Long (past the shoulders) and dark brown, there was a time when I was a dark purple with black streaks or was it black with streaks of purple.

My hair looks black but it is actually brown. I believe it is called sable brown or something. I still have remnants of blonde highlights but they are almost gone. Thank goodness.

I have medium-short dark brown hair right now, but I'm going to shave it all off--go bald--for Halloween.

I'm going to work as Locke. Just the look on everyone's faces when I come in bald will be worth it, plus we have wheelchairs here to really add to the costume.

*EDIT* At the time of this post, I was not even LOOKING at my hair. Here goes:
It's actually light brown with blonde highlights, about 20 cm below my shoulders. No fringe. Fairly straight. Always tied up, in either plaits, a bun or a ponytail. Never a side ponytail. Always brushed neatly. There. An accurate description of my hair.

I don't hate my hair, although I don't really like hair in general unless it originates above the neck. I shave it off because I don't really see much use for it. I'm a bit of a utilitarian. If I don't use it, I give it away.

My hair is sort of weird. It used to be really red, but it has transitioned to a golden brown sort of color. I really like it...

My hairstyle also fluctuates between hippie hair, and a marine sort of cut. It gets really weird because I let it grow out until it gets out of control, and then I cut it so it doesn't bother me again for half a year.

Yeah, my hair used to be REALLY ginger, like orange ginger and stupidly curly. It used to look like I had my hair permed! That was when I was pre-school. It has deepened a lot in colour now though and is more auburn I think. It still goes wavy if I let it grow, but I haven't done that for years now.

Problem with my hair is that it is really unruly, and I cannot be bothered with trying to make it look good, so I get rid of it so I don't have to spend time in the morning doing anything with it. Plus, I like to wear beanies, which would make my hair look stoopid if I took them off and it was longer.
