Should Jacen hook up with Tenel Ka? *spoilers*

what do you guys think? Should Jacen wind up with Tenel Ka or someone else? A relationship between the two has been hinted at in many novels including Dark Journey where Tenel Ka goes into a mad frenzy when she thinks Jacen died.

But what about the tension between Danni Quee and Jacen that was hinted at in Vector Prime and Onslaught, I wish someone would reach some conclusions with that. Danni and Jacen would make a good couple even though she's a few years older than him. but Tenel Ka and Jacen would be good too, though sometimes I find them hard to really picture together. and I can't picture them together after Tenel Ka becomes the Queen Mother of Hapes. Ther would be nothing for Jacen to do if he decided he wanted to stay with Tenel Ka in Hapes. It just wouldn't work for him to be tied down in that fashion. And what about Jaina and Jag, or Jaina and Zekk, or Jaina and Kyp?

I don't think Danni and Jacen go together but I think that Jaina and Jag do.

Well, Jaina/Kyp was nipped in the bud in Rebel Stand, so that's out. As for her and Zekk in relation to her and Jag, it looks like Zekk's out of it for now.

As for Jacen and Tenel Ka, that was hinted far more strongly in the original YJK series, but unless the story moves back to Hapes before the end of TNJO, even if Jacen returns immediately after Traitor, chances seem slim that they'll "find each other again" before the series ends.

(Then again, stranger things have happened, like Luke's vision of Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin as grown-up Jedi Knights at the end of DE2. Perhaps that was just a vision of them as older-looking teens, around the time of SBS.)

I've read the entire YJK series (And I'm obsessed, there I admit it.) And I think that Jacen and Tenel Ka would fit perfectly. If they got together, I don't think Tenel Ka would let her title as Queen Mother slow her down or even keep her on Hapes. And Jaina and Zekk also fit well IMO. It's been almost written in the YJK series. Both of these sets of people have deep relationships in that series. Of course, I haven't read past rebirth yet so I don't know what else factors in.

I don't know...hmm tough...I kinda agree with Jeianni. Zekk and Jania seem to go. I am still iffy on Jacen and Tenel Ka.

I haven't read any YJK but I was rooting for Jaina and Jag. Jag gets points for sticking with it, she was (abnormally) a real b**h to him for a while when she was "under the influence" and if I were him I would have just stopped trying right there. He must really have liked her (and otherwise did a good job of not showing it).

As for Jacen, I think the thing with Danni was ended in VP, when they both agreed that the age difference was too big and she wasn't attracted to him "that way." Unless somebody new drops into the picture, it sounds like Tenel Ka.

I found something that peaked my interest. The fact that Jacen is a young JEDI in training and his romantic interest at one time was Tenel Ka, who could be a QUEEN. suppose this will become a major plot point, parallels with the prequel trilogy. I don't know, it just looked interesting.

I just get the felling that Jacen is a loner. While Tenel KA is the best choice if he has to hook up with someone, I think his character is better when he is alone or in a group of many people. With Jaina on the other hand, I think that she and Jag are a good fit. Zekk is a good friend, but hes just that- a friend. Jag , in my mind, is kind of the rugged hansome guy that fits with jaina's personality as a pilot and independent person. Just my two cents though.

I think that Jaina fits with Kyp, they've got more in common. And Jaina seems to be very impulsive and undisciplined while Jag is a military type.

But then again, they do say that opposites atract (altough I haven't had the chance to witness that in real life)...

believe this: Jag will die one day, and Jaina will go nuts. then she'll go into seculsion and meet some other guy. they'll have a kid and name it (hmm) Anakin!
