In the "Life" thread. The lack of international commentators in these threads are proof of that. Most of the world doesn't care about Religion, Iraq or Gay Marriage. That's not a negative or derogatory comment, just an observation of someone who worries more about paying the equivelent of $8 a gallon for gas.

On a side note, I have my girlfriends puke on my sock.

I don't think you apperciate America. America is the land of the free home of the brave our four fathers sacrificed their loyalty to the throne of England no offense to England posters if America would have lost the war 300 years ago our four fathers would have hung, shot, and casturated for treason againist the throne of England.

I am a true America born and raised yeah America does have problem's but what country doesn't I mean look America is pumping oil from Alaska and then sending it to China kinda retarded but you know we are spending more money to buy oil from different countries but I apperciate where I live I apperciate what our four fathers did to start a country where you can be free and I support the troops I always have they are in a desert and it is about a 100 and something degree's out there they are getting shot and killed to fight for their Country my father almost had to go to New York because of what happened on 9/11 and now I have to worry about my uncle who just joined the army fresh out of high school and I am going to serve my country and join the army when I graduate high school I belive in a democracy but no American should say that they hate America and that's what I have to say about what IamwhoIam said saying I hate America when your an American is a discrace to our country. Happy fourth of July happy birthday America.

I wouldn't come to the UK, it's going rapidly downhill. I'm from England and used to love my country but things are just getting worse and there are very few people doing anything about it. Plus it's an absolute rip-off, everything here is so expensive! My parents regularly visit Canada and they want to emigrate there as it reminds them of how England used to be.........

Rubbish fact - it's not legal, it's just decriminalised. Apparently there is a subtle distinction, but the important fact remains - you ain't going to jail for it!

Rolla, I have a friend at work who is from Pakistan and he got married almost two years when he went back there. But his wife still is not allowed to come here to the US. He might not see his wife for another year or two or he goes back to see her.

RollaFett
12-27-2007, 12:33 PM
Yeah, that can happen. Ironically, today, our Serbian engineer announced that his son finally got US citizenship. Great news, because he can finally make arrangements to bring over his wife and 1 year old daughter.
Does your friend have US citizenship?

Wow. sorry I took so long to get back to you. I forgot about this thread. But yes, he has US citizenship. They say it only takes 6 months in reality. But after 911, I guess that isn't a reality anymore. Probably another year and she'll be able to come over.

RollaFett

Damn, that sucks. Sad to say, but the fact that we're talking about Pakistan probably doesn't help matters either.
