I've never actually tried to use a jedi mind trick but I have tried to use the force. Its worked too, on the doors at a mall.

This story is going to sound stupid but it is really true. No joke. Me and 3 friends were helping this girl I know move out of her dorm and everybody was getting sore with each other. I guess because she told us that we only needed to move a few small things which turned into a bed and 'gasp' a foosball table. Well as the story goes we were sitting down waiting for her to lock up everything in the lounge and this really hot girl was working at the front desk. As a joke I waved my hand like a jedi toward her and said "You will look over and notice me and live happily ever after with me." One of my friends who was a starwars fan thought it was pretty funny, but another one who happened to be a girl and was in direct line of my hand gesture didn't get it. The girl at the desk never turned around so I thought I had failed as a jedi, but the girl who was a friend of mine and who was in direct contact of my hand wave later became my girlfriend who I have been dating for sometime. I never thought about it until my friend who was with us pointed it out not that long ago. So who know's maybe I am a jedi.

Got another one, during my 7th grade class rep. for student council elections I went up and said with a sly wave of my hand "you will all vote for me" I got 12 out of 20 votes

Whenever I'm walking around in a shopping mall, I wave my hand before I walk up to the automatic doors... or as I walk up to them... it really freaks little kids out. I do it in elevators and stuff too.

Stupid, and silly, but it's far easier to pretend to use the force than it is to try and websling like Spiderman.

I've done it before, but unfortunately I can't remember what I wanted to happen!! that's lame... *sigh* I think I've tried to make one of my teachers not give us a test, but it didn't work :o( lol :)

Hmmm... i remember this one embarissing time... i closed my eyes and tried to summon the remote control into my hand, and darth siths (who was sitting by it on the floor) lightly pitched it into my hand and i thought i did that on my own.... sad thing was, when she told me i didn't believe her... sadder thing is that i was about 10 at the time. :look:

as for the jedi mind trick, om either gives me "the look" and strangers just look at me so confused...

Sure, I've tried to use the trick, but it never worked.
What I like to do, however, and I swear it works, is to walk up to an electric door that slides open and 'force' open it. Never fails!
