid. What's up?"

Luke turns off his transmitter

"Hey, steady girl. What's the matter? You smell something?"

Han on his tauntaun enters the base and walks up to the Falcon...

"Chewie. Chewie. Chewie!"

The Wookiee grumbles a reply.

"Alright alright, don't lose your temper! I'll come right back and give you a hand."

Han goes to the comand consol...

"Solo?"

"No sign of any life General, sensors are placed, we'll know if anything comes around."

Luke calls the lightsaber to his hand using the force and cuts himself down. The noise disturbs the Ice Wompa's dinner and he comes along to sort Luke out. With a swoosh of the weapon, Luke disarms the creature.

LIEUTENANT: "Yes, sir."

Chewie growls a long mornal growl as the doors close

THREEPIO: "Artoo says the chances of survival are seven hundred seventy-five...to one...Actually,Artoo has been known to make mistakes...from time to time. Oh, dear, oh, dear. Don't worry about Master Luke. I'm sure he'll be all right. He's quite clever, you know...for a human being."</span>

The mysterious probe droid lowers it's antannae into it's dome and begins to move away from station three-eight and towards the rebel base.
The droid suddenly notices Chewbacca and attempts to fire at the Wookiee. Just as it's attack is to begin, Han Solo appears from behind and fires a pair of precisely aimed blaster shots which destroy the Imperial probe.
HAN: "[over comlink]'Fraid there's not much left."
